Manager Mode
> Transfers - Make it Possible For a Player Switch Eg. if your trying to sign ronaldo from Man U and
you Haven’t got the funds then make it possible for a cash and player transfer. this will also make
it possible to sign from a club that doesn’t have enough players in the squad this way you can
switch players to Sign the player you want.

have international manager mode where you manage a international team play friendlies and qualify for major tournaments like world cup, euro cup, and copa america and others depending which country you manage, you start out with a club team if you become a good manager you get an offer to a manage a international team, if your fired from international or resign you can gop back to club.
have more countries
more leagues
more player faces
celebrations after wining a cup
have awards during season for players
show replays for top goals of the month and such

If you put refferes the game will be more realistic, also tournaments like the world cup should be there, and more stadiums, good spanish comentators, not those guys that suck at narrating in spanish i just hate them they say so many retarted things, put the guys from gol tv there way better.

Johan Cruijff is definately a good addition to the classic 11 team. Throw in ppl like Platni and Jorge Campos as well. Please tweak the shooting physics so that while taking a free kick, i can score goals similar to the roberto carlos goal against France in ‘98. also, why cant we change trax while in any menu? in previous versions all we had to do is click the stick, ao id like that back cuz a few songs tend to get annoying.

look guys soccer is d popular sport in the world, and I’m so mad that on NBA o8 n NFL o8 are better than for us, see u guys on FIFA o8 when u pause d Game, they are only a sentence saying the player has paused d game, that’s not good ya need to add more stuff on it mayb we could text the other player while we pausing d game .
Yeah another thing , see when u playing with other people , people have ims and cso that is when d game on ur memory stick , we can not play both cso n umd. Do something about that cause NBA and NFL does not happen like that, but I like d graphing on psp , but I want better stuff on FIFA 09 , those thing I mention. Peace out

in manager mode when u sign a player. let there be a picture on the player holding the shirt like pes 2008, or even a video. and on xbox 360, when you create a player let you be able to take a photo of your face, then edit it, like pes 2008.

FIFA 09: : players should be booked when kicking the ball after the whistle goes and 2 footed tackles should be seriously dealt with from front or behind. yellow cards are not even issued for reckless tackles from front in fifa 08, please change this.
yellow cards should be given for any form of time wasting during throw in, goal kick etc.
goal keepers should be booked when they comit fouls, for the sake of all of us…they’re players too!
coaches should be seen on the sideline, they’re part of the team (very important)
i like the whole idea of controlling your keeper in one on one situations, keep it up.

I’ll Suggest that you’re making a mix of the career part from fifa, and til FM game. You know making, the careerpart in fifa more realistic, when we’re looking at sponsordeals, maybe with offers from different firms (reallife firms: Carlsberg, vodafone, Emirates etc.) and also clotes- and bootssponsors for the teams, also such things as making the enlargement of your stadiums yourself. And all teams should get new kits, from every seasons.

i keep seeing people mentioning updating the classic 11 with guys like pele maradona and such…but i have yet to see one mention for Johan Cruijff ..and if u dont know who he is u dont know football he was voted European player of the century
also can we please fix up the free kick’s system…it seems very limited to the player but much better to the computer…
last .. can we get an A.I setting for the comp players like making them be better / worse at marking or tackling shots on goal, passing that stuff thanks!!

This is what i like on fifa 09.
All the ground in the premiership.
Better comontaters(say more thing’sabout the game).
Able to change the the kits,logo’s and sponser and to change the number’s at the back
To see the tean lift up the cup when thay win it.
Able to buy past great kits and stadium.
Better graphics.
Easyer to go online.

I HAVE THE BEST IDEAS IN THE WORLD!! FORWARD THEM TO EA SPORTS DEVELOPERS OF FIFA O9!!!! 1. The fans in the stands should be able to take pictures of good goals and you should be able to see them in a special folder on one of the game menus you should also be able to see the flashes when playing matches in the stadium.
2. No more experieance points when you create a player i have created myself and i had my overal at 65 now it is 77 and that has taken me 6 seasons to do that.
3. Needs to be a reafree (sorry cant spell very well)on the pitch and police and camera men moving about during throw ins behined players or something
4. I am fed up with parts of fia 08 because the memos are so bad like this one a charity wants the manager to go to an event sign a blazer instead IT IS SO RANDOM AND QUITE ANOYING THINK OF BETTER ONES.
5. At the end of big matches such as the fa cup you should be able to see the players go on the stand shake hands and celebrate on stage with the fireworks going off or something.

Also on the back of fifa 08 for my ps3 it clearly states that fifa 08 has 23 real stadiums this is not true i have counted 18 and the rest are random stadiums with the wrong names like where reading and spurs play.

FINALLY WE GET TO THE BEST BIT THE COMMENTATORS SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE AND BE ABLE TO TALK ABOUT PREVIOUS WINS THAT HAD HAPPENED LAST SEASON AND THE CAMERA WHEN IT IS A THROW IN OR THE BALL HAS GONE OUT FOR A GOAL KICK SHOULD ZOOM IN ON THE FANS AND SEE HOW THERE COPING WITH THE TENSION OF THE MATCH.

what really gets to me is how unrealistic free kicks are, especially direct one with the fact that if you do a normal free kick with out holding any of the triggers (to curl etc.) the ball has absolutely no movement whatsoever completely still with no ball spin or ball flight movement etc.
Also i think the shooting action should be a lot more realistic as it seems too stiff when shooting.

Sleeve logos should change when a team is promoted or relegated during Manager mode. Created players should be able to have an overall of 99 again.

I thought FIFA 08 was a disappointment compared to FIFA 07. Anyway I have a large list of possible improvements for FIFA 09.
CONTROLS for PS2:
switch player when your team doesn’t have the ball should be x instead of L1- inconvenient. The x to switch players on PS2 was like that since at least FIFA World Cup 2002 and for FIFA 08 it changed
CREATE A CLUB:
-Manager mode - MORE MONEY to start- If you have good players on your team with high salaries- debt
-We should have more control on custom crests and kits like FIFA Manager
-CRESTS SHOULD APPEAR ON JERSEY AND SHORTS
-KITS should have REALISTIC DESIGNS of Nike, Adidas, Puma, Umbro with these logos appearing on the jersey
-Manager mode- the SPONSOR- T-mobile, etc. SHOULD APPEAR ON JERSEY and change when you change sponsors
-longer space for large names
-YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CREATE STADIUMS- like FIFA Manager
-Manager mode- The player should be able to choose rival teams for created clubs
-You should be able to choose the CITY OR LOCATION for where you want your team to be
-Start menu should not have a soccer ball replacing a created clubs crest
- You should be able to customize FAN BANNERS AND FLAGS for created clubs
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
-You should be able to EDIT STADIUMS like FIFA Manager
-Better TRANSFER MARKET and EDIT SQUAD SEARCH TOOL- search based on age and nationality

Btw. The transfers should be more realistic such as a player for ronaldo not signing anf playing for a team like millwall. like certain teams cnt sign players that are too good for them in a way such as a player rated 80 above wouldnt be playing in division 3 ect.
also if you play for a team in manager mode and get relagated, top players on your team would want to leave, and if you do get relagated, you might not get sacked but you will lose money in your budget.
also if you get sacked by your team, you can manage another team after you get sacked and not at the end/begining of the current and next season

I love this game and the idea of it only getting better is just fantastic.
I think there should be a few more leagues such as russian and other countires aswell and maybe the possiblilty of non-leagues?
There could also be an improvement on the youth system/acdemy.
Also the loans could be more realistic by being able to loan out youth team players for only for a few months, aswell as transfer deals such as player plus cash.
More stadiums would be good aswell because i was surprised that Celtic didn’t have thier stadium in the game.
I would also like the idea of players being more likely to be injured, and also the older the player, the more time would be required for them to recover.
Also they’re could be referes making mistakes, such as offsides, with commentators disagreesing and the crowd also booing to the reaction to a penalty or red card not being given
Also if there was non-leagues, could it be possible for creating your own team in the game and having that team to progress into the premiership ship ect.
Also theyre should be play offs in the champion ship and lower league divisions in the english league.
also they could be more new covergae on player transfers in the game, with some players wanting to play for your team while some players wanting to leave the team for another.
plus the teams in the game could be more realitic for example when i play in the preimeship, man utd would be in the relagation zone, that is not really realistic.

Add In More Stadiums, More Leagues (including the scottish 1st,2nd and 3rd division), in manager mode when our manager gets to a high level be able to managa internatonal teams in the world cup, be able to see the refs and linesmen, be able to pick beter (real) football boots when creating a player, have real players from the youth( i.e fleck, furmen ex fr rangers), beter fan graphics, see clubs lifting the trophy, goal of the month, gal of the season, player of the yea awards ( be able to see the presentation), inform you of other scores( ie if ypur rangers then it could say how celtic are getting on), have mid week training, and be able to see players inteviews when they 1st sign !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

All the Players From The Top Leagues and The Famous Players From Other Leagues Should Have Their own Faces.
More Goal Celebrations To Choose From and a Player should have at least 1 signature celebration and 4 one to choose.
Create a Boot-Choose a Template eg.Adidas Predators and Choose different Colors.
You can Choose The Attendence At Matches.
More Players in The Classic XI Like Pele and Mardona and Cruyff. You can Transfer Classic Players.
A Teams Max on Players Sholud be 50 not 30.
6 Teams Sholud be able to be created and there should be more choice of kit design and color.
The Ref is visible and the Players argue with Him when something contreversial happens.
Players go crazy if a last minute winner or equaliser is scored (eg. Goalscorer Takes of shirt or he jumps into the crowd or both).
More National Teams Like Holland being Licensed.
A Players Shirt sleeves can be Short,Long But Pulled up or long.
Easier to do skills eg.Rabona elastico .
Under 21 National Teams.
There is NO LIMIT To How many times You can edit Players.
Licensed Teams kits can be altered.
In Manager Mode you actually are the manager watching his players at a match.

-please create a match football and stadium from scratch
-see your manager and the rest of your team(assistent manager,subs,reserves,coaches and staff run on the pitch when you win either a title winner,important game and a final
-when you win say the winning game thats won you the seasonor a final of any tournement see your players hold the trophy like on euro 2008 game
-insted of ecc have the champions leage and uefa cup and add the st jonstons paintcup on manager mode
-create a football,football boots(or have this thing where you can get a picture of a boot e.g. nike mercurial vapor 4 orange put it on like ronaldo and he wll wear it) create a stadium,kit,player,club,team(when you create a team , for the kit have the club crest on it)create a run up(penalty or freekick in training)create a saving system for penaltys and free kicks in training then save your run up/goalkepper systemand use them when you need to
-when you create football boots have any make like nike,adidas ect and have any design you want or you can mix it.be like your own make and if footballers like ronaldo like the look of them they can buy them off you for alot of money(points)
-have more realistic slide tackel reactions because i was playin fifa 08 and i really hurt someone(hahahaha) and he stayed down holdin his leg for like 10 seconds then got up a ran on like a substitute player just coming on, i mean come on make it real

In manager mode you should have the opportunity to manage a national team. As some of the others have said, get more national teams in, and run these tournaments…
2006 World Cup video game was great because of the variety of teams that you could select.
And please please please release a next-gen mac version of 09!

I think it would be good to have the crowd/fans singing and cheering more, also when you win the league or a trophy perhaps have an awards ceremony.
Would like to see more graphics when making a sub, perhaps the 4th official holding a board up or the players clapping hands when the make the sub.

you should be able to use your career team to play online against other players career teams, this would be good as u can use your favourite players in your favourite team and show it off to others around the world

i think you should be able to play as teams in confrence and confrence north and south instead of the 4 basic leauges more people like playin as teams like this , also there should be new mode such as “real life mode” were u put in your info such as age and team and you play for a sunday leaugue team or school team then gradually over years become a uprising star and get a contract with a confrence team or sumthin and then go on from there and more goal celebrations

i think on fifa 09 u should be able to do more with the transfer market ie loan deal u should have things like not aloud to play against ur own club b able to recall wen u want plus more control over negotiations ie player wages stuff like tht plus visible refs better cut scenes wen winng trophies i think u should get job offers from other clubs includin from national teams ie england brazil etc etc better carrer modes more tasks goalden boot awards manager and player of the year and month awards better tackles ie leg breaking takles stuff like tht would make it more realistic generally stuff like tht would make fifa 09 the best football game of all time p.s i think u should throw a few old teams in tht u can manage in the carer for fun like old man utd players old newcastle ,liverpool,chelsea u get the point

Please improve the crowd reaktions, sound and visual. The crowd should jump up from there seeds and cheer wenn you score a goal. Flags, lights and movement from the crowd will improve the admosfere, and it will feel more like being pressent at a real football game.

i also aggree very mutch with the song after the goal or even before the match in the background would really be pumping with the celebration i.e. melb victory (australia) has the white stripes da da da da da da da song (plz add that) and the real national anthem of the countries would be stand out of you seats and put you hand on you hear and the other hand with the controler spine tingling

The free kick simulation must be improved, you are just tappin shoot and hoping for the best, its either plum top corner cross bar or miles off with the same shot same power.
I dont see how the greek league hasnt been added for many year seeing as they are in the champs league every year and like the polish/chekz team are a neccesity
I would not mind a minor beach soccer or preferably futsal feature with few national teams with the growth of the sport.
Recognisable referees like poll (lol) and the spanish guy who stinged the aussies and also a recognisable coach used as an effect during subs, throw ins and last miinute situations
an on-the-spot formation editor for the game you ar playing to edit current formations and the option to tell a player induvidually to push
The balls movement in wet grounds where it skids then stops and also the deterioration of the ground during torrential weather in a game
choice of boots (boot shop) Balls (ball shop) and training gear (training shop) equpitment cones, walls for manager mode
