i think be a ref mode would be a bit of a bad idea. couldnt do a season as a ref. However i think be a ref in exhibition mode would be good, saves sitting round waiting for mates to finish their match could be the ref and cost them the game if they beat me before :)

PLEASE, PLEASE, PUT THIS FEATURE (BE A REFEREE) IN FIFA 13!!! I would pay 100 EUR on a soccer game (like FIFA), wich will include realistic Be A Referee mode!!!
