Loyalty is the level of a player’s being loyal to their club in FUT 19. With player loyalty, a player can get their Chemistry increased by 1. This will help you make the most of their stats on the pitch.
Loyalty is indicated by the green shield icon on players card, when a player has no loyalty, the loyalty shield is greyed out. You can get full loyalty for a player in your club who doesn’t have it.
How to Get Loyalty for a Player?
Player found in packs have already full loyalty, but players bought from the Transfer Market have no loyalty.
To get loyalty for a player who does not have it, your player needs to play minimum 10 games for your club. This applies when your player is in your Starting 11 or comes in as a sub.
