Well I think ur packs are a money grab cause I’ve spent around £45 on packs and there not the normal packs there 25k and up packs and I have not even revived a board in my last 8 packs it’s a joke and u need to sort it out cause it’s becoming a F*** Joke. PS I Don’t mean to swear but this game is beyond a joke atm many thanks Ryan ☺️

I play fifa player career mode. Most of the time I play with just my player and not the team. I play on legendary and what I’ve noticed is that the defenders are really passive. Since I only play with my player, who is a striker, I can’t switch to a defender. So I watch and see my defenders let the strikers from the other team walk through. All they do is walk with them in their defensive stance but the barely try to stop them or the wait until the striker is in shooting range. The passiveness of defenders is a debate (some like it), but I think that in player career mode, where you only play with a self made player the passiveness really ruins the game since you can’t switch a defenders if you play just your player.
Its strange because these games seem to get worse an worse each year but i still buy it an play it all the time. The passing is a joke, not only do passes not go to your intended target but the amount of times i over hit a through ball when tapping the triangle button and under hitting it when filling the bar is so frustrating. Also the players seem to take so long in actually releasing the ball (goal kicks are the worst). The the lack intellagence of your team mates whilst on the attack is none existant, they make no attempt to give you an option with a forward run and when you think that they are and you go to play a through ball they stop dead in there tracks like theyve just s*** themselves. The heading is awful, the amount of headers ive missed from close range is unbelievable, most of them are headed into the ground and bounce over the bar. Im sick of the goalkeepers constantly punching the ball, especially when there not even under pressure.
Player response terribly slow.
Defenders freeze inexplicably on rebounds but computer attacker carries on.
Penalties given for non-challenges.
Just not fun anymore.
FUT Is BROKEN and you need to sort it out I’m kinda new to all this Fifa stuff and I’m trying play Squad Battles and it seems like the Semi Pro is like super difficult and I paid £53 for every game to get my assed whoop by the Computer cause apparently semi pro means there like messi ffs I’m new player and can’t u make it lil easier for new Fifa players 3/10 Rating atm
Really disappointed game ever. FUT is really broken. When defending, defenders just run away drom ball. Tackling is not effective. And bounce straight to opposition team. And delay man. Really frusting. When play online not following commands and do other s***s. EA owes me a new controller. Isntead of breaking the controller I break the cd. Best decision ever. Going to PES. I understand that stadium development is not a massive issue however I was a little disappointed that Tranmere Rovers have been moved from Ivy lane, granted the stadium is huge in comparison to Prenton Park however, be it by fluke, it did share a resemblance. The small oval stadium which is now used looks like something from the Spanish lower leagues

The online gameplay is an absolute joke. Not fair or even realistic other than cosmetically. Will not be purchasing again. Sorry EA, had many fun years, but this is horrible. I can have 15 shots on target against a no name keeper and lose to 2 shuts on goal. Absolutely ridiculous!
1)I subscribe what he said, i understand it is ment to be equal, thriling… but the game sometimes is just ridiculos… It is blatantly obvious that the game interfeer and help one of the players…. Do it in subtle manner if you need to do it…..2)The game has become to easy to play…for moust of the players.. The new dtrend has tbe everybody or mostly the pros to play on fullmanual… The competition has to be played on full manual….

I can’t count the amount of times an attacker is waiting for the perfect cross Ive sent in, I’ve pressed the shoot button at least 3 times AND THEY STILL TRY TO RECEIVE THE BALL. I’ve missed golden opportunities because of this. Unchallenged with time to think and they still do that??
My 2nd biggest peeve. What is the point of making a tackle of somehow the ball is just going to bounce between the player and end up with the attacker behind my defender with the ball anyway? May aswell have not been there at all!
This needs to be fixed. I’ve lost many games and given away leads because of these 2 fundamental flaws. They aren’t small issues they are win or lose issues.
Fix the way to score from headers! Every time I deliver a perfect ball into the box somehow my wide open player miss the goal. Crosses and headers are a big part of my game and you have handicapped me.

I honestly am upset that I trusted fifa year in year out since fifa 01 to be a fun exhilarating football game, for when im not playing the sport in real life. It did do that up until fifa 14 for me, ever since then its been a terrible downhill slope. I know people have their opinions, but there is no denying that the gameplay on ultimate team modes favours players who spend real money on the game. Not only this, but with fifa 20, it constantly disconnects me mid game so I end up with more losses on my record and gives me no coins in the process. I dont have physical proof like coding errors within the game on me, but im not stupid, whenever I play a team that has motm aubameyang and pukki and icons this early I the game, there’s no way they have done the sbcs for them and must have paid for fifa coins to get packs

The most pathetic fifa I have ever played in my life, has nothing manual, everything is automatic in AI. But worst of all is the slow resolution of actions in the ultimate team, the ultimate programming is different from the default mode, and makes everything slower, making the game just dribbling and playing very slowly. Seriously if I could ask for a refund of this game.
I’ll leave the gameplay alone for now but the problem I have that has continued from fifa 19 if not before is the awarding of a result when my opponent quits. If they quit, that should be an automatic win for me. So many times opponents quit at the start of the game, when they’re drawing or as soon as they score a goal. I get awarded a loss or a draw despite the fact they forfeit and I also lose contracts for minimal playing time.
Defending is awful the AI defending is shocking they walk away from their men, no self awareness no positioning. Passing/clearing the ball out your own area doesn’t go more than 2 feet away from the player, pass is atrocious all round. Free kicks from anywhere that isn’t in range for a shot is pointless you can’t even see where your cross/long pass is going to end up. Really need to fix this game, probably the worst one yet.

Game play is really cheap and bogus that it really disturb your nerves make you annoy. I don’t recommend this game to anyone.

The game has gone down fast for the players, well up for the cash Cows. Ultimate team a farse, gifted packs, but you can trade them, and quite often they are doubles. Think I’m gonna give evo a go. Fifa take take take, give, bollocks. See ya fifa
Who thought it would be a good idea to make a game where you can’t defend , the passing is bad , game is slow, you can’t score from corners, who asked them to change the former penalties and free kicks , ea sports shouldn’t be making this sort of mistakes, this fifa is terrible been a nightmare since I got it, I really hope they drop a patch the fix the game play & again the defending is total s***
I wish i could get a refund for this joke. The worst FIFA game i have ever played and i play since 2002. Defending and containing is really crap so as heading (so in defence as in offence) and the goalkeepers move like statues. I really regret buying this garbage!!!
I find the gameplay in FIFA 20 much more clunky and awkward than 19. My main concern is the defending, every game I play online seems to have over 6 goals. So difficult to defend, so easy to run past the last defender or hit a simple through ball past the defence. Go in for a tackle and even my James milner looks like neymar as he easily shimmies past.
EA please make defending a bit easier by reducing the stand tackle animation or something, or at least increase defending AI. I’m not saying this because I’ve lost lots of games, my record is very similar to 19. It just destroys the sense of realism when it’s like basketball and there are constantly scorelines of 6-4 etc.
I got a penalty at the beginning of 2 games and both times the opponent left i was awarded a draw as i hadnt taken the shot. I think i shouldve been awarded a win in both situations. I was using my loan players and lost games with them as it still takes a game off them. This is bad sportsmanship and you should get the win if your opponent leaves as a penalty is given. Thanks
Totally agree, this has happened to me a couple of times. Also winning games a couple of times, servers go down and then get a DNF!
Make no mistake friends you can buy fifa point better than the defensive line. more speed . Make fewer mistakes and, most importantly, more powerful servers

EA falsely advertised the game. Released the game without the career mode features and tricked customers into pre-ordering, downloading (which removes the ability for a refund), and ultimately lied about fixes (over a month of waiting as of the writing of this post). Where is the apology? Sitting in the s***ter with EA’s customer service.

So it’s been now nearly my 10th game that I’m losing connection to EA servers and ironically I’m getting loses too, winning a match at 80th minute by 6-1 and I Lost connection all of the sudden.. Wtf EA????
Same here. I don’t know how this has gotten worse, but it has. I just gave up playing Pro Clubs with my teammate last night, because this is constantly happening. FIFA 20 is garbage as far as I am concerned. Why did I waste my money?
How can EA make a game that costs minimum 60£(I paid 80£) and put out this garbage. Defensively it is so poor but soo poor that it is actually unbelievable. I understand now why people been say this is the worse they’ve played, cause it actually is. I’ve never rated fifa so badly in my life, and never thought I would do it but I was wrong. I’m so upset for this. No matter how much you enjoying it there is always something wrong, or because defensively is a joke, or because there are bugs, or servers are crap, now pukki scores hat-trick every game you play against(even knowing that you play with a different person every time) the guy always scores no matter how. Let me guess, just cause he scored 2 goals against City, we make him now the scoring machine of fifa 20. Shooting is bad, attacking not great but way better than defense. It is just not real guys. If it wasnt for Volta Mode which is actually good, I would uninstall my fifa 20. I hope changes will be made and hope to change my mind with the changes cause in a year time if I feel like nothing has been fixed, you know I’m switching to PES. And again I ask 60£ for that?

Ok I had spent some time to read the user reviews here and totally agree with most of them , this is the worse FIFA game ever produced. I noted something when my opponent mistakenly pass the ball to my goal keeper , he can’t hold the ball with hands !!! any body noted that ???
More over, Defending is really a joke , shooting on goal is far away from real , sprinting with ball is not stoppable , player reaction so slow.

Please fix the In game connections don’t say it’s on good latency when in game it’s clearly not, I have 5 seconds delay where as he’s running through my players because of it, extremely annoying and unplayable

Absolute and utter garbage. Like everyone else who posted here totally agree. I thought i was the only one. But fifa 20 is aweful horrible disgusting and total bull****. Very slow. And some ppl say it’s realistic i mean come on. League 1 football play better footbal than this. Its a horror show. Honestly i am so annoyed that they have ruined such a beautiful game. Il be as polite as i possibly can as ive wasted so much anger and frustration on this game, aswell as time and money… but nothing else can be said other than its f***in garbage.
The controls and passing is inconsistent and wayward, too many shots are either unrealistically saved, hit the bar or post or are blasted wide, defenders missing tackles or just running off from opposition players are just a few of the many hundreds of faults…. but i think the worst is how slow n laggy the game is, EA should be ashamed and embarrased.
Ive noticed alot of people on here complain rightly so about the vs attack…. PLEASE BOYCOTT IT FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! Fifa and EA always favour the big spenders who do nothing except spend all their time and money on this game aswell as sucking the dicks of fifa and EA executives, so unless you wanna do both those things there is no place for us little spenders 🙁 also how can u trust a company that deletes negative posts from people about its game and where the conspiracy theorys about the game were laughed at only to be true!
Sure… EA and fifa make alot of money from people, but thats all they have. They are faceless, soul – less, non existant “people” who hide behind a company name and are more than happy to just take everything they can from anyone.
Just be safe in the knowledge nothing lasts forever 🙂 and one day fifa and EA’S rotten thieving empire will topple down on top of them, whilst we stand back and watch them get crushed and choke on the rubble.

Its really s***.worst game experience i have ever had.the players dont react fast,fast players abnormally accelerate,no chance for headers on target,1 on 1s are abnormally hard to be scored,the whole team dont move forward and it takes time players join the attack.its fully s*** even more than 19 but 19 is still better than this.also team defending is awful and the defenders make many mistakes in 1 2 situation.im a pro player and im honest with you.its really worst version.i think its time to switch to PES.i think best fifa version was 18
Switching to Pes after about 13 years playing Fifa, am gutted fifa has gone down the route of the most unrealistic ridiculous skills being produced. It’s actually pathetic a 5 star skilled player can dribble all their way through your team. It’s almost like it’s gotten worse every year since 2013. Save yourself the money switch to any other football game other than FIFA 20. Shame that there is only two football games really.
Please ea update this game! Worst fifa I’ve played. Was fine before the updates and now it’s awful! Defenders have turning circle of a bus. Players don’t react quick enough to a loose ball. Shooting is awful and heading at goal is non existent. Going back to fifa 19 if this isn’t sorted out
Please try to correct one mistake that we found with a friend.. When you play friendship game on line with a friend you can’t change football players and also the game doesn’t let you choose the new tactics..
