Who Will Get Beta Codes for FIFA 20?

FIFA 20 Closed Beta will be only available on PS4 and Xbox One platforms. The selected players are chosen from FIFA players in the US and the UK who opted in to get EA emails. Learn more about how to opt-in your account for FIFA 20 Beta by counting reading below.

How Do I Get an Invite for FIFA 20 Closed Beta?

To increase your eligibility for future FIFA Closed Beta invites you need to be opted-in to receive FIFA and EA emails. Go to the this page and select the first box, where it says “EA may email me about EA news, products, events and promotions”.

Apparently, EA choose the most active FIFA fans in specific game modes to send the invitations to. Therefore, it could be based on the time they spend on playing the game and their in-game activities such as the level their reach and/or the titles they achieve. For example, some people who were invited to FIFA 19 Online Seasons Beta, were saying that they were playing the game quite a lot and they were staying in DIV 1 for a long time winning the division title almost every time.

Your region also could be important, for example, FIFA 19 Closed Beta invites had been sent to FIFA users in the US and the UK countries only.

Is FIFA 20 Closed Beta Available for PC and Nintendo Switch?

Unfortunately, there is no Closed Beta for PC or Nintendo Switch this year. But, stay tuned for more information about the free trial, coming soon.

FIFA 20 Closed Beta Invite – The Email

  • Selected FIFA players in the US and the UK who opted in to get EA emails will get an email at the email address that is linked to their EA account.
  • Because of limited space in the Closed Beta, not everyone will get an email with a code.
  • EA only have enough codes for the players that EA sent emails to. If you didn’t get an email with a code, EA’s Advisors won’t be able to give you one.
  • The email will include a Closed Beta access code for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One.

Registration

You will be given with the registration link in the invite email. You need to register to get the download link. It might take a while to receive the download link and instruction.

How to Use/Redeem your Beta Code

Follow the FIFA 20 voucher code redeeming instructions. Or just choose your platform to learn how to redeem your beta code if you got one:

Follow the Rules

Don’t forget to follow the rules if you got a Beta code for FIFA 20. Here are the rules that EA set for their beta testers:

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You’ll need to have an Internet connection, an EA Account, and have accepted the User Agreement and the FIFA 20 Beta Agreement.
  • Live streaming and image capturing of Closed Beta gameplay or forums is against our rules.

EA only sends all Beta communication from their email account [email protected]. Add this address as a safe sender to receive emails. Check your spam, junk, or social folder for any missed email messages from [email protected].

I Didn’t Get any Beta Invites, Now What?

EA says that they only have enough codes for the players that they sent emails to. If you did not get an email with a code from EA email account ([email protected]), it means you are not selected for the FIFA 20 private beta.

  1. Hersene fifa oynuyorum takım genim 112 altına düşmemiş Ea. spor bana katılırsan daha çok gen atlarız

  2. Spent a fortune on fifa28and19 and not got beta 20.not impressed ea is a joke. Money making that’s all it is

    1. The information in this article is incorrect, the way EA select people to get beta codes is completely random because they want feedback from a range of players from pros to casuals, so I doesn’t matter if you spend £10,000 and 100s of hours on the game, you still have as much chance to get a code as someone who played casually for a week and never played again, it completely sucks but that’s EA for you

  3. Honestly it just depends if your opted in for the emails, I have a friend always begging for beta codes (I’ve had them since 2016 every year) and i asked him are you opted in the emails and hes like “what’s that” so that’s why he doesn’t get them

  4. The fact that I didn’t get a beta is ridiculous. Granted I never play online 1 v 1, I stay in division 1 co-op online and have an abundance of ultimate team and seasons time. I play fifa every single day. Level 56 with 213k xp compared to a friend who got the beta and has only had his current gamertag and ea account for about 3 months. Played every fifa since 2010 including the World Cup editions. EA, you have let me down.
