1. PRE-SEASON TEAM PREPARATION: As a manager of your club you are responsible for setting up the correct training and team motivations for the upcoming season. You should be given a table of training methods to prepare each player. Then you should be able to see the player's form meter go up a bit as he takes part in the training sessions. That way form is not determined on just any random basis or its not just determined by how much play time he gets in actual games. It's more directly determined by how YOU train them.
2. MANAGER'S PHILOSOPHY: Since the beginning of the pre-season you as the manager determines a philosophy for the upcoming season. This has to do with the attitude you want your team to embody. For example, one philosophy might be; work hard towards the last minute. Another one might be play smart. Yet another one could be, play as a team! teamwork! etc.. All of these philosophiesshould have their possible strenghts and possible weaknesses. But it is you the one setting up the momentum for the season. Your club will be motivated by your attitudes and philosophies.
3. PREPARATIONS FOR UP-COMING OPPONENTS: You as manager should receive team scouting reports from the up and coming opponents and then have the task of preparing a strategy on how to defeat them. Your team scout should provide you with a host of facts about your upcoming opponent. For example, formations, starting lineups, players in form and off form from the other team, tendencies in their play, style of play and maybe some stats from their previous match. After you have studied the other team you then set up practices for your team for that week. The formation that you assign your team to practice on that week will be the one they can execute the best. If you plan on marking a player in the upcoming match then you select the defender in practice and have him practice marking one of your strikers etc. There should be a stamina meter during practice so that you as manager can intelligently train your players on the aspects that most matter for the upcoming game. In this way form, morale and fatigue is something that you can take into your own hands and its something that you can see as your own making.
4. FORM CHART: There should be an easy way to check and keep track of your club's form. Here you see WHY their form is the way it is and have an idea of WHAT can be done to improve their form and team chemistry. For example, under the player's form meter you could read how many days he has trained and how many minutes does he get to play during actual matches. You should also see under "form" if this player has suffered an injury in that season and for how long etc. All of these stats will then give you the manager an idea on why their form is low and what you need to do with that particular player to get his form back up.
5. COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM STAFF AND PLAYERS: You as the manager are in constant communication with all the team staff from your assistant manager to trainers and even the team executive. And of course your players. Your assistant manager assists you in things concerning tired plauyers and players who are in form as well as off form. You can assign certain duties to the assistant manager. Trainers let you know if a player is doing well in training and players who are likely to suffer an injury and also obey certain assignments you give to them if there are any. Trainers let you in on all that is going on within the team fitness-wise etc. Players come to you with more requests and suggestions like they don't want to play as a SB but rather prefer playing as SM or that they want to get in he game during the match. Players can also come up with illnesss like a flu and inform you about it. Or that they wanna be subbed out etc. Now you as manager SHOULD be able to RESPOND to your players and staff. You should be able to negotiate or simply negate your payer's requests. There should be back and forth communication with the whole team in general.
6. FIRE STAFF: You fire a staff member that is not completing his tasks well enough or that is not a good fit for the team. Or you decide to upgrade and get a better staff member at a certain position. Money should be an issue here and evrry staff member should bring with them an attitude or personality as well as talent.
7. POOL OF STAFF POSITIONS: When you the manager decides to hire someone for a certain team staff position you should go into a pool of people applying for that position and with a resume for you analyze and determine what is best for your club. Not just talent but what kind of attitude this staff member bring onto the team will also matter.
8. MANAGER INTERVIEWS: You the manager attends an interview andyou get alot of things at you disposal as far as what to say and go into sub categories like talk about a player, the ref a team in general, the weather etc.. There should be press conferences evry game, one prior tothe match and one after. The build up for every match should be felt. Also, these interview and press conferences should take part in an actual setting with all the media around. It should unfold as an event just like the matches themselve.
So these are some ideas I've come up with to make Career Mode a much deeper and immersive experience. Please consider these ideas EA.

2) Improve the coach and duckout
Defense System
1. In FIFA 13 I don't see Containing or Tactical defending very impressive because the player has time to pass the ball and shoot.In real life matches you see defenders containing a player tightly and making them fear and lose the ball that's how Tactical defending supposed to be. Containing still be coordinated with a player's ability like the player with rating 83 and above should have the ability when performing tactical defending to be able to anticipate the player movement and go in for the tackle when he sees a good chance. Containing should be about pressuring the player making him make mistakes and go for the tackle. Again when containing if the player sends a long pass or lob ball instead of the player to follow the direction the ball will land, he instead leaves a player whether marked or not and tries to get the ball but the foolishness in that is the player tries to get the ball but on air. He should instead follow the player and the ball and when the ball lands start containing again.
AI INTELLIGENCE: The intelligences of the AI should be greatly increased this is also essential to fit the Containing Defense System but still the AI should still make errors because it is necessary like on shots, passes not likely on Defense but still on defending.
Attacking System: In Attacking system players should make a wise run-up to get the ball this too will depend on the Agility and Attacking position of the player. Quick 1-2 pass should be added and improve like in ps3 though may button configuration is different something like hold L1 or any button depending on configuration then press X double times also the player will make a good run to recieve an instant pass.
Team Management: New style of play should be added
Quick Tactics: As the name implies should be quick and very relevant and should work instantly. It should be indicated in any color preferably gold,yellow,blue or red.
Fouls: This system in FIFA 13 greatly annoys me. Tackles that are not supposed to be booked are booked. Small tackles in the penalty area are awarded as penalties these systems should be changed. Referees should get the Handball and Offside but not every time.
Commentary: More commentators should be added and there should be variety of comments from them on different happenings on the pitch
Injuries: A player with Severe Injury must be carried off the pitch on a stretcher.
Weather: Unstable weather e.g Sunny to cloudy then probably rainy or vise from rainy to sunny
More countries,leagues and teams should be added
Boots: sufficient good looking NiKE,ADDIDAS AND PUMA BOOTS
EDITING: I once tried editing Lionel Messi's boot and it messed up his whole appearance this should be changed FIFA 14 should allow Ediditing of player accessories without a problem but disallow changing of player abilities, so they should really get players' abilities correctly
Player movement should be realistic. Gameplay should be more realistic like HD OR 3D MORE LIVELY ESPECIALLY THE PITCH AND PLAYER FACE. NEW CELEBRATIONS, 3D FANS AND AMAZING CUTSCENCES, NEW SKILLS.
MANAGER MODE
Manager mode such be more realistic. During the press conference should have a cutscence r of the Manager in the press room and to make it better if there are any comments we should be given a list of options to choose what we want to say. Player to Mangager interaction. Managers in FIFA 14 should respond to players concern and ideas.
In gameplay we should be able to control Mangers movement and when there is a change in tactics we see the Manger actually shouting and giving a signal. The Manager should also celebrate with the player during trophy matches.
Addition Of Uefa Champions league tournament and Europa League, Super Cup and World Cup should be added. Player Award like Ballond'or best player of the year, Puskas and so on should be added

If you're with an ordinary team like eg. West Brom, Southampton, Celta Vigo or maybe even Liverpool, make financial takeovers in career mode with a team you are playing with like them without buying it from the EA catalouge
- National team and club manager career mode should be separate
- More generic and licensed stadiums
- More realistic spectators (fireworks, hooligans, unique chants for all teams, flags etc.)
- Full national anthems for both teams before a international match
- Real referees
- Continental Cups for each football confederations (Champions League and Libertadores, both generics). FIFA Club World Cup in the end/middle of the season
- Better graphics
- Realistic youth academy (matches, training, better scouting etc.)
- Paramedics coming on the field when a player gets injured (with strechers and if really seriously an ambulance)
- More life on the stadium (photographers, security guards, field streakers, player fights, police , ball boys, etc.)
- Realistic player interaction
- Pre match training and interview
- The possibilite to change the weather during the match
- More match comentators
- Each teams should have a unique ability (home is a fortress, rich man club, poor club, famous club, etc.)
- Reserve team to give youth player and player who are coming back from injurys playing time without risking to much
- More celebrations (taking off shirt, celebrating with the fans etc.)
- Problem with players behaviour out the field
- Players diving to simulate a foul
- Match bans for managers and players
- Better AI
- Being able to build new stadium during manager mode (for those clubs who doesnt have a licensed one)
- Fans demostrating against how the club is being run (empty stadiums, banners etc.)
- Change the league badge and lettering style on the shirt when a club gets promoted/relegated
- Being able to scout in all countrys off the world
- Intense derby matches
- Press conference rooms
- Being able to choose friendlies
- Being able to customize kits and changing sponsors after a season ends
Cut scenes:
- Managers on the bench and in the dressing room giving tips or tactical decisions
- Commentators before/after the match or at half time
- Have the captain choose heads or tails before the game, to choose sides
- Award ceremonies: Ballon d'Or, best player/team of the tournament, league, ...
- Transfers: successful negotiations, player presentation, ...
- Important press conferences, meetings, ...
- Important celebrations: hat tricks, certain amount of goals in a season
- Much more cup celebrations: with the whole team (subs and reserves), receiving medals, or line up and watch as a rival team gets the cup awarded (and add to Fair Play points)
- League champions celebrations (when you are certain to be the league champions)
- Injured players in the stadium
In career mode, keep adding things to transfer and youth academy experience.
Optional live press conferences before big matches, new signings, managing a new club etc.
Create some new stories for talking to the press. It's annoying ALWAYS seeing 'Energy the Key to Success' & 'Consistency the Key to Progress'.
Clubs should be more reluctant sell their best youth players. I can buy Raheem Sterling for maybe 4mil in the game, but in reality Liverpool would not let a future star of the game go for less than 8mil.
As always, more stadiums, leagues and teams.

Anyway, I know it is almost impossible to put everything that I wrote, but as a fan of FIFA since FIFA 98, I hope you meet at least some of my suggestions ....

- Allow financial takeover option whenever you like.
- At the end of the season, allow a greater choice of offers so you're not constrained by where you go next. For example if Real Madrid offer you a job, i'm sure you would have the chance of managing LA Galaxy if you wished.
- More press interactivity, including competitors
- More realistic free agents, there were numerous (older) big name players in free agency last season. For instance the likelyhood of Frank Lampard being a free agent due to his age.
General:
- TURKISH LEAGUE!!!!!!

Also in career mode virtual pro I would like to see the level system back in place that shows you your progress at a club for example first team player, club captain, club legend etc. Being able to negotiate contracts in career mode ritual pro would also be a good addition to ask for higher wages or a higher role in the club etc.
Live press conferences would vastly improve career mode and it would be better if you could have a decision about what your player/manager says in a press conference.
I also like the idea of your club being able to be too over by new owners without having to buy it in the catalogue and new sponsors each season would be good.
- first you should get the licence for UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE and EUROPA LEAGUE
- you should be able to send the substitutes to warm up (it would take a couple of minutes, but if you dont warm him up he would have bigger chance of injury)
- when you substitute the player - the player that is going out shouldnt be showing tacticts
- when you become champion the fans should make much more noise
- when you are playing first match of knockout round (and you are winning by 1 goal, and its 85minute) goalkeeper (computers) shouldnt come up for corner, because there is still 2nd match ;)
- if you substitute your captain you should be able to chose another one (now it shows you - you cannot change captain during the match)
- when you become a champion the celebrations should be much better (without the diving - it like they are 8 years old) + there should be stage prepared for the champions and the CAPTAIN should raise the trophy
- when the player gets injured they should come with stretcher (now the player has broken ankle and he gets out of the game by himself)

Love the idea of legendary players for FUT.
Would like to see a World Cup mode.
Create-a-player, and/or player customization, and/or uniform/boot customization.
Ability to use Ultimate Team or Manager Mode team for online play.

A combination of tournaments from PES 13 (UCL, UEL and CopaL.) with all the licesed teams and Leagues of Fifa 13 would make the football simulation gamers dream come true.
-- Also, being able to make your own kits/stadiums.
-- Being able to set the price for tickets, depending on how important that game would be.
-- Being able to see peoples game face online like in FIFA12
2)Manager career mode -- Being able to start a new team and growing their squad, playing against other players online that have their own team. You will be able to rank up by Divisions 1-10. Obviously starting at division 10, making your way up to first. Being able to get sponsors and scout players just like normal. Getting a bigger fan base the more you rank up in division and being able to notice it in the stadium.
3)Pro Rank Matches -- Eliminating the option to chose ANY, its very annoying when the person controlling most of the team decides not to pass the ball or simply they start to score goals on their own team because they think its funny, when other people want to play the game!
-- Another suggestion would be if you can add a option to choose if you would like to play with players with 7.0 rating and up, to make it more challenging and more professional gaming, that would be awesome!
These are some of my ideas, but i no there are plenty more we can come up with!
1) Issue yellow cards to goalkeeper for wasting time by not moving the ball forward.
2) Introduce handball as foul. Make it controversial (unintentional) or clearcut.
3) Introduce players calling out to each other during gameplay like in real games or coaches occasionally yelling at players at the baseline to give instructions as often in real games.
4) When a player is injured on the ground, referee should stop the game and access the situation. Currently in FIFA 13, the game still goes on even when a player is on the ground reeling in pain.
Also Celtic Park the second biggest club stadium in Britain should be on FIFA 14
