- Add a Stadium Creator, Option to choose Tiers, Seat Colors, Corners etc,
-Add overall more Stadiums in Premier League
-Add a Sky Sports Theme to the gameplay.

Career Mode:
- Add Emergency Loans if Struggling with injuries half way through a season.
- Add League badge changes when promoted or relegated.
- Add a Edit Kit Option so we don't have to keep the same kit each season, change sponsors and kit suppliers.
-Create A Manager, before you start a new Career you should be able to get the manager to look how u want him to.
-Add Pitch Invasions in Big Achievements such as Promotion or Winning the League.
2) Fix positions in UT. For instance, 4-2-2-2 shouldn't have 2 CAM but RAM and LAM or RM and LM.
3) Make UT more like an online career.
stadium creater, should be able to buy a new stadium and ba able to build on it, instead of the standard grounds on there. i also see that, only the premier league gets there own stadium, yes it will be a nightmare to create all the football league ones aswell, but at least be able to do somet with them.

- Ad boards which don't have EA sports on them- take actual examples from real life teams- e.g everton have myprotein boards behind the goals etc.

-New commentators, Alan Davis is not great. Why is Motson not getting involved?
-One thing i think is shameful in fifa is the quality of the actual goals- i.e. the posts and the net- If you look at the real life ones they are drastically different, all of which are CLEAN and white, dont make a DING sound when hit, and have a far greater level of detail and dont look like a crumpled crisp packet when hit by a ball.
- Let us celebrate behind the goal, and with the crowd
-Get proper corner flags
-Replay cutscenes need to be more like those on TV
- Match highlights and facts need to be in greater detail and the quantity should be increased.
-Dynamic weather
-Consistent player boot updates (love the EASFC where you can download the boots great addition) but this needs to be done in more depth to really keep the game up to date.
-Crowd appearance
-Realistic Crowd sounds, and reaction, footy always sounds different on TV but on FIFA it's always the same 'un-realistic' sound
-Flares, in things like European games, or teams that dont play in premier league, Many, Many danish sides have crazy passionate fans who light up numerous flares, smokes, and wave huge flags before and during games- this would be a real good addition.
-A more lifelike default camera angle- tends to be the case people stick with (especially noobs) the default settings of the game [why there are so many players who use assisted f*^$ing controls] so use a lower, more wide-pan angle to start with rather than the mysterious , birds eye floating tele cam.
- I don't need to go into how passing, shooting, heading, etc should all be tweaked.
-I think ball physics need some attention too,especially in short passes which jump and bobble unlike they should.
-goalies......as always
-Please don't advertise this game as the 99% amazing review sequel to the best selling sports game of all time. It gets far too hyped ala Modern Warfare and this iteration of FIFA shouldn't have to proclaim it's majesty to the high heavens.
-Subs on the sidelines look horrendous.
-5th official holding board is also horrendous.
-Goalie kits i mean really?
- Sort out player runs- the new attacking AI is nice, but flawed, need to develop on that idea so the midfield isnt a no mans land where no three passes can be stringed together without all your players, for some sick reason also including defenders charge foward with only one thing in mind- the players have urgency at the wrong times- some defensive urgency and goalie urgency when under pressure in their own third is comical- yet when my midfielder is looking for a pass potentially even backwards to keep posession, one of my centre-backs is steaming up the pitch, screaming for the ball just in front of the opposition box- I mean REALLY, is that some sort of sick joke- i could pass for days on fifa 12 but 13 i've had to totally revert to this 'counter-attacking' football EA have emposed on the world.
-Push the benefits of playing on Manual Controls, I know im a fanboy of them, but once you've mastered it there is nothing like it, i wouldn't buy FIFA were it not for the ability to actually independently aim my own dayum passes
-Change all the menus and totally change the way FIFA , off the pitch is controlled, not only could it be more efficient it would be fresh to leave the design that has been so familiar to FIFA for years and years.

- MONEY FOR TICKETS – Receiving money for tickets sold + these tickets should be connected with audience on every match. I think this is the most important one. Example: Playing at Camp Neu (Barcelona) you can expect 80000 people. If you were good on that season it will be more likely that 80000 people will come. If you were poor –it may come only 20000 people. Which mean, that you will get less money for tickets sold. It should be audience figure (tickets sold figure) visible before each match, and how much income was made on tickets sale.
- SPONSORSHIP - Sponsorship and advertising. Possibility of adding sponsor’s logos on the kits, for some amount of money/contracts with sponsors.
- HIGHLIGHTS - Possibility of showing highlights (not only for your own game, but others as well) of the week. Best goals. Red Cards etc. But with possibility of turn that off.
- FREE AGENTS - Free agents players should be different for every new game. When you starts a new career with Chelsea and one week later (in real time) you started a new career with Manchester City, free agents should be different, not the same. I think it’s just kind of shuffle option to add, maybe more free agents…
- WARM UP MODE - Warm up mode before substitutions made, which then can have an influence on overall skills for that player. If you didn’t warm up a player, because someone broke a leg, you had no time to warm him up, then it should take some time before he will achieve his 100% skills on the pitch. Warm ups should be visible from closer distance (few seconds)
- REFEREE’S ACCURACCY - Referee should not finish a match every time when the ball is in the middle of the pitch, especially when it is a good attack. It was ok in previous Fifas, but it is worse in Fifa 13 somehow. Please go back to the old mode.
- PLAYING 10 PLAYERS - Possibility of playing 10 or 9 players if one or two players are injured and no substitutions left. Basically… possibility of removing players from the pitch without replacing (if injured).
- PROGRESSION ARROWS - Showing who gain or loose % points, but visible on the main screen, next to their names. In Demo Fifa 13 there were some arrows. It was good idea.
- MORE REPLAYS - More replays for near misses, fauls, posts bars – more often and with some closer cameras. With possibility to turn it option off.
- CHOOSING SIDES AND WEATHER HANDICAP - Possibility of choosing side after flicking the coin. It might be connected with sunlight and wind. Handicap should be given for that team who hasn’t got direct sunlight into his eyes and wind into his eyes. Playing against the wind or sunlight should slower the whole team a little bit.
- DOCTORS - Stretcher and doctors visible on the pitch when someone had serious injury. It could be nice to see doctors running on the pitch with stretcher and then lifting an injured player. That should affect time in the game ass well. Reason for that change… I never seen a player with broken leg who tired to walk out of the pitch himself.
- REAL STADIUMS - Real stadiums with real names for all the teams.
- 6 SECOND RULE - 6 seconds yellow card rule for goalkeeper should be in place, not only releasing the ball from his hands automatically.
- TIME - Time should not stop when goalkeeper trying to cheat and playing slowly.
- AUDIENCE AND NOISE - Audience figures and crowd visible accordingly to those figures. And also noise. More people, more noise and support.
- CARDS - More red/yellow cards for computer. It’s very rare that computer getting them while player is penalized very often.
- FRIENDLY MATCHES - Freewill set up friendly matches for club teams and national teams as well. Choosing when you want to play some friendly matches and make some profit on them. They will affect as well some national games.
- PRESS CONFERENCE - Possibility to express your thoughts about players in press conference, but not these ones who set up in first eleven. Should be able to choose from the whole squad, because some players which are not in first eleven, played in last match.
- INJURIES - Serious injuries should deduct some overall % points (but temporarily). David Villa who came back after broken leg injury, won’t be as good as he was before that accident. Some points should drop down (example from 80 to 78) and then slowly coming back after few matches.
- PRACTICE - In game explanation and practice (movies and live practice) how to do freekicks, corners, penalties.
- RED CARDS - Little digit on the red card should show how many matches player will miss.
- ICONS FOR SKILLS - Special skills icons (runner, acrobat, strong etc) should be visible next to the surname the same way as in Fifa 11.
- NATIONAL ANTHEMS - National anthems – longer and for both teams, not only for home team.
- CLUB NAMES - Full club names visible on the main screen – not only icons and 3 letters.
- COMPLAIN MODE - Possibility of complain against red card or penalty.
- THROW IN - Free movement when throw in, and yellow cards given if going too far.
- GOALKEEPER COMMENTS - When goalkeeper is going to attack (not himself but when player decide to just go using goalkeeper with the ball) it should be more comments. They were in previous Fifas but in Fifa 13 they are missing.
- COMMENTATORS – More comments for specific less known players.
- TIME - Substitutes and throw ins, corners should not stop the time.
- PRIZES - Manager of the month/year should be prized by money.
- PICTURES UPLOAD - Possibility of uploading pictures for some less known players. It is quite annoying when got 11 players with no faces.
- ATMOSPHERE - Some camera views/shots while during the game showing the audience and the coach (closed look) to feel the atmosphere.
- COMMENTS AND REFEREES - More referees names should been said by commentators.
- TRAINING - Proper training and options to choose how to train. Train with the whole team. Train with the whole squad (11 of your players controlled by you vs another 11 of your players controlled by computer – wearing training kits). Traing with goalkeepers, teach them reflexes. And these training options should then give some points into specific skills in career mode.
- TRAINING - Training as another option and not a must option before the game. Before game training should be abandoned.
- UPPER BODY INJURIES - Upper body injuries. Brain shake, eyebrow bleeding, spina problems, broken arm.
- BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE - National career experience for all players. At the moment players who are in the national squad controlled by computer, not gaining any % points. They should.
- USER FRIENDLY INTERFACE - Possibility of take a look onto players (from national squad reserves – right side of the screen while choosing national squad). Not only when you already choose replacement. Should be able to take a look freely.
- SNOW – Snow should be less at the beginning of the match and more at the end of the match when falling. Should have more negative influence on the game.
- POSTPONED MATCHES – Possibility to postpone the match to rest a little bit longer, which can be finish with fine/penalty.
- FAIR PLAY – If player is injured and opposite team shoot to throw in, computer should give back ball possession.

i'd love to see sum more Asian international teams and Slovakia FA and the Turkish League, Ukraine and Greek League and maybe an asian league
I don't get why they have removed about 10-15 real stadiums from the list and created 10 extra stadiums who don't even exist. Just make 10 general stadiums and put a lot more real stadiums into the game!
-They should buy the UEFA, FIFA, CAF and CONMEBOL rights so you're able to play Champions League etc.
-Put more effort into goalkeeper jerseys! In some leagues not a single team has a real goalkeeper jersey.

Also, with more serious injuries such as broken ankle or torn hamstring, have them removed by stretcher rather than just walking off.
Add medium length sleeves as well as just short and long.
more players should have real faces or more detailed.
DON'T put be a referee in it.
more leagues should be put in place especially the Ukrainian league simply because of how good sme players in that league are. and after seeing donetsk in this years CL they have been top drawer.
when in career mode and you search for a player to buy, define the search even more instead of it just being CM, expandit to CM, CDM and CAM.
when starting up career mode and you have to type the name of your manager, the option should be to choose existing suc as Arsene Wenger, Sir Alex Ferguson, Roberto ancini, AVB, Martin O'Neill and so on.
there should be more stadiums especially in the EPL, such as Goodison Park, Stadium of Light, Liberty Stadium...
if you could have multiplayer career mode that would make FIFA even better because you could either play as at least 2 teams, so i could play as Swansea in the EPL then maybe Bristol City in the championship and Hoffenheim in the german league - or i could play with my brother or a mate, where he could play as one team and i could play as another.
i think if you have the number of coins to buy a financia takeover then you an buy one, but you should only be able to do this once a season.
you should earn more coins depending on the extent of a victory.

i hate it how old players' overalls go down because Giggs, Lampard and Pirlo all play at the top level
2. the player you buy can be loaned by their previous club and come to your team when the next transfer window opens( like the case of winfried zaha, he is bought by MU, but he'll stay in crystal palace till the end of the season)
3. the players who are over 30 always have their stats reduced, even when they're in excellent form in fifa 13. so i suggest that if they can maintain their form, they wont have their stats lowered(and they might even increase, of course not as fast as youngsters) until they're 35 or older.
4. you can skip annoying cutscenes if you want(for example, the subtitution, the goal celebration...)
5. change a player's overall stat when he is put in another position which is not his favorite( 89 overall CF casillas in fifa 12 and 13 lol.)

And in then be a player career when the manager decides to play someone else you should be able to in the my actions area ask him to play you instead or also ask for better wages
1. Player/Manager awards should be more important and recognized, you should be awarded for being top scorer or assist leader or being manager of the season by receiving offers from more clubs. World Player/Manager of the year and the Golden Boot winner should be a bigger deal.
2. Main tournaments need to be greatly improved. The atmosphere of the final or semis need to be more emotional, I feel like winning the world cup or Champions league is unsatisfying because of the celebrations or lack there of rather, when a team wins a major final the players and fans go crazy, a few suggestions like, the bench getting up and reacting to certain things, or rushing the field as soon as the final whistle blows.
3. Players should interact more, get into fights (even though this reppresents the ugly side of the game, it happens), form rivalries/friendships (like Messi and Alves play great together, but Messi and Coentrao seem to hate each other), celebrate with fans or the bench etc. Also, players should have more individuality, ex. Dani Alves prefers to pass for an assist rather then shoot, but ronaldo and robben shoot as much as they can, players with high acceleration and pace would attempt to kick the ball far and use their pace to get the better of defenders etc.
3. The teams styles should vary a lot more, not every team plays possession football like barca ie. passing outside the box or playing from out the defense. More teams play counter attack or long ball and players are definitely not as patient in play as they are in career mode.
4. Refs are not good, simply put. They make bogus calls, and NEVER give the cpu reds, barely even yellows, but that goes down to the COMPLETE LACK of profesional fowls, the cpu never goes in for a rash tackle and even when pulling on the player in a one v one situation, the ref keeps his cards in his pocket. Pulling on the shirt is seriously annoying, realistic but annoying, if and when it happens you should be able to ask for the fowl (you see it all the time with barca and arsenal) or the ref should call it quicker.
5. This should go without saying, but I'll cover it anyway, Be a Pro, you should come on as a sub and be subbed off more often, if you're young and playing for a big club, you wont start, or rarely, if you're a 70 overall and in good form you still wont bench an 83 overall just because you're in-form, you should also start in small or unimportant games. Your player isn't Messi or Ronaldo, if you're playing badly (like no higher then a 7.0 rating by say 70 mins) you should be subbed off, especially if there is a better option on the bench, but don't exaggerate it, obviously if you're the highest rated player on your team by far, theres no way the manager is subbing you off. Also if you're a key player and there is a big game midweek, they manager should be smarter and not play you for the whole game to keep you fresh enough to play the other game.
6. In Be a Pro you should have an actual contract, ie 4 year contract at 30k/w and when it starts to run out, you get more offers or you can become a free agent and offer yourself to any club you like. You should also be able to ask for a new contract and set your credentials, its up to the manager to then make a decision. Also, if you stay at a club for like 8 years plus you become a club legend and the club tries everything to keep you till retirement, you see this all the time like with puyol and barca, and giggs and man united. Also especially as of late MLS teams, and clubs in China are signing older, out of their prime players, Drogba, Henry, Tim Cahill, Juninho. This should happen more often in both Be a Pro and Manager Mode.
7. Just some simple points to make the game a little more controllable, when a player comes to talk to you, you can reply based on what he said, as a player you can talk to your manager and ask to play or suggest playing a player more or signing a certain player etc., press conferences should be more controlled, you pick what to say instead of the game randomly choosing an often unrelated or untrue article. And stop the big players being homesick or wanting to leave, it is understandable if the club is underperforming or small, but Messi and Iniesta will NEVER leave barcelona, and players dont just up and decide, "I want a change" this happens all too often in career mode.
Also this may be a little far fetched, but maybe EA can add some hidden values (accessible through scouting) regarding how players behave ex. how often they get into fights, how quickly they can adapt, whether they are loyal to the team or just want money etc.
