2 faster passing speed,
3 making players like messi xavi etc so good on the ball that they are more unstoppebale for players like toure and give technical players a higher reaction time.
4 make fifa this way that your opponent has to play football and not fifa so you dont get unrealistic matches

6 more ranked online team play so that eventually you get real teams playing each other instead of people just running every where on the pitsch like madmens
7 make sure that the referee is out of the way and not constantly taking a touch on the ball
8 BUY THE CHAMPIONSLEAGUE LICENSE !!!!! INSTEAD OF HUNGARIAN OR KOREAN LEAGUES!!
9 make sure that slow defenders sit deeper when in attack
10 and add clubs like shaktar donetsk in rest of world because if they can give an extremely hard time to juventus and chelsea they supposed to be in the game!
11 improve the stadium vibes
12 make it possible to interact as players with the ref and by strictness of the reff they can draw a card for complaining
13 make it possible to draw a foul when you are in a tough position

I also reckon in Fifa 14 they should show the coach more on the sideline (Like fifa world cup 2006) and have actual interactive press conferences in career mode where the user can control what the coach/player says to the reporters asking the questions. Also when a player moves clubs the manager should unveil him to the press and fans (Only if hes a big name player).

Put more effort in the Carrer Mode, you need to go and watch your FIFA Manager game and add some things there, like talk to your own players, tell them to step up their game or congratulate them for how good they were playing lately... Add relationships to Carrer Mode, like "Balotelli likes AC Milan and Manchester City, but hates Inter Milan" or something like that... or relationships between players, like El Shaarawy and Niang are Friends, Evra and Suarez don't like each other, with that it could be more realistic, like if you try to sign Evra for Liverpool, Suarez would come and argue about it, or if you sign Balotelli to Man City, Tevez would come and say that he is very happy to have friend back...
Another thing, is more realistic in terms of the economy of the club, more realistic budgets, every time you play a game, you get a mail or something like that saying how money people are attending to the game and how much money the club gains for that, sponsors are a big part of Football too...
Other thing that i would like to see in Carrer Mode is Press Conferences before and after the match, were you can have like 4 or 5 questions, and if you want, you can turn them off...
I continue with Carrer Mode, i want more realistic youngsters, like Hachim Mastour in Milan, what i want is the Reserves and the Sub 20 players to be in the actual game, so we could have more realism for the future, and not have some randomly generated players, this one is difficult, but i really think if you put some effort in it, you could do it.
Talks with the President or some people of the board, to ask them if you could get more money out of the transfers, if you could get more money for the Wage Budget, a day to look on some random youngsters that wants to get in the club...
Going back the talks to the players, you should be able to talk to a player to know how are they feeling, if they feel confortable in their position, if they want a change of position or if they have troubles to get into the group, things that always happens in the real life Football.
2- This is a very known one, but... we all know how the other game is a bit more popular than FIFA here in South America, mostly because they have La Copa Libertadores de America... You only have Brazil as your only South American league, the other game is near to integrate more Latin or South American leagues surely in the next couple of years, and it would be a smart game to try to get more leagues, it would be difficult to get the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana Licenses since PES already have them i think, but you could make them unlicensed like you do with the Champions League and the Europa League.
EA, you REALLY have to watch on the South American / Latin American side, im sure if you watch us more, you will get better rewards from it, because clearly your only interested in Europe right now, it would be something interesting to see a Latin America Team of the Week on UT or something like that... But yeah, you could start with the Argentinian League first, please? Ok Jk, but really, you have to add some leagues like from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Colombia... We are still here, you know? Football isn't only Europe, please... try to focuse a bit more on Latin America, i don't think you would for FIFA 14 but, this could be something for FIFA 15, now moving on
3- Ultimate Team : Add Legends, i know is very hard, but you already have a legends team on there, i think you can't even use it online, i haven't tried but i think to add legends into Ultimate Team would be amazing, because there would be a new gold in UT, that is to have the best players in the game... it could be a bit bad, because everybody would want to only get the legends... but it would be fun to see Legends like Cantona playing side to side with Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo or watching El Shaarawy or Balotelli playing side to side to Gullit, Van Basten or Rikjaard.
Some ideas for the legends? I know is a bit crazy, but it would be good to have some Legends that link into each other, like for example, we could have Baresi and Maldini, who both played on Milan and are Italians or some crazy links between Paolo Maldini and Cesaro Maldini, son and father who played in Milan and are from Italy.
Something that could help is the Legend teams, that were for example i think on FIFA 2000, some of those teams were absolutely crazy, and just imagine what it would be to try to get the Milan of Van Basten, the United of George Best, the Real Madrid of Di Stefano or the River Plate of Francescoli or Labruna? I know, im going high with this suggestions, but it would be mental to have something like this in UT, it would make it waay more interesting

I think they should add; that when playing seasons you have to keep the same team during the whole season. so that getting yellowcards actually affect people for playing like an ass and tackling everyone. the game would be taken more serious. also not everyone would go for real madrid just because C. Ronaldo is overpowered.
