THIS YEAR GAME IS AMAZING BUT I THINK YOU COULD MAKE IT BETTER SO WE CAN HAVE A PERFECT GAME... HERE ARE SOME OF MY IDEAS:
1- WOMENS FOOTBALL.
2- TECHNICAL AREA. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE THE SUBS SITTING ALONG SIDE THE PITCH
3- MORE INTERNATIONAL TEAMS. ALOT MORE
4- MORE TOURNAMENTS: I KNOW PES HAS THE LICENSE FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND THE COPA LIBERTADORES BUT YOU COULD HAVE THE CONCACAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE OR THE EUROPEAN LEAGUE ETC.. AND THE TEAMS OF THOSE TOURNAMENTS THAT ARE NOT IN THE GAME YOU COULD ADD THEM AND PUT IT ON THE TEAMS FROM REST OF THE WORLD OR EVEN ADD THE LEAGE FROM THOSE COUNTRIES.
5- MORE REALISTIC CROWD. LIKE PEOPLE SINGING VERY LOUD, JUMPING AND EVEN A FLARE OR TWO.
6- BALL BOYS. BY THE PITCH SO THE GAME IS MORE DYNAMIC AND FASTER
7- SINGING NATIONAL ANTHEM. IN INTERNATIONAL GAMES.
8- MORE CELEBRATIONS. LIKE KISSING JERSEY BADGE, OR KICKING THE CORNER FLAG.
9-REALISTIC TACTICS. LIKE IF YOU PUT THE PRESSURE AT 100 PER CENT THE PLAYERS SHOULD PRESSURE LIKE WHEN THEY ARE LOOSING IN THE LAST MOMENTS.
10-MORE EDITING OPTIONS IN FUT. LIKE CHOOSING THE CAPTAIN, THE PLAYERS NUMBER, THE GK KIT OR THAT YOU COULD HAVE 3 KITS INSTEAD OF 2.
11-FAST FREEKICKS. SHOOTING WHEN EVERYBODY IS DISTRACTED, LIKE IF THE WALL IS MOVING FORWARD AND THE REF IS STILL TALKING TO THE PLAYERS OF THE WALL OR SHOWING THEM THE YELLOW CARD.
12- BETTER SLIDING TACKLE. THERE ARE A LOT OF WEIRD TACKLES IN THE GAME AND THE PLAYERS LOOK LIKE IDIOTS, THEY SHOULD ALWAYS SLIDE TOWARDS THE BALL.
13-REALISTIC INJURED PLAYERS. LIKE WHEN A PLAYER GETS INJURED AND IS GOING TO BE TREATED OUTSIDE THE PITCH THERE SHOULD BE 3 PARAMEDICAL GOING INTO THE PITCH, ONE WITH A BAG OF FIRST AIDS AND THE OTHER 2 WITH A LITTLE BED TAKING THE PLAYER OUTSIDE.
14-DIVING.
15-IA MORE HUMAN. THEY SHOULD MAKE MORE FAULTS OR MAKE MORE MISTAKES
16-OFFSIDES. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS OFFSIDES ARE AWFUL IN THE GAME THE LINESMAN IS TOO STUPID.
17-DIRTY UNIFORMS. WHEN YOU ARE PLAYING WITH RAIN THE UNIFORMS SHOULD BE COVER WITH MUD.
18-DAMAGE FIELD. LIKE IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN THE RAIN THE FIELD IN SOME ZONES COULD BE COVER WITH MUD OR IF YOU ARE PLAYING WITH SNOW THE FIELD COULD BE TOTALLY COVER WITH SNOW.
19-WARMING UP. PLAYERS WARMING UP BEFORE THE GAME.~
20-FINAL CELEBRATION. WHEN YOU WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP THE BENCH AND THE COACHES SHOULD RAN INTO THE PITCH AND HUG THE PLAYERS, ALSO IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE THE PLAYERS GOING UP THE STAIRS OF THE STADIUM TO RECIEVE THE CUP.
21-GOALSIDE REFEREES.
22-MORE TOURNAMENTS(AGAIN).CLUB WORLD CUP, CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND COPA AMERICA. ALSO THOSE TOURNAMENTS SHOULD BE LIKE GAME MODES AND SHOULD APPEAR ON THE BEGINING SCREEN, THE SAME WITH THE ONES I PUT IN MY OTHER MESSAGE.
23-MARKING. BE ABLE TO MARK A PLAYER WITH MORE THAN 1 DEFENDER.
24-CAPTAIN. WHEN YOU SUB THE CAPTAIN IN A GAME YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE CAPTAIN TO WICHEVER PLAYER YOU WANT.
25-LEAGUES. ARGENTINIAN AND VENEZUELAN LEAGUE (APERTURA AND CLAUSURA TOURNAMENTS).
26-REF ARGUING. WHEN THE REF SIGNS FOR A PENALTY I THINK ALL THE PLAYERS SHOULD ARGUE WITH THE REF AND MAYBE GET A YELLOW CARD.
27-FUT COINS. EARNING COINS IN FUT 13 IS TOO HARD YOU SHOULD INCREASE THE COINS YOU HAVE AT THE BEGINING OR THE COINS YOU EARN AFTER A MATCH AND BY INCREASE I MEAN AT LEAST DOUBLE IT.
28-SUBSTITUTIONS. MAKE THE SUBTITUTIONS FASTER I MEAN ITS REALLY ANNOYING THAT BEFORE EVERY SUBTITUTION THEY SHOW THE PLAYER AND HOW MANY DISTANCE DID HE COVER OR HOW MANY PASSES DID HE COMPLETED JUST MAKE THE SUBSTITUTION FAST AND THATS ALL.
29-BENCH SCREEN. YOU SHOULD PUT A LITTLE SCREEN UNDER THE SCORELINE THAT EVENTUALLY SHOWS THE PLAYERS THAT ARE ON THE BENCH OF EACH TEAM LIKE IN REAL LIFE.
- Many new faces! My wish is to place a team to capture the faces of the players in all countries that have a league (give preference to players who are promises, because the career mode, there comes a time when almost no players with real faces)
- Improving the environment of the stadium, leaving the crowd more real
- Brazilian Stadiums, after all, the World Cup in 2014 will be in Brazil

I WOULD SEE A SUPER GRAPHIC NEXT-GENERATION FOR XBOX 720 AND PS4
is:
1.scenario career mode for example you start unemployed and you get a few scenarios to choose from for example you start after 20 matches in the Pl and you have to avoid relegation with QPR,
Or you are have to try to win the league with only 8 matches left.
2. the option that the board is very strict(you have to have the option to turn it off ) what i mean is you are for example chelsea and your goal is get to the quarter final of the champions league (Champions Cup)
if you don't reach your goal you get fired and you have get a few jobs offered.
but if you decline those offers you have to wait to get other offers.
3. On the homescreen of fifa you can select your favourite league and you can see all kinds of information like the table,topscorer and next weeks fixtures.
4. A favourite teams list like if you go to kick off you can click a button and a menu will pop up with a list of your favourite teams.
5. Be able to play a select match it will be like this you'll be able to pick three teams my pick: Real madrid Bayern Munich Juventus after you selected the tams you have to pick a squad with the first XI and players on the bench for example

RB: Lahm
CB: Chiellini
CB: Ramos
LB: ALaba
RM: Robben
CM: Marchisio
CM: Pirlo

so you could try these teams for fun with your friends building the best team or the worst team
6. If you play a national team you can select players of that nationality so you can select players who aren't on the national team.

2) commentators to stop saying the game may be called off due to snow or heavy rain! It never gets called off
1. You should be able to create your own kits and badges in Ultimate Team, you put it in that Euro 2012 add on for FIFA 12 and I really liked that, and I bet alot of other people liked it aswell.
2. More stadiums! (Perhaps a stadium creator???)
3. You should be able to select a second choice captain in case your captain gets switched off.
4. Put in more Second Leagues from other countries! (The Jupiler League in The Netherlands, for example)
5. Fix the referee and the linesmen, I really get tired of seeing all those terrible calls.
5. Referee mode! I bet alot of people want this. However, you should make it so that the person playing the referee can only make 1 unfair call (In case people do it on purpose) and if they make another terrible call then they should be kicked out of the game.
6. Fix the online servers! I’m getting sick of all these laggy matches, and not being able to connect to the EA servers.
7. Get rid of the scripting.(Everyone knows its in the game, just admit it)
8. Stop making FIFA all about pace, because pace always dominates the game.
9. Fix the Gameface feature, I tried it and it still looks like s***.
10. Make it so that you can use your pro in both online and offline again!
11. A more interactive Career Mode, you should be able to talk to the press and such, as manager and player. And you should be able to get interviewd before and after a game. Because right now, half the stuff my player or manager usually says I dont even agree with.
12. You should be able to manage a country only, right now we are being forced to manage both a club and a country, not just a country alone.
13. More interactive celebrations after you score a goal! Right now you can only really celebrate with 2 players, make it so that the whole team can jump on top one another!
14. Fix like 80% of the stuff that shows up on the news section in Career Mode! For example: Always when I play an international match it says that my players is having his debut for his country, even though I already played like 20+ matches for my country.
15. Try to get the UEFA Champions League licensed! I bet ALOT of people would love that.
16. Try to get the actual FIFA World Cup in the game. And the Euro’s!
17. Better facial animations for players.
18. You should be able to select tight shirts for your player.
19. More customization options for your player and manager.
20. Better packs for Ultimate Team! I am sick and tired of always getting s*** items when I open a Gold pack in Ultimate Team!

Also in the Coach Mode we need like a staff which is upgradeable with the money your club and team made from sponsorship. SO YOU NEED SPONSERS AND WIN GAMES TO MAKE MONEY. So you actually have to work hard for your money and players.
In the 'be a player-career mode'. You need to actually buy stuff with the money you make. Else why bother to give a salary to my player if I can't buy stuff like, Cars, houses, shoes, cloths for my player outside fifa.
In the 'be a player-career mode'. You need training sessions and more interaction with the public. Having sign sessions and actual interaction with fans outside of the pitch to increase you populairity. Also you need more interaction with your team mates of the pitch so you get a better chemistry what will help your team play better.
And the thing that bothered me the most in fifa 13 were the fans and the crowd. Just improve them make them actually do something and make them 3D with actual good facial expression. And the cutscenes need to be improved, and need to be more interactive and more festive when you win the competion and the cup.

If this can’t be done then just improve the rest of the world section by adding teams like Fenerbahce, Besiktas, Viktoria Plzen, Sparta Prague, Dynamo Kiev, Dnipro, Metalist Kharkiv, Shakhtar Donetsk.
4. Fix Career Mode: This means fixing the bugs and the random crashes. Also make the computer a more realistic opponent instead of the ball being glued to their feet St Pats Athletic shouldn’t be able to play like Barcelona even if it is on world class or legendary. Make transfers more realistic and get rid of not being able to sell players because it’s their first season.

6. The bug were the buttons get stuck when your picking your team or changing your formation is really annoying.
7. This whole idea of exaggerating player stories in career mode doesn’t sound like a good idea I’ve read them on the internet like the idea of one of the players in your team is caught having affair sorry but I just don’t see the point of that idea.
8. Multiple user career mode this means that you can add yourself for your team and add your friend and play a two player career mode. Maybe the option of an online career mode would be good.
9. The official champions league and europa league licensing.
Career mode:
→ In Fifa 13, a new feature is the ability to trade players during the transfer window. This is good, but there is not the possibility to put two or more players in the transaction! It would be nice to do it! Furthermore, when receiving a transfer offer from a IA club, would it be possible to be able to make a exchange cons-proposal ? Indeed, when I want to do it, I stop the negotiations, I re-contact the club in question and I offer him a simply exchange with the player he wanted to buy, but too often, the club replied that he is not interested in the player! Problematic is not it? It would be nice to do thois two things in trade!
→ It would be good in career mode pro player that we can use our pro as before in Fifa 12!
→ Also in career mode pro player: it would be amazing to be able to enter during the match and therefore be in the group as a subtitute + be able to be subtituted during the match if we are so bad in the game + improve the capacity of the computer in the pro-player gameplay in our team but also for our IA coach (he may vary his game system compared to each one assigned to each team by update)
→ Is it possible to make more resulted press conferences and more resulted information ?
→ It would be huge and so beneficial to be able to make training in career mode! To learn how to develop a good game with our partners in pro player mode / to improve the skills of players and prepare tactics in coach mode!
→ Establishing the European competitions in the first season either manually (like now) or by update putting real European groups 2013-2014 !
→ Set up the UEFA index over the seasons of career mode!
→ Enable the creation of jerseys to change them every season! (In career mode but also in a new creation mode in the main menu!!)
→ Create a multi-player career mode!
→ Create a financial system even more demanding, with the introduction of new arrivals of money (ticketing, sales of jerseys and other products, sponsor wich could be renewed or changed each time you need it!)
Gameplay:
→ In Pro player mode, the pro camera view could be improved by introducing the possibility to change the angle of view to not always be in front of goal (as any game in the third person !) or by proposing a new camera wich would be placed in the player (like an FPS)
→ Give a greater role to fans by transmitting more real songs of the clubs or creating tifos of fan groups who would be transcribed (like the Bad Gone 87 for the Olympique Lyonnais etc ...) + differentiate games challenge changing the atmosphere (smoke bomb, bad referee causing cries of the public ...)
→ Modeling the coaches better and give them a more important role in the gameplay with their subtitute bench (with some camera views on the bench in action at different times of the game + celebration goals etc. .. .)
→ Infinity subtitutes in friendly match
→ Give players the opportunity to make big gestures to demand the ball
Other game modes:
→ Create mode "center of creation" to create jerseys but also stadium wich can be attributed to any team!!

2.Game faces-a lot more game faces for players such as sterling,zaha and make some players game faces more realistic cazorla,vanpersie and xavi.
3.Make prices more realistic zaha was 3 million in fifa 13 when united bought him for 15 million.
4.All international teams- every country should be In it like wales they have players such as bale and ramsey also put them into sections such as europe,africa,america ect and make all their kits licened.
5.Make kit changer so you can change your kit after each season and you can change your sponsor.also a badge changer so if you get relegated you you get the lower league badge and if you win the bpl you get the gold badges.
6.Make games faces for these players-dempsey,hazard,oscar,smalling,welbeck,valencia, cleverly and also make vidic's overall rating better and put it up to 90.
7.Also liscenced champions league,europa league, super cup and world cup and other international cups.
8.Make it where you can type in what you want to say back to players eg. If a player says I want to play next game, you can say I need a win but I will play you next game, so they don't get upset and you can keep them happy.
9.Also make live press conferences when you make signings so your with them and they talk and you talk with them and they get their picture with their new jersey and press conferences befor games too.
10.Also when a players rating goes up their price shouldn't go down it should go up aswell and ronaldo and messi's price should be in the 100 millions so only psg and man city can buy them.
11.Psg should have over 100 million I'm a unted fan but city should too and united should have over 60 million also them russian teams anzhi and zenit should also be over say 80 million.

13.United's kit looks so fake make it look more like the one in pes also make the game faces look more like pes because of the realism espicially players such as nani.
14.Should be able to buy staff improve staff have youth team make youth players have pictures and make fans and stadiums more realistic alsow bring in real refs such as howard webb with game face.
15.Better defence, better skills(such as nani and ronaldos step overs should be more frequent and more confusing for defenders) and also only if a player has 5 star week foot should their week foot be accurate, players such as jack wilshere could score so easily with his right foot.
16.Should make offside more realistic like sometimes it doesn't get called when it should and vise versa.
17.Should make it so that when the announcer calls out the team sheet and calls the players name it shows it and there should be in game speculation such as if spurs where playing the commentators should say something like all the top clubs are after gareth bale I've heard names like chelsea, city and barcelona being mentioned but I think he prefers a move to manchester united something like that.
18.Also make it show your bench so if you have kept rooney on the bench make it show him and the commentaters say something like there's ther star player wayne rooney on the bench today should be expected to get on or something like that and take away the sim I hate it cus if I couldn't be bothered to play a game I could just sim but its better to play every game.
I hope to see these in fifa 14.

2. Finesse shots are also impossible. Only score (and this is no exaggeration) 1 in every 100 shots when I use it.
3. Defenders know what you are going to do every single time you have the ball, whether its a skill move or pass.
4. This leads on to the 4th point. Computer blocks shots/crosses far to often.
5. When you are defending, it's like the computer knows you are going to tap A/circle or slide tackle.
6. Would like to see more stadiums from the top leagues. I've been asking for this since FIFA 10. Also, get Celtic Park, Ibrox and Hampden. As I like to play as Celtic on career mode and their stadium looks nothing like Parkhead. CAMP NOU IS A MUST!!
7. More realistic fans. Make them have scarfs, flags, banners. If you score in the last minute against a rival or an important match, increase the noise level and show them running towards the pitch fro the stand. Make them encourage the team if they are getting beat. If the team is beat at home, make them boo at full time. If the team is 0-2 down with only 10/15 minutes remaining, show the fans leave the stadium early.
8. More commentary stories. Honestly! Only so many times I can hear the Alan Smith Arsenal/Leicester situation. More facts about the club please!
9. Mike West interrupts the songs on the game far to often with the update of the tables. So annoying listening to: "fourth bottom...fifth bottom..."
10. Weekly round up of all the fixtures from the weekend. Like who scored, who played well etc. Sort of like a Match of the Day.
11. In your Virtual Pro career mode make it so you actually live a life. Go to training, go to the gym, making sure you're eating the correct foods, have a house. When it's game day, see yourself in the changing room getting the team talk, and doing the warm ups.
12. Fully licensed competitions! World Cup, Champions League, Europa League. Have the Champions League and Europa League theme play before the game.
13. More Leagues please. Would love to see the Scottish 1st, 2nd and 3rd division.
14. More Countries please.
