also, you should be able to modify how created players run, e.g - with Ronaldo he runs fast and precisely, whereas Tevez runs fast aswell but with more force and agression, that should be available to customise on created players.
They should also fix the commentary, as it makes no sense sometimes as well as a wider range of conversation.
The under armour option should also be available when creating a player.

1.In Be a Pro, be able to choose what brand sponsors you. (Choose if you are Nike or Addidas or Umbro.)
2.Make Offside better. I have had games where the computer was miles offside and it didn't count. Make it more fair.
3.Speaking of fairness, the ref is in favour of the computer controlled team. One second, I get tackled from behind and no booking or a foul, but then I lightly push a player and a foul is given.
4.More national teams. Add in all teams from the top 50 in FIFA Rankings.
5.Kit Customization in Manager Mode. Such as being able to change colour, sponsor, shirt sponsor and such at the end of a season.
6.Include a few more lines for the commentators.

9.Be The Ref Mode. This would be an AWESOME mode. You can referee different games and leagues. This would be extremely fun as you could give your favorite team an advantage. But when you make too many bad mistakes, you would be fired.

Ultimate Team Suggestions-
1.Have it come with the disc for FIFA 11.
2.Cheaper packs. Really? $1.50 for a Premium Gold Pack? Make it cheapers like, just $1.00.
3.Ability to compete in real leagues and cups. (Like Champions League, Premier League)
they should also take out the 10 vs 10 online team play and make it 5 vs 5 because people seen to rush down to the forward position and who ever doesnt get it just leaves the game and searches for another so theres no point in 10 vs 10.
your kit should get dirty when you slide tackle.
there should be cup games in be a pro seasons (english,fa,community sheild,world cup,ect,)
they should bring back the normal club games aswell as the pro club games because some people dont like using there pros.
and finaly there should be the option to change how your virtual pro takes a free kick or penality
And also if you could put in the northern irish league teams as in Linfield, Glentoran, Portadown, Crusaders etc.
You should be able to do some stuff in the changing rooms at half time, not quite sure what maybe a team talk I don't know.
There should be some more press banter and also be able to control you employees and more detailed sponsor options and promotions for your team. This game mode needs to be thickened out so between transfer periods it doesn't get tedious, with improvements you should be able to make specific ones that alter diferent attributes for example your team gym could be improved for stamina and strength.
Also to improve attributes you should be able to hold timed training sessions targeted at different attributes for different players that could add to experience for player growth. And why stop at player growth why not add in coach and scouting experience points to improve them too.
alsoooo Ea shouldnt be soo sleazy and weird when it comes down the online play make it free and easy without all the Ea nonsense they try to incorporate and more people will buy the game opposed to other potential threats such as Pes

More creativity: Make your own kit, boots, celebration, stadium etc.
More realistic: For example a player may ask to leave/for a transfer when not starting as many games as they want.
Improve transfer system: The best players are un-buyable, eg messi, ronaldo - unless you throw wads of money their way.
Add random events: I'm not sure what the last Fifa was to have random events in (maybe 09), things like unexpected expenses - on one of the fifas you had to pay to repair the minibus - but make it on a larger scale for larger clubs.
Add REAL sponsors, not some energy bar company...
Be a pro seasons: Alot of people have covered that already and I completely agree with most of them - International call ups etc.

Add player reactions to tackles - Acceptance or try and argue with the referee.
Improve the Computers movement off the ball (Instead of the players getting into terrible positions)

Also I found it annoying when you played a premier league season and the title race would be so unrealistic, like Bolton (no offence) being the only other team in the title race???

more customisation e.g sleeves changed on fifa 10 when conditions changed can you jus apply that instead of it automatically happening would be a sweet feature and more football boots to customise players with... (Y)
secondly, i agree with someone else whos made a comment, you should be able to save the players who start for the same team more than once, aka an A team and B team, you can save so many formations so why not introduce this?
more variety of goals.
lower league players actually getting better as the time goes on, as a norwich fan its frustrating when you get into the premiership and all your players stats are worse than other teams, surely if your team is good enough to get their then their stats should increase, so maybe introduce a promotion stats bonus or something along those lines?
more selection of boots available, i play football myself and to me its irritating when you go to fit your vitrual pro with your boots (lets say for example nike t90s) and it only has one coloour of them whereas predators have all the colours!
more realistic ratings, championship players are not that far off lower team premiership players, so why not rate them accordingly?
some other suggestions are that a player like Robbin should not have difficulty running by players, but many slow defenders can easily keep up with him and other fast players which is unrealistic. I'm hoping that the personality plus is going to make the difference but we will have to see. The goal keepers have been a disaster for years and still are in fifa 10. they make strange movement let ridiculous goals in and just isn't close to the rest of the fifa game. That really is a big down point.
I would like the player interactions to be improved. for example when a player is running with the ball and is up against a defender there should be ways of pulling shirts and making things difficult and options to 'go down easy' to try and get a free kick. the refs will have to be much better and be able to spot this and just tell players to get up sort of thing as well.
Also some fouls are clearly strait red cards but if they are done in the middle of the pitch they are more likely to get a yellow. and sometimes you make a great tackle in your box and get the ball away and then the attacker runs over you and without falling a penalty is awarded, which doesn't make sense.
there should be a determination or passion something for each game as well as not all games have the same overall meaning (i.e tournament final, rivalry) which should affect the amount the players try sometimes giving the underdogs an advantage. There has already been a few people who have asked for the rankings of the teams to actually carry their weight, cause on the legendary you can easily beat the best teams with one and two star teams which is stupid.
in game controls that should be added are manager chats and an animated coach to improve the atmosphere. you should be able to have a 'team chat' to try to get your team to change with the hopes that they will perform better.
the skill moves are good but sometimes inconsistent and you may mean to do one thing but end up doing another and the losing the ball when you could have been in on goal, maybe just refine to make certain skills easier for certain players to perform.
another problem is the defending and offsides. for one there is always a left or right back who is sitting back by the goalie and just makes it easy for the other team to get break aways. and i've been onside by miles and been called offside and vice versa and it ruins the excitement of the game cause the opponent feels hard done, and if online will typically quit.
fifa is a great game but there is a lot that needs to be done to make the game have a more realistic flow and create more tension just like a real match can.
the main problem with all the previous versions of fifa is that after a few months of playing you have basically seen all the game has to offer, all the limited ways of scoring and football is always an unpredictable and should be reflected in the games like fifa 11.
If EA want players to unlock things maybe they should keep the unlocking of stadiums and 3rd Kits, Boots and goal keeper Gloves.
Manager mode in Fifa 10 is not really exciting, in the real world usually there's a buzz on the transfer of certain players like the cesc fabregas saga. In fifa 08 there was players getting sick and not being able to play and having to choose the right things to say to the media. I think there should be a SMALL press conference for rival games such as chelsea-arsenal or chelsea- man utd where you can go all aggressive on them.
The other thing i have noted in real football there's always a notorious player who likes diving everytime he's touched by even the strand of his opponents hair, i think a diving context control system should be added to make this more realistic.
Another thing EA should do is NOT put the vuvuzela sounds into the game, world cup (real) was annoying enough.
The world cup has shown us that referees too can make the worst decisions so if there's a possibility of adding bad decision making by the referee in a few matches that would be awesome.
The commentary in fifa 08 09 and 10 were all the same, with just a few changes here and there, i think if EA could go through and watch a few of last seasons champions league, BPL, La Liga, Bundasliga and the other league games and check who the new commentators were and got them to record a few things it would be great, in simple we want new commentators because ally mccoist or whoever he is, just gets annoying every game and they dont seem to be very excited.
I also think another final idea would be to make the be a pro a little more exciting such as having a meeting with your manager over your future when you aren't doing so well or sitting with the media and discussing how well your team and how well you are playing as an individual is.
to press a button to erge and incurrage your team to score a goal a lot like real life and you should be able to let your subs have a exercise and if thy dont exercize long enough you could pull something. There should be a thing were you create your own team and make your own stadium with a capacity of your choice and you can alsopick your created team online and on manage mode.
Make the players take there shirts off but the getbooked that would be so funny also players cry when they lose big games.
There should be a champions league mode online and you should be able too do manage mode online with transfers. This would make this the best FIFA EVER make the teams sing there own anthems and the better the team plays the more crazy the fans get and be a button were you can make your players mark the goalie on corners and free kicks this is exactly what birminghamdone against Everton and Liverpool.
So you do not have to play a full season to qualify, when being teams like man utd Barce etc etc.
Also could add diving so can win pens or get booked for it.
