I think the nintendo wii should have manager mode on it defanetly ! becouse 08 was rubbish

i found it realy anoying that the nintendo wii did not have manager mode. Instead it had a rubbish kick up thing (which should be replaced by manager mode). I also think their should be better skills when running e.g. step overs, flip flop, tap and go and drop the shoulder and go. fifa 08 on the wii realy sucked ( and it is by far the worst ive ever played on.)

This may not sound good but in the game this would be excellent there should be no commentary on the be a pro cam instead the players should talk and make more calls you should hear what they say to the refs and fellow players should congratulate you and if you dont pass moan at you. There should also be option for u to say things like come on and dont give up so you can be like gerrard in the champions leaugue final against milan.

The nxt fifa should have a Referee and Linesman in gameplay. ive been wiatin 4 this moment for ages. also the commentater needs more lyrics because after several games you know what hes gonna say and it wud be good if there was different talks about individual players such as C.Ronaldo, Messi etc. different types of weather should be added Rain and the simulation so, like when its raining it should feel diffrent on the controller more of a struggle. and put more stadiums into the game. but deffinately put the linesman and referee

one other thing put the hand ball rule back in, i dont no if anyone else noticed but out field players can not hand ball the ball even if they do on the ground this needs putting back in

there are 3 speeds in fifa sprinting, pace control and jogging but you can only use tricks when jogging which is when you would never use them it doesnt make sense. ai reactions to tricks needs work too

I think you should made all the actual faces of player, like all of them that is in the big league. Also made the keeper a lot more harder,expecially in diving.

International manager mode would be something to focus on in the next few years. EA could try to incorporate this with manager mode so gamers could opt to manage their country and then go into club management. Also, you should be able to hire and sack coaching staff from top clubs who are experienced or young.

Youth teams are a necessity for FIFA 09 because where do you think the full international teams look for call ups. If, like me, you try to buy the best foreign youngsters on the market to develop them but with access to looking at the youth selections in real life, you can see up and coming stars. The goalkeepers rated 75+ need to have their own mind when it comes to crucial situations when the player needs to track the opposition with a defender to head off the attack, the keeper needs to position himself in the best way possible, come out on his own behalf at 1-on-1 situations and at corners when it's vital they make the right decisions!

Well i think for definate the way players shoot on fifa 09 should be changed to be more realistic and controlled compared to fifa 08. Fifa 08's shooting was very poor with only 1 out of a million shots from outside the box actually going in! There needs to be more curl on the ball as well as more powerful swerving shots like in real life. They should put a powerband or sumthin on certain players which can really strike a powerful shot, so when they hit it, the ball swervs and dips into the back of the net. That would be awsum!!!
I also think the realism of the character and the way they react should be in some way incorporated into the game, like the ronaldo free-kick style where his legs are wide appart then takes a short run up on his tip toes to produce a goal like the one against portsmouth in the league which was truely breathtaking!!!!
One last thing that would make fifa 09 unique would be the officials actually being on the pitch! thats one thing that fifa 08 lacks and one thing that would make fifa 09 more realistic than any of the others before it!

You need to create more of an atmosphere in the crowd they should whistle when you do a trick boo at fouls and ref discisions. they should also have flags and scarfs so theres movement in the crowd like 2006 world cup. When you score the crowd should go mad and when you win trophies or in rival matches the crowd should stamp there feet and jump up and down and the control should vibrate ( when u are the away side ) european games should all be played at night and finals neautral ground you should see camera flashes in the crowd. The crowd should be a 100 times louder at the nou camp and wembley you shouldnt be able to hear eneything but the crowd

In addition to the Be-a-pro gameplay, I think there should be a Be-a-pro career mode where you can; Train with fellow players, develop attributes in a certain way, discuss contracts and wages, talk to other clubs about moving which leads to an attitude change by your own manager ( angry so leaves you out of squad), be able to get sponsored by boot and clothing manufacturers i.e. Nike and where it in training, get call-ups to national under-19, 21's and the full team. Players should react to songs sung in crowd ( if torres song was sung, he would feel more confident in scoring). The makers of Fifa 09 should devlop a more strategic gameplay, like defender covering if fellow player goes wandering, make blocks, challenges and shout orders without being controlled. Also if your captain is a leader( John Terry, Steven Gerrard) he should be able to encourage and critisize players and receive instructions of the manager if the player at home changes tactics in mid-game. Set-plays should be concentrated on more as they are pivotal in todays modern game and should be more accurate. They should improve and have different types of headeriing and volleying ( diving header) scissor kick mid- air back heel) and have certian passing styles and free kick taking habit ( stevie G lengthy passing and striding, ronaldo's tip-toe run up. In transfer central, we should be able to make player swaps with money, loans for a set time ( six months), if injured you should visit 3-D virtual physio and work on weights and fitness tests.

OK i never play fifa 08 but played euro 2008 the so called 8.5 fifa. Well Be a pro has got to get a better marking systym than was in the demo. I scored 3 goals and assisted one and for the other goal made the pass that lead to the assist but I wasn't top player a different player who only scored 1 goal and didn't do much 4 the team got top player! Come on like! My passing and takling were not bad over 50%.

I don't know what else needs fixed as I am buying fifa next year because of the bad reviews pro ev got last year!

What i would like for new fifa 09 is just thos tiny little things like linesmen and refs in actual game play and on 08 (which ive got on 360) it has no rain or snow! but on playstation 2 it had snow and rain. also the crowd have got to get better i play as liverpool on 08 and u can hardly hear the crowd, like you would at the real anfield.

Basically try and include as many of the features that are in Euro 2008 as you can
They were all top notch
-Captain your country (but in some form of career mode)
-Goal celebrations
-and just a generally better camera angle

make the transfter window more realisstic..

e.g. you can get free agents during any point in the season

make loans different time spands not just half a year or a year

apply for an emergency loan if you are low on players

I was a very suprised with the fact there was no option to change the weather conditions, either sunny or night was about it ?????
More stadiums to be included i.e majority of prem stadiums, and remove ones like Div 1,2 & Euro 1,2 etc. Also better goal celebrations, current ones are too repetative I think.

ive bought every fifa since 02 and i found this one good but going downhill..

the manager mode should change a little. the general wage amounts is always too high if you want a strong side. and reserves should grow alot more because they will learn of other players in training. like the ps2 version, players have a guidline which they usually grow to each seaon.

the free kicks where simply bad in the last fifa, i prefer the free kicks on like 2004,5,6 they where just alot simpler and where fun to actually score

the corners where useless aswell i never understood how to do them

the player creation should just allow full stats, usually people want to make themselves but not make themselves s***

nutmegging the keeper would be cool

also improve the stats on some left and right back defenders, the average is something silly like 79?

i dislike the way after 5 seasons the game just got harder? it might just be me but it starts to get anoying after a while

3 kits from the start, its a real b*** when you play a team and there are no differance in any of the kits. like chelsea vs man city, i have to wear chelseas away kit even when there at home. that happends with alot of teams tho.

you should have the option to play as a rest of the world team in maneger mode

you should put on more stadiums and bring in big clubs from whitch are in small divisions. if you create a footballer if he gets called up for internatinal team you should have the option to play that game as a player even if its in the world cup or african cup of nations snd also make them in to mini tornaments out side maneger mode also you should be able to download yor face of a camera ond to you creation player like on tiger woods pga tour 08 that will be a good afect

oh and more detail with boots n all, kits, etc etc

I think the freekicks went backwards from 07, way to difficult to score. have more styles, i know Nakamura of celtic doesnt kick the ball from straight on, just little things though, make the game so much better. and DIVING. its a part of the game so you should make it part of fifa 09

Hi there fifa. Me including a lot of other wolves fc fans and other championship fans love the game fifa but most of the time when a new fifa is released the stadium is nothin like it should be and im sure its the same for other championship football fans. So please in fifa 09 put more stadiums into the game such as molineux (wolves fc) and other championship club stadiums. This would probabley make fifa 09 alot more desirable to football fans in the championship and it would make us feel great playing at our home stadiums :) just like the premiership fans do, eg Man utd. make a anagrammatic squad to use it when players in the main squad are tired

Problem: The physics for long in-the-air through balls is slightly unrealistic... It is too easy to crack the ball from one end to the other...

Solutions:

Fatigue: perhaps work it into the fatigue system? Make long balls very tiring... also shots should be more tiring on players... getting tackled a lot should tire a player...

Physics:
a. Make it so its harder to aim those long through balls, have accuracy decrease over distance (and power)... have it swerve off to the left or right more depending on distance? Could make it depend on a player attribute how much deviation from the original focus point a through ball deviates over time... or ball flight should reflect the momentum of the players motion when striking it...

At any rate, those through balls need tweaking -- which should reflect a function between many different factors ... say when a right footed player with low attributes in long balls, late in the game, tired, cracks a breakaway pass from his own box; sign something is rotten in denmark

1. Fifa 08 was too slow, the special moves were too slow to use.
2. The players looked too fat in fifa 08
3. some teams didnt have the re al players nor jerseys.
4. the game needs more stadiums like the Amsterdam arena and the home depot center.
5. The crowd should be more interactive: like wear team colors and actually move.
7. in fifa 08 only some of the players actually looked like their real life counter parts, others were unrecognizable.

Please, add more stadiums. Maybe all Premier League stadiums if possible.

1. the ability to control when your players do volleys vs. headers. in old fifa versions you could simply double-tap a button and it would make your player volley the ball, as opposed to tapping the button once to make them head it.

i think in player career mode if u make one you should have to buy like a house and a car and have evryday and if u want to skip the day you can.

There should be the champions cup (the americas) and be more real stadiums like Roberson Stadiums (houston Texas )and make the created teams have sponsers on ther jersiey make the up coming expanation teams and have the real comentaters from FSC,ESPN. Get updates off the internet the roster from any team. In manager mode ther should be a internaial manager instead of reagular but keep the team manager. play as the goalie also like geting red cards also to be the reffere to call the game and give out yellow and red cards. Heve the Fan throw stemers like at a Houston Dynamo Game and have them sing olay olay....... have more teams

This is the best soccer game ever(present)...with a few flaws.
1.players should recieve yellow cards for careless takles. Don't let the game keep playing after someone loses a leg from another player being angry because he can't play defense.
2.players should recieve red cards for slide tackling in a scoring situation other than the penalty box. let me elaborate...its ok if the defender plays for the ball. but if you are on a break away and the defender slides just to stop you from scoring thats crap that a yellow card is all they get.
3. The online cheating has to stop. I know I am not the only honest player that plays the game but it seems like it. When i say cheating i mean people making the game stutter when you have the ball or in scoring opourtunities. And when the other player has the ball the game runs smooth. That must be fixed. And online players have to be punished for it, so that it stops. Because if people are allowed to cheat. They will!
4. I love the free kick system... not to hard not to easy
5. Please don't put flopping into the game...PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU!!! Who wants to play futbol with someone that perfects flopping...room for more cheating.

7. Please explain to me how all star forward players can tackle...that is not realistic...you can't just run into a defender and take the ball everytime...defenders are the muscle...you would get put on your ass.
