more stadiums availible and make the weather a big part of the game. also when a player goes sliding and its wet they get mud marks on thier shirt make the managers viewable. the crowd could be more realistic. also let the refs be seen running up and down the pitch through out the game. give the players more animationslike when they get a foul argue with the ref and give them more celebrations that the players in real life do.

1. When you create a player you should be able to max him out to 99, it takes forever to build a player up and his stats only count in season mode.

4. Choose home stadium in season mode not just the same generic 1 all the time
5. Referee/Linesman on the pitch Also make mistakes on decisions with offsides etc.

7. Free Kicks and long shots need re working
8. Press conferences not just respond to Emails
9. Trade Cash and players for a Wanted transfer

Fifa 08 is a great game. It has fantastic features. However, it is sorely missing an option to export your team from the Manager mode to be able to create tournaments and play friendlies with them. Export your squad MUST be included in Fifa 09. Also, very much liked the feature of creating your own goal celebration in Uefa Euro 2008, and feel this could also be included in Fifa 09. League games should be played in daylight as well as night time, which is a problem with Fifa 08.

And finally, more stadiums please!!!! Most of the big hitters were there in 08, Old Trafford, Camp Nou, Emirates, San Siro, even St. James's Park!!! But noticed there was no Bernabeu (Real Madrid) and there was a lack of generic stadiums. For instance, playing Wigan in a massive generic stadium, then playing AS Monaco in exactly the same stadium does not give realism to the game.

Apart from that, 08 was fantastic.... hopefully there is enough space for these ideas (and others) to be reproduced onto a Blu-Ray disc.

make players movement easier like it is in pro evoltion and one more thing make the players actully look like the players instead of looking like monsters.

make pro team play ranked and also allow clans for it so I would not have to play with rubbish players. and have a leaderboard for it .

FIFA 08 is a great game and 100 times better than konami's ghastly pes 08 on the ps3 this year!, however, here are some suggestions from me and my mates to make fifa 09 the ultimate footballing experience!

- more stadiums including all premier league stadiums

- a proper tv or broadcast camera angle like on fifa 08 on ps2 and like on tv

- easier and more realistic free kicks

- even an option to customise and make your own camera angle?

- an option to change your kit and sponser at the end of each season in manager mode

- less slowdown when the penalty area is full of players

- goal nets that are more flexible and look like they do in each cresponding stadium in real life

- more editing options

- pitches that look different in each stadium (different sizes, condition of pitch etc)

- weather conditions that correspond to the time of year the game is played (unlike a sunny hot weather in the middle of December!) A snowy option would be good too!

- fans more realistic and closer to the pitch in appropriate stadiums ie; at anfield in real life the crowd is closer to the action than on fifa

- being able to see the manager (although i guess u have a problem when a manager gets fired in real life!)

- pitches that deteriorate during wet weather conditions

- the option to play a game in ALL stadia at any time (morning, noon , dusk and evening) perhaps make it so that when an evening game kicks off in the summer it starts in twilight and finishes with the floodlights on in the dark

- Crowd to start leaving the stadium when u are getting battered 4-0 at home!

- perhaps introduce a third commentator in the role of a presenter (like you did with des lynham in fifa 98)

- being able to see the ref (although this will probably cause a bit of slowdown like in previous titles of fifa! if this is the case, dont bother!)

in celebrations take off shirt or jump into the crowd and get booked for it.better crowd not cardboard people.i also think there should show the managers joy oor fustration when you score a goal or conseed a goal.there should also have man of the matches,press confrences and press confrences when signing a new player.

i think there should be champions league,african cup of nations and the world cup added to it.i also think there should be better boots! e.g c.ronaldo wearing his red and gold ones one match and then he can wear the orange and black another but i think the player can NOT switch brands coz it looks stupid.

i think when you choose a team in manager mode you should get the choice to choose out of the real manager the club has got or make a new manager for yourself.

i think it should be harder to sign the top players because at the moment it is to easy.

i think that sponsers should be real and pay a realistic amount of money per game in career mode.

Make it more realistic like:
- The commentators are saying what's actually happening in the game
- More Camera Views like you a first person game view
- More crowd sound like you would hear at a real game.
- The crowd is better graphics so if your team is playing a home match the crowd is wearing your teams colours
- While selecting a ball there should be more of a variety not just EA balls.
- PUT A REF THAT YOU CAN SEE ON THE FEILD!!!!!!!!!
- More options for creating a soccer player.
- Put create a team back in!!!!!!!!

i think there should be be a pro season and u should be able to live the footballers life like earn money and go to press meetings that would be so sick like gta for a footballer

You should be able to trade players for another player on the transfer market and there should be more interest from clubs all around the world when you sell a player during transfer season.

Realistic overall ratings in league 1 most people are40-60 they should be in league 1 top pplayers like beckford, howson, douglas, johnson should be at least 70

wen playing a game u get info frm other games and the fans react to there score and show the entrance of the players at a game also i fink that u shud brinb bak create ur own team

I think there should be danish 1. division and not be so easy to let the players grow so fast up in ovr. And the injures have to be a lot more realistiks! Maybe breake a leg or an arm and be out for the rest of the year! and the results should come from the other matches while you are playing a game. and the refery and linemen

hi i thin we need way more teams for the cup and more stadiums plus we need to put barriors around the stadium so mad folks cant throw stuff at the players and it would make the game safer and funner just a suggestion for a Australian team is australian kangas because kangaroos r big ova here and kangaroos rule the streets.

they should make more challenges and new items in the shops like stats boosters and other cool stuff. Also at the end of the season the team with the most clean sheets or goals should get extra money.

I would love to see a doubles option online, My friend and i enjoy owning everyone on be a pro 2on2 but the amount of time it takes to get a 2 on 2 going is crazy. So maybe a doubles/ triples etc custom search. As for gameplay if it runs like uefa euro 2008 then there will be no complaints by me. Peace Out

Good I wanted that in this fifa 09 were putting the stadium santiago bernabeu of the royal(real) madrid since in another version they did not put it, in addition I wanted that they could put way the technical director for wii, since there is no much that to play fifa 09 for wii, to have the freedom of doing what wants with my favorite equipment(team), also little mas wanted to see realism in the uniforms, shoes, stadiums, etc. Thank you.

I think there should definitely be the Russian League. Zenit won the UEFA Cup this year so the Russian League is a must.
Also I think it would be really cool if there could be a gamecast for every game. When I say gamecast I mean like on espnsoccernet.com you can watch the commentary and the location of the shots and the goals. Match facts from games should be accessible after you quit out of the game overview.

PC version FIFA 08.The Trick stick works as 2,3,4(passing,thru ball,shooting).It does not do the tricks.this is a standard plug n play joystick.

I believe there should be stadiums for most teams in the game, and there should be chants in each language for most of the teams like in pes

I like fifa 08 but in fifa09 i would like to see more of a variety of cleats becuase in fifa 08 there is only one color of total 90 and mercuil and the crowd is unrealistic they stand when there is goal even if there pulling for the other team it would be better if a few one stand up in different areas and some look upset and at the beginnig of the game it be cool to have the little kids walk out onto the pitch with the players like in real lif. and there is no referee in sight

I just want it to be more realistic as if you were on the the actual pitch as it were. For Fifa to improve every aspect of the game must be realistic particularly gameplay. What makes football an enjoyable is not only the sport itself but the atmsophere surrounding the pitch, the crowd noises and a sense of being on a theatre performing. Fifa 08 had great graphics but now the next gens have experienced the first football game i think graphics need to be improved, this i feel will add to the realism of playing the game. The player faces on fifa 08 were great but the details on the pitch, stadiums the fans was lacking. I think the details of the pitch needs to be improved vastly, for intance when a player goes in for a sliding tackle you can actually see pieces of grass cutting up or flying.

Other improvements for fifa 09:

- Realistic and more in depth commentary
- Better opponent AI
- Referees, linesman and forth officials( holding sub and time board) included
- In depth and more realistic managerial career
- Player bans, Player confrontations, Press conferances, Transfer rumours, Awards

Overall i think the in gameplay(pitch) will be vital if fifa 09 want to be succesful. More realism need to be added, make it feel like your in a proper stadium playing the actual game. Situations on the field need to be more realistic, for intance if a team is losing you expect them to be in the possesion of the ball for the majority of time, or the player might get frustrated and commit a silly foul or even a rash challenge which could lead to a brawl on the pitch. There are so many different situations in football, atmosphere can also affect whats happening on the pitch, if the game is tight and a bit slow crowds would be quiet and the atmosphere in the stadium would change. These are are one of many things that need to looked at if the fifa 09 is going to be a hit.

We see a whole array of things happening on the pitch in the modern that need to be integrated into fifa 09. From players on the same team arguing, keepers coming up for last minute corners, managers confronting the refs, players diving and getting booked, players shaking hands at the end of the game, player antics on the pitch, timewasting, players celebrating with shirts off and getting booked, objects being thrown onto the pitch, players slipping on wet pitches, defenders making silly mistakes, goalkeeper mistakes, elbowing, headbutting, spitting on the pitch and players, etc. I could go on and on, but might point is this will be great if little things like this are added.

I like fifa 08 and all but I would like to have more of a variety of cleats frome every brand. Like Nike, Puma, Adiddas and ect. . I like on fifa 07 where we could go to practice and practice against other people and not just the goalkeeper On fifa 08 you only have a choice of prdators,f.50 tunits,merciul,total 90,and 2 or puma cleats.I would the total 90 and the mercuil cleats color to differ. I would also like to have more celebrations and actually a referee on the feild and a faster commentator. And during manager mode it would be better if you could have practice and would actually help improve players and the fans are unrealstic they all celbrate when you score even if your on away game it would be cooler if some fans got up while others sit in dibeleif and at the beginnig of the game they would do a line up like in real life and they have the little kids walk out and do the line up with them

ah yes and also mistakes by the ref or linesman, like an incorrect offside decision every now and then (offside when not or vice versa!) - this would make the game more interesting and far less generic.

We have plenty of European and North American teams, put a few South American, the final 8 of the Libertadores for example, and complete leagues from these nations. Allow kits to be more customizable, and maybe a create a stadium would go greatly.

- be able to manage national teams in manager mode

- better feeling of atmospheres, especially in big games in the league, or champions league
- more realistic transfers. eg big clubs bidding for the best players (not just arsenal and liverpool as it seems in 08!) also, you should be able to give reasons for rejecting offers, like not wanting to sell to a rival club or not enough money etc...
- players should be more realistic in the high pressure matches - eg have some crack and play poorly if their composure rating is low, and have others thrive in such matches.
- results in manager mode need to be more realistic - eg in one of my recent seasons arsenal finished 17th after buying 3 of my best players for well in excess of £50million!
- classic match mode where you can be put in a scenario and have to play parts of past matches - eg champions league final 1999, start when 1-0 down as man utd and win, or 2005, with liverpool 3-0 down and have to win....

i am a huge fifa fan, had every one since '99, and its definitely waaaaaay better than PES, but with these changes it could be turned from a very good game into a great one!

Everybody know that iran is the best team in asia. But what i dont get is that they put in Saudi Arabia in it but no iran. Iran are much better than any other team in asia please put them in and there legues in please.

There should be alot of things added to FIFA 09.
1. There should be referees and linesmen.
2. There should be dugouts and managers on the edge of the pitch.
3. Fans more relistic.
4. Wider varitey of stadiums.
5. When a team win the cup they should be shown lifting the cup.
6. Visual Sim should be added again
7. When you sim a game you should be able to manage your team before the game like on 07

In some suggestions that I would like to be in the forthcoming FIFA 2009, the first in Manger mode Why The manager Don't Receive offers from clubs, and Why don't contracting with Sports companies such as Nike athletic or Adidas or Puma or others like we are with the sponsor and why is The Sponsors Declaration don't add to the teams Tshirt like in the real .

Second: Why They didn't add the Clubs World Cup what made in Japan each year?

Thirdly, Why The FIFA makers ignoring Africa fully Leauges, Teams even The Important Championships, at least they can add 1 or 2 of the best African classified leauges or add one of the important championships.

Only these things I would like to be present in the new FIFA awaited 2009

I have spoken to Alot of my friends, and what we think really could give fifa 09 a kick, would be to:
1. Design/make your own boots, like Nike Vapor, addidas predator and much more. 2. Altso it would be nice, if referee's where on the pitch.
3. We has agreed that it is to hard to score goals, from long distance freekick (altmost imposible).
4. New trick, and alot of them, so any player each can make their own uniqe style.
5. Bettter crowd and sound.
6. To be able to view other leageus maches ( spot talents).
7. More leauges like sweden and denmark's division. will really be a kick. Like the english. ( more divisions).
