Also, it would be interesting if you could get points to unlock special kits or balls or stadiums, like
in fifa 04. The most important though is to add new leages such as conference or russian or j-league.
Also, i would love to see more leagues, such as the Hong Kong league, because football manger has it
and it creates a more realistic touch. Oh and better graphics on the players. Bojan looks like he's balding.
1.Be offered a new kit once every season.
2. Introduce diving to the game.
3. Make manager mode longer.
4. Be able to leave you club whenever you want not just at the end of the season.
5. Make the game faster.
6. Be offered a new sponsor every 2-4 years.
7. Be given transfer targets by chairman within budget.
8. Make the player have career threatning injuries every now and then.
9. The players look like them selves, and trash the system if you're a centre forward and are played in Left midfield your rating goes down.
Please put these suggestions into the game.
Thank you
more time for the transfer market.id like an indoor tournament or 6-a-side whic would be awesome.i also believe all the suggestions by everybody else,so plz EA introduce these new things.thnx
1. You should be able to make a new player even after you've started Manager mode. I play the same manager the entire year and switch teams every two seasons, so that means that I get to make myself and friends only for the first two seasons that I play and that's it.
2. You should be able to track stats from other leagues.
3. Try to include other leagues from the America's and even have the Copa Libertadores if you decide to manage a team from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, or any other league you add.
4. I like Bill's idea of having close calls on offsides go your way every once in a while. It happens in real life, and other EA Sports games(Madden) have the ref get it wrong.
5. Real life training sessions for player growth. I would even take it off-season, and then do the simulated ones during the season. PSP has training sessions, why not other consoles?
6. Put ref on the pitch and have them be part of the game i.e. ref can get in way of pass.
7. Managers should sign a contract for a determined amount of time and have other clubs make offers to you if you are good.
That's it for now. More to come later.
1. Add a referee
2. Improve the crowd graphics and also being able to hear the real chants would be great, or have more variety. Maybe you can even upload different chants as un-lockable features.
3. Include options of Rain, Night, Day, Cloudy, Snow etc, etc.
4. In would be interesting to see your coach participating in the side line, and walking on and off the bench. Giving orders to have subs warm up, discuses with refs, this would be great in the manager mode where you can see the person you created.
5. On bad injuries it would be fun to see the medical team run on to the field and if needed to side the player. Having on field pushing and shoving when something like this happens could add more to the game.
Some other things I would real enjoy having in this game would be
1. More stadium options.
2. More National teams to choose from
3. THE ARGENTINA SOCCER LEAGUE…even having the option of choosing from the Spanish commentaries from a Mexican one and or an Argentinian one. If you watch the argentina league you know how fun and emotive those guys are.
There are many more suggestions I have but got to get back to work so!!!! Hopfully I will see some of these improvements. Pleaseeeee add the Argentinian Futball League!!!!
Please can you make the ref realistic and also have the ref on the pitch with the linesmen on the side...
I thought about off the pitch, whilst in a game you could have managers on the touchline shouting instructions to the team and even have subs warming up down the sidlelines.
And maybe for some fun have a novelty event on a few occassions maybe in the fa cup final were a streaker or some sort of interuption would take place...
- I also had an idea of making manager mode interactive where you could choose a team to manage and you actually have to play against other online players to win the title, also when the transfer market comes around on this interactive version of manager mode, you are put up to the test of bidding for players against other actual online players and even having to accept/decline offers for your players that have been made from the other online players.
These ideas are for both console and computer versions of the game!
Also when win a major cup ...actually see them recieve the cup and celebrate (like man u :)..) better quality in the game play
refferees and linesman's
BOOT"S o my daze
Stadiums ..better quality in them
subsitutions and applauade the crowd when going off...or a bad reaction when comin of e.g rooney
4th official
managers ordering tactics
players arguing on the pitch e.g not passing to them
tht it really cheers
Firstly when choosing game settings, you should be able to choose the weather for each game, if you
choose a quick match, so that if its raining then the ball players will all make splashes when moving also it would be much slicker and faster in ball speed and slide tackles. If in manager mode the weather could vary accoriding
to the month youre in.
I think that having a visible referee would be great idea even if it is more for looks than usage, taking
a match you see on tele straight onto the game. Making things more like real life would also be a good
move, so scoring goals that are then diss-allowed due to offsides or an off the ball foul, handballs, maybe
the odd wrong offside decision.
As an added option i really enjoyed along with all of my mates in fifa 98 there was an indoor option, maybe
bring that back, its a great change from full size pitch and it's really enjoyable.
I will always choose fifa over any football game and i cannot wait until FIFA 09, i hope these are useful
comments and look forward to seeying the new features and new improvements.
Those were my ideas!! Hopefully they will come true!
I would also love to see international play/ world cup play in 09. I understand that there is a licensed game for this. but imagine in manager mode or career mode being able to play league matches as well as international matches. You maybe be asked to coach internationally if you're doing well in your league/ or if you're player is doing well. I would like to see an opportunity to bid on world cup venues and be able to choose locations, create stadiums and choose from different logos for these world cups. In essence the present world cup can exist in its own game but the fifa game can create virtual/fake world cup hosts and venues in a manager or career mode. This would be so very fun.
Play champions league song
more puma stuff lotto too
put WAGS
eat
i wud also like to see a ref and linesmen because it would make you feel more apart of the game.
i also think that there should be national tournaments.
what i would love to see in the game is that you have the ability to choose classic manager mode and normal manager mode.
what i mean by this is that you can choose a team as you would in normal manager mode but have the older players from 2 or 3 seasons ago and have the kits which were used in that year , and a new season means new kits and you can choose to sell and buy your players, instead of having to get rid of them you could keep them for longer
i think that training should be brought in agen like on the ps2 and have the ability the create your own set piece ( telling where you want players to go).
these are my views on how i would like the game to be like and hopefully be introduced. some players of the game may not agree with the ideas but i feel they should be tried out and see what the reviews are.
GAMEPLAY is the most important thing that has to be tweaked in FIFA. I have been playing this game since the very first game they ever made. As I have grown as a footballer and begun to understand positioning and player movement, I have noticed that it seems FIFA might be made by a number of people who might not actually play football. The key to gameplay is the off the ball movement of players. FIFA does not offer a realistic interpretation of how football should actually be played. Instead of playing fluidly like a world class team such as Arsenal, Man U or Real Madrid (to name a few), FIFA actually plays at the level of a successful team of 13 year olds.
In terms of off the ball movement, players in the game are guilty of mainly running in straight lines. Often when a run is triggered, a player will run straight ahead, or on a slight angle (I believe this can be adjusted, but with limited success), but not necessarily into space. In fact, players will often even run into the most unlikely position, into danger, instead of into open space where the ball could be played. Even more concerning is that as the player makes a run, he never changes direction and continues to run until the play is dramatically changed. This means that defenders triggered on the wings can often end up in offside positions as they continue to run forward when you are on the attack. The positions are too predictable as the AI never really adapts, and players don't actually find space with a weaving run, or a change in direction. It is like they are tied to railroad tracks. I hope that makes sense.
The through pass is also a problem. If indeed you do have a player running into an ideal space which is hard enough to do, then when the through pass is made, the ball is aimed at a position ahead of the player as it should be. However, the player is tied to this train-track where you actually have no control of the player until he meets the ball or until the ball is interecepted by the opposing team. In fact, this train track pattern is so apparent, that if you remove all of your fingers from the controller and do nothing, the player still continues to run on that same path! This essentially means that you lose control of the game and it does what it wants to/what it is programmed to do. The player should instead be under the gameplayers control and if the computer starts the player on this path, you should be able to take over control of the player so that he can move off of this set path and cut off the pass at an earlier time if the play changes, if the ball is too slow, or if the pass is no longer viable.
Gameplay needs to be looked at and these considerations must be made. Instead of explaining a couple other ones, I will just list them because this is way too long. Please let me know what you think...
- Too few overlapping runs that are effective
- The direct pass requires the player to wait in a fixed position until the ball arrives, very rarely can this player move closer to the ball
- Defence is often out of the play on attack
- Midfield waits too much while on the attack, especially when on the wings when the CM's should be presenting themselves and finding space to recieve a pass
- My most HATED one: The ball has been kicked and is heading out by the opposing team, and for some god awful reason, your own player chaces it all the way to the touchline and then in an effort to save the ball that is already obviously lost, your player makes contact with it as it goes out and you lose the throw in/goal kick/corner kick
Players look very authentic and the game looks beautiful, but the gameplay must be helped as it makes for a very frustrating game at times that lacks the ability of the human player to apply his or her knowledge and understanding of football to the game. Essentially, the game needs to allow the human player to be more CREATIVE and INVENTIVE, but with such stringent guidelines, human control over players is limited and the game often plays out on its own.

Like in euro 2008 you should control the celebrations after you score
You should be able to start a career with 1 player and move up the ranks in a team earn a starting place and be able to transfer to bigger clubs buy things like houses, cars and be able to shag your team mates sisters
Cuellar is 79-should be mid 80s I mean he was named in the european 11
Mcgreggor only 75-wtf should be at least 80.Sort it out fifa
