  1. How is it not common knowledge that whole grains are not beneficial and quite simply a myth that you were fed (pardon the pun) if you were born in the 80’s? The amount of GMO’s in pretty much all whole grains these days is staggering. Furthermore, Cristiano’s fruit and fruit juice intake is quite high.. that is a lot of fructose and added sugars from the concentrated juice. I’m not sure why he avoids the egg yoke either as he claims to have a high protein diet, the yoke has the most protein of the egg. Strange, but meh he’s doing fine.
