fifa manager 10 must have better 3d matches, cus the passing on 09 is abysmal to be honest.
Also the bugs in the game are so frustrating so i went back to 08 because it is generally a better game, now fixed the bugs giving 09 anuva chance. I would also like to see the improvements being mainly focused on the 3d match, i.e goalkeeper actually goes to the ball, the strikers can actually finish one on ones, players will pass the ball half decently rather than just give it away easily and also if a player egts penalised for offside, they shouldn’t get the free kick as ive had a few times lol. Also the teams should finish in more realistic positions, because I was pretty surprised when i randomly started a season with sunderland then simulated the whole season only to come back and find I had come a close 2nd to Middlesborough int he league with chelsea 3rd and newcastle 4th, and manchester united 7th and arsenal 15th and liverpool 5th, I was thinking wtf, so i just quit the file, which was mainly down to the fact i regretted skipping the season but also due to how unrealistic it was.

I feel there are a few glitches outside of the game play aspect they are as follows
#can’t change squad number for players in manager mode.
#in ‘detailed search’for players, ‘role’ and ‘position’ are wrong way round.
- the next couple are not ‘glitches but have been droped from previous fifa’s
# there is no ‘create’ club option which was my favourite part of the game
#the detailed searches for players do not allow you to look for different single attributes.
Appart from these ‘problems’ i thoroughly Enjoy the game, but please if you only fix one of these please make sure in the next game th option to create a club is put in.

… I’ve been playing two days and the findings are as follows.

- In an effort to create a faster game had been last lap, so much so that if you see all players are capable of doing combos as if they were maradona or Cristiano Ronaldo.

I dont know why we are not given the complete freedom to handle our founded club.

The following features should be great:
1)The founded club can be sold for the desired price.
2)Advertisements can be placed to sell clubs.
3)If in emergency, the clubs can be sold for half the market value of the club.
4)Can hire staffs as well as chairman.
5)Can move to another club as a manager, being an owner of a club.
6)Any club can be purchased by negotiating with the chairman/owner, and need not be a manager of that club to purchase it.
7)Can hire a manager for a owned club and negotiate an objective for the manager.
8)The change in club prestige should also link with the bank balance of the club.
9)Promotion/Religation/Winning international titles should have great effect on club prestige.
10)Club prestige should have point system, just like that of manager level up. Every match victory should make a small change in prestige points.

ALL ABOUT PLAYER CAREER MODE:
Player career mode should be completely different. It should be like managing a players career, and not just playing as a player.

It should have a seperate option within the game. A club manager can retire and become a player manager of a created player or real players or his/her children.

In the player manager mode the player has the option to trnsfer to another club, negotiate his club contract, hire agent, train in 3D mode, play matches, build relationship with other player, buy his own properties, make part time job,establish his very own business, buy multiple clubs (also hiring chairman and staff for all the owned clubs), etc.

ALL ABOUT 3D EXPERIENCE and YOUTH PLAYERS:
It would be great if our private life is given more consideration in FIFA MANAGER09.

Different peopIe have different objectives in playing this game. Some like to win titles by taking their fav. club, some to be financially rich,etc. And my objective was to develop the players faster and make the worlds strongest team, so i prefered using instant matches and wanted to bring my fav. player cesc Fabregas to my founded club(my team was of low int./dom prestige). I reached 2016 within one or two months. My club still couldnt complete that dream transfer. Its prestige was 11/5, which was not enough to trade with that club. And Fabregas was almost nearing to his retirement (his age was 27). Then i started feeling the game is limited for few years.

So i think the solution is to bring those retired players in the youth team of the same club where he retired. Also with the same potential, same photo, and country.

Another thing is, the game should be more realistic. The game should be in 3d mode, where the manager can drive the car he purchased. He can also walk/drive to his house, club center, stadium, training ground,etc.

Talking with players, staff, partners, media, childrens,etc. should be more realistic. The replies that the AI characters give should not be repeated every now and then.

when playing in 2/more player mode, we should have features like:
1)Trading money-money, money-others(cars, house,etc.),others-othres,etc.
2)Two players can get married with each other and their childrens get the nationality of the place he/she is borned and the nationality of both the parents.

ALL ABOUT INDIA PREMIER LEAGUE(I-League):
I hope in FIFA manager 09 u will also have telivision sponsors, league prize money, and other financial source for the clubs in I-League (Indian Premier League). Real Logos, real player names and real club names of indian clubs would be a better idea.
And indian clubs dont qualify for Asian Champions Cup. I wish even indian national team will get an oppurtunity to qualify for the FIFA world cup, in later stages of the game.
When playing a 2 player game, the manager who manages a club in england should not have any problem(non-euro/work permit) when trading players with a manager who manages a club in india. And including many lower divisions in india would be even better.

Fifa Manager 08 would out class football Manager if it would achieve the following:
1. Viewing the actual training sessions in 3D and making changes to the training plan where necesssary. Talking to (motivating) the players during training. Correcting a players mistakes during training (e.g. shooting mistakes, positioning errors etc). This would put Fifa Manager in a class of its own.
2. Manager should be allowed to shout certain instructions to the players on the pitch during a match (or in training). A few important team (and not individual) instructions will do. Or the instruction could be to some players in the team such as the defenders, midfielders and attackers. However such instructions should not over-influence the game. Infact when the sideline instructions become too often, hot tempered players could get angry, which should affect the teams morale.
3. Improved graphics.
4. Increased overall rating for young talents.
5. Players should not just run aimlessly with the ball from opponents defense to his own defense before passing the ball. This is unrealistic and I have seen this happen many a time.
6. News such as match results, transfer rumours, etc could be in form of audio so that you dont necessarily have to read the newspaper.

1.Manger mode was great in fifa 08 but you need to make it more interesting and interactive.
2.Make the freekicks a little bit easier.
3.Put the iranian leauge(persian gulf cup) because people mix politics with football and they are the best in asia.

I agree fifa 09 and fifa manager 09 could compliment/supplement each other.
Make training more entertaining, interactive and give more countries to choose from to take your players to training camp, also ice baths that the players can use! friendles against top teams. More things in private life such as clothes, fancy cars, maybe there could even have like an interactive life mode, where you could do your house up, edit and customise - something like The Sims?

Allow transfer planning even if the transfer window is closed for when it opens. Make your own sponsor for your created club, better shirt and badge designs and more choice of colours. For create player more choice of hair styles.
Transfer values lower and more realistic, yes and you should be able to try go in for any player you want. Stop the players moaning about more play time when you play them. More media interviews make it more interactive, thoughts before and after the game.

I think taht the game is great but also it need some things….for example i think that it need more options in the private life and in transfers.. then more options too in the building of stadiums …and when it is going to come to argentina???

I just read the post of Ciprian (post 273) and he mentions Football Fusion of 2005, and asks about fusion that will allow you to play the game (play football) without quitting the game at all, well this is what i asked but i forgot to write: “…make football fusion same as in tcm 2004 :) …” .

1. When my kid becomes 11, and he’s ready to train with the youth squad, I think he should have 5 stars, just like his daddy :), or maybe 4 or 2 or maybe even 1, not just automatically 3 stars.

2. I haven’t still had nephews so i really don’t know if they are able to play football too, and if yes i bet they have only 3 stars too. :)

3. Big teams like: Inter, Man U, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, after 6-7 seasons become so weak even they go 2nd division, this happened to me when I was coaching Trevisio, i was looking at the table and Inter wasn’t there :), so my point is that big clubs should always be in the top 10, at least this is most realistic.

4. About the transfers, why not make them more realistic, i bought Krkic for 14 million euros, and then after 4 seasons i sold him to Chelsea for 216 million euros, i know this is cool for me with all that money, but its not real, and than after he (Krkic) gets injured he goes to the reserves(in the first team, not in the reserve team) and never comes back, because he’s overall rating is low due to the long term injury.

5. I loaned Henry Saivet (buy this dude, he’s only 16 when u start the game, but becomes the best striker in the game when he is 19 :) ) to a smaller club and i wanted to see his progress at “his” club (to the club that i loaned him) and i saw that he havent played a single game, so it would be nice when u sign the deal to make couple of deals with the club, cos i had to call him back from the loan, and another interesting thing that i saw was that the man playing (the first team selected striker) in the club when Saivet was loaned, was 30+ and had better overall than Saivet only 2+ or maybe3+ when he was at his top form.

6. I really would like if players come talk to me personally about all kinds of things, all kinds of problem. I think you should work on this a little also. Also the media questions, after 3-4 season i know them all, there are too little questions, i think it would be hard to make 3000+ questions it is only text.

7. Also put drug test and all that kind of realistic things that happen these days. But it would be nice if the drug tests start after all real time players have retired in the game :). Put fights, yeah punch and kick fights, put problematic/idiot fans (like nazi…ok i know this is kinda stupid but anyway), fans that brkake every single store and building in the city that my team plays as a guest.

8. About the awards, make them like in NBA when we can see the player dressed up with all that expensive costume :), but make it more crowdy :).

9. When a millioner wants to help my team by giving the team 100+ millions of euros (like the dudes from the rich software company, the sheiks etc), involve me (as the manager) in the talks.

10.I really hope you get back Football Fusion, it was the best thing ever, and i am not much of a fan of playng soccer in the Manager, cos i buy FIFA also. But i read all this copmplains about the graphics of the 3d games, so i think it will be the best solution.

11. I hope u like all this and acctually try few of this things, just like u tried the thing with managers childrens playng soccer too (yes it was my idea :) )

Bring it out on the psp. Best if both fifa 09 and fifa manager 09 could compliment/supplement each other.

A good idea would be to make football fusion betwin Fifa Manager and Fifa this way you wont lose one game to the other. I think it’s possible to install both games in the same directory and leave the option for fifa manager to use the gameplay from Fifa directly in the game at the pres of a button not like in tcm 2005 when you needed to save the game and start Fifa to play fusion. If you can find a way to bind this two games it would a huge success. More info in manager games is always needed. More players names spoken by commentators.For this you can use an editor that records basic names for that nation like: Smith, James, Stuart, Rodriguez, Santos, whatever, and when the player reaches a level 90% of his teams general lvl. the commentators would begin using his name in comments because hi is a star to that team. Once he loses his level because of old age the commentators would continue to use his name but will refer to him as a former star of that team. Players over 70 should have their name coled in the game. I belive there are programs where you enter the name in writing and the program will speak the name with the given voice so it will not use HDD space.And so on. It imperative that the database should have at least one ligue with all the real players for every country over 1 mil people in Europe 5 mil for central America and 9 mil for Asia.Good luck in reaching my goals.

let us be able to play the whole team in 3d, not just one player. Use FIFA’s match engine in 3d. In a way, combine FIFA with FIFAM.

Additional Suggestions:
1. You cannot put anybody “Not For Sale”. You should be allowed to give it a effort anyway. (Keep “Not Interested” but remove all “Not for Sales”).
2. More goals and diversity from corners. (True that in 2005 or 2006 that many goals weren’t from headers, but now mroe goals in the Spanish, and BPL are created by build ups from corner kicks.
3. Players and fans need to be treated with more respect and more involvement. FM has done a good job of managers showing respect to the board, but not to the Players and fans. Options are limited for all you can do for players is “Dress Room Chem.” and “Player Talks”. The fans also need more than just comments and autograph sessions.
4. More player level changes from Training Camps and “Up and downs”, and less player level changes from individual match performances and injuries. Also, talent should be weighed more to have a bigger toll on players.
5. Improved Co-Operation Agreements which doesn’t have much effect in FM08.
6. More options and a new look. Most of the screen is black, and a bit less will work well (more like that of FM06).
7. Keep up the good work with soundtracks!

GAMEPLAY:
1. Chance to make substitutions in “Videotext Mode”.
2. More involvement from the fans and show bookings and substitutions in “3D Match”.
3. More views to help for freekick views (like the penalty view) “3D Match”.
4. Individual players to show more of their “special talent” like C.Ronaldo’s dribbling.
5. Pop-up Statistics to be shown in “3D Match” like on TV and in FIFA. (eg: Total Shots, Attacking)
6. More decision making from managers in “3D Match”. (not only subs and tactics) (eg: urge to shoot, defend, play hard, etc.)
7. More decision makings in “Text Mode”
8. Intervention allowed from “Text Mode” to “3D Match”.
9. Speed Control in “Instant Results”.
10. Player faces and reactions after misses, goals, and the final whistle.

MANAGER MODE:
1. Staffing and Club Facilities is good.
2. Players can leave on mutual consent (like Hleb with Arsenal in real life).
3. More pressure from the media and fans.
4. More authenticity with the Reserve Team (Youth Team has improved; very good!).
5. Not only stadium expansions but build a new stadium in a different location. (eg: Arsenal Highbury to Emirates).
6. Improved “Player Talks” (more choices, more effect on players).
7. A new “Group Talk” where you can talk to a group of players during Training.
8. “Fans”, currently under Merchandise, gets its own section. More involvement from them. (donations, organizing banners for the team)
9. Can extend Staff contracts by more than 1 year. (like Player Contracts)
10. Player Exchanges to be arranged even when it is not Transfer Season, and that the result is not instant (takes few days for a reply).
11. More competition with other managers around the world.

**These suggestions are based on my experiences with Fifa Manager 2006 and FM08 on PC.

I love manager games, and until 1994 i ever play this type of game, and a lot of brazilian people playing too.
But in Fifa Manager all the teams of south america don’t receive a necessary attention.
If EA Sports give some attention for the teams of souht america, same the Football Manager did ever year, Fifa Manger will be the best manager game of the world.
Think about this, because it’s a good way to win a big share of the market in souht america.

i think o8 is great but i think if you add second division team for every league it would make it better when it comes to buying talent for a cheap amount in manager mode.
It also makes it better so teams can jump up to 1st division leagues. Another idea is if you can make it possible to manage international teams and play in all the differant tournament to qualify for the world cup. An plz add more tournament the that are played in north, cental, and south america like copa libertadores etc. P.S. add more central and south american leagues.

Should make the players transfer values lower and more realistic….like real life transfers….say for example the transfer market value of Cesc Fabregas is around £25m £30m at the most whereas in the game he is estimated around £70m at the beginning of the game. Also you should be able to go in for any player you want…at least be able to attempt it….try and lure them…like in real life JayJay Okotcha signed for Hull City…look what happened they got promoted…in short the game should be made to be more real life!!!!!!

I would like to see other leagues, beside leagues from EU. Leagues from Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro etc. { with real club names, badges and players}. I think you need real manager names and other members of club staff so we don’t have to use Editor. And one more thing in game we all would like to “drive” more exclusive cars than Hyundai, cars like Ferrari, Aston Martin, TVR, Bentley, Lamborghini, Porsche.

- I would really like to see more badges (3 years in a row now a Scottish division 1 team has been in the UEFA Cup but with no badge Gretna, Dunfermline, Queen of the South) , strips, and real players for lower division teams, including reserve leagues and more player pictures for the likes of scotland and portugal. They are probably the 5th and 6th best leagues in europe (behind SPA, ENG, ITA, FRA, GER and HOL) but seem to be ignored (Celtic 1 Milan 0) (Aberdeen 2 Bayern Munich 2) (Rangers 3 Lyon 0). The entire Scottish season has been bought by Setanta sports but in the game the television money is terrible, (glad they got the SPL split right though, well done) and there is only the 1st division for Portugal to play in. - Player exchanges need to be sacked, they are a bit daft, TCM 2005 and FM06 were just about perfect transfer wise they just need to get the market values right. - I enjoy being a national team coach at the same time, and it wasn’t always a full time job. There definitely needs to be a wider choice of nationalties, and taking on a national team should have some repercussions with your clubs fans and players. - No difficulty level
- Real manager and club staff names, they used to be in FM06, what happened?
- New tournaments to play in - Under 21’s, youth cups, invites into friendly tournaments (amsterdam tournament etc)
- More historical data (especially in european matches between two clubs of a different nation) and statistics. I’m a statistics freak.
- Essential that it uses the FIFA 09 engine, why is there no console version (PS3 can use a mouse)
- I do like the idea of having real referees, i hope you can choose to confront them at the end of a match
- Declare your interest in a player to the international press to unsettle him and his club

All in all it is a brilliant game and i would love to see some of these features added, but whatever FM09 is like i know it will be brilliant again.

Give option to apply for hosting a World Cup or European Championship. Or if you are in Africa hosting Africa Cup etc. If your country get the opportunity to host the event, you can help in the organization for your country. Choose the stadiums, cities etc. Give control for the manager during the event and before.

I’m not sure what is going on but EA Sports for some reason never has the real names of the Dutch players. Holland is one of the best soccer nations in the world and when I play with holland I get names that are not even really dutch. You can’t ad “van” or “de” before any name and make it Dutch. You have to make it so we can play online, against other managers. You can make *ONLINE MODE* and in the online mode, you can make your own league. In this league you can be any team you want. And if you are manager of Man Utd and then have Cristiano Ronaldo, som other manager who wants Cristiano Ronaldo have to make a bid to you and then you have to accept, reject or negotiate with the manager. If this will be a real thing, FM 09 will sell big time!!!

For the first the managers name should be REAL in each club. For example in FM 08 the manager of Man Utd is Roy Royson( that was an example) but it should have been Alex Ferguson. And it shoud been like when the transfer market is closing you could represent a player for a club like one club represent a player for you. And you have to increase the number of national teams. And it should be more players, like Manucho who is transferring to Man Utd next season isn`t on FM 08. Hope you can improve this.

national team management definitely needs improvement - and there should also be the option to manage a team’s under 21’s. it’s like international management has just been added on as an afterthought - it is important and should definitely be much more in-depth than it currently is. also - when u r manager of a team, it should be possible to resign without having to buy out the rest of your contract - like in real life.
also, when trying to sell a player, the negotiations shouldn’t immediately break down the moment u try to sell him for more than the buying club is willing to pay - e.g. if i was liverpool manager and aston villa offered me £5million for pennant, the negotiations shouldn’t suddenly collapse as soon as i increase my valuation to £6million - what should happen is that villa would tell me the maximum price they r willing to pay, so then the 2 clubs can agree on a fee.

Fifa 09 Should definetly have a refree and linesmans and should also have way more stadiums not just european ones also you need to have more realistic faces and please please make the goalies dive way more dont just make them “stretch out”. I would also like to see some improvement in the corner and free kicks for example make the ball go a bit more faster in free kicks. Also make the shoes have more detail,and make the jerseys with more details including ads and sponsers. Also have the ability to play in tournaments and be invited to tournaments or qualify for tournaments like the CONCAFA Champions Cup or The UEFA Champions Cup and the Fifa World Cup of Clubs and other tournaments like the Copa SudAmericana and the Interliga and the Copa Libertadores and the ECC and the SUPERLIGA and the UEFA Cup. I Would also like to see players for the internationl team go away for the World Cup and other cups like The Gold Cup and Copa America and The Euro Cup please make those cups exist and when players go away for their internationl duties make alot go away not just 1 or 2 for each postition make about 10 or more go away for each position itsept obviously goalkeeper.Also make the ability to be able to coach internationl teams during Freindlies or Internationl cups like the ones I mentioned. Extend the national team aspects. Include continental cups (ie Copa Libertadores, Asian Cup, etc) and those region’s world cup qualifications. Extend the depth of international coaching - rather then being second tier to clubs, make it an equal career path, with all the analysis tools that could come without (ie If coaching Italy, watch the Serie A and expat Italian footballers). Also, with other international club competitions (ie Asian Champions League) include leagues that are in the region, even without real names and not being simulated (not just Australia, Korea, UAE but also china, japan, etc. whose leagues are in the game). 1) There are unrealistic prices when you send coaches on clauses. It’s better to sing in a new coach (unemployed) and hugely experienced!
2) A scout is always scouting opposite club. I would prefer a choice to stop it.
3) It would be better (for me) the one-click information about one player or staff than right click and so on..

Players are way too expensive in Fifa, and i think the market should be more active while the negotiation with player should be easier. We don’t want to see some world class players to go to low-table team. And finally, back in FIFA08, players will just dissapear if no club buys him within 1season, which sucks so bad.

when you watch the 3d match pressing space bar makes the screen full screen. You should get goal higlighs come up at the bottom in full screen mode.

when watching the 3d match the second space bar view, with the teams on the right, you should be able to change tatics like push forward and attack on left, just like text match view, have a little control with tatics live during 3d rather than just the attack bar on top.

when you build the stadium the graphics do not look smart like they do when you start with a new club ie man united the stadium when you play home games the lights look really real, fans move around, police and photographers around the pitch but when you build all these are gone and looks like a standard graphic stadium, but when visiting big clubs and stadiums all this is there . not sure if its when you build you change the dimension or something in yoru stadium.

by making one change it is impossible to even though after playing with the same team several times however by making two changes u can win on the first try.

That like in fifa football 08, in fifa manager 09 the players should be updated after every real life fixture. Obviously the youth players will be updated less, but the players should represent their real life counterparts more. This way I could watch a football match and if a player catches my eye I could buy him cheap (like a real manager would) and then if he became good in real life he could become good on the game. Obviously there would be a few issues over the relative ages of players in the game and in real life. However, if you had two modes, one in real time where you play a match every week (allow more than one only to catch up on fixtures) where game play is more detailed, e.g. have the option of taking training matches and training exercises plus other options like scouting players using highlights of real matches or full matches (maybe lower league ones to save costs), maybe just highlight focusing on one player (this would probably be easier and cheaper as you could arrange something with a highlights company and they could give you a small amount of highlights and you advertise their full highlights in return). Plus another mode which is the normal mode. Then people have the option or could do both. So one is based on real life and one on the players created in the game.

A few versions ago you could invest your personal fortune in stocks. That was pretty cool. Only being able to invest your money in an interest bearing account at like 3% is totally boring. I mean who does that, honestly? Can you give us more creative ways to increase (or lose) our personal fortunes? Thanks.

1. When playing 4 players starting in the lowest division, only one team gets to play in the lower division cup tournament for either the 1st or 2nd rounds. The other teams don’t even draw to play.

i think you should be able to get more involved with the youth teams, be able to manage the teams as indepth as the first team. I think they should make lots of options where you can spend time improving players, the more time you spend on players the better they improve, it will help teams with little or no money, and it will stop players of the game just going out and buying big named players who cost a lot. (it would be like back in the old days where managers were managers, by working with there players to make them better, instead of theses days managers moaning they havn’t any money to buy new players).

an other feature i have always wanted to do, in editing i have always wanted to make bigger leagues with as many teams as i wanted in, be it 20 , 30, 100 all even all the teams in the game. a season would take a long time, but i think it would be quite interesting.

it would be good to go on calendar and then select a game and then it will automatically quick sim all the games for you up until that point, this way you can do more quicker.

Add better Greek SuperLeague. It isn’t difficult. Greece had won the Euro trophy but every year is not in Fifa and is without logos in Manager.

You absolutely must make it possible to be able to curl the ball during normal play, not just on free kicks. Of course don’t make it ridiculously easy to bend it like a mad man, but a little more control of curl would be awesome!!

Fifa 08 was great, some ideas for 09 are:
1) The buildings and things outside in 08, would take about 30 years before they turned a minor profit so weren’t worth it someting could be changed here..
2) Going to the bookies could make things more interesting, betting on your team or others.
3) The ability to sign players past the transfer window if negotiations are already afoot.
4) Maybe for the above 2 and more you can break the rules and your assistant manager could warn you, and if you continue and there is a scandle the FA could dock points or dish fines etc.
5) Easier scouting. the scouts were rubbish on 08 (even the good ones). Easier scouting and better results would be good.
5) Maybe there could be a bigger difference in getting better scouts and coaches etc.
6) Maybe you could enter competitions as you progress at golf etc have a bit of prize money, the better you are and the better you do the more you can win in better comps.
7) Maybe a more challenging family, the more kids the more it costs food bills etc. Uni fee’s, club memberships, cars, lessons, weddings etc.
8) Maybe your own children could play professional football, and play for you.
9) Maybe at charity dinner parties you could get propositioned by a lady/gent from the press. Do you go for it and get good press or not and risk annoying her and her not giving you such a good write up.
10) When you sold a club their fanbase instantly shot up etc. I think if you get to the premiership and have been for many years winning the champ lg cups and league then you should get more fans(fickle as they may be)

1) Stability! i think this could be the most important to have a very good opinion of this game. I have red so many many posts speaking about game crashing, returning to windows, … I got some too which is annoying when you play a game during 8 or 9 seasons, then can’t go on because of instability.

2)A more complete stock market for the clubs : I mean being able to put your own money into any clubs and many ones! Even becoming the owner of several clubs, why not? :)

3) Consequence of 2 : Being able to delegate the training of the first team of a club, just being the owner, which should be good with my second point when you own more than one club. And why not negociate the amounts for transfers, salaries with the trainer but from the owner side!

4) For the 3D matches having weather/seasoning effects.

5) I dont have a precise idea, but improving the buying/selling of personnal stuff like cars and houses which is useless and brings nothing to the game except wasting your money.

i really think you should choose the price of your tickets for example season tickets for liverpool cost £600 and normal tickets cost £30, they really need to do something about winning trophies and getting promoted should get lots of money and more fan support, you should be able to ask money from the board for transfers and if u r a rich club u should get lots and lots of money for the transfer window, match highlights and goal of the month, and when your stadium is as high as you can upgrade after 10 you should be able to buy and create a new stadium.

i think you should be able to create your own stadiam but costs lots of money, you should get lots of money for geeting promoted and wining trophies, the fans should be louder if you get a late winner, the commentators should mention about transfers and how much money they cost, commentators should talk about where you are in the leage if your job is under pressure, you should be able to buy people from rivals, there should be a goal of the month, you should have owners and assistants at the club you should get lots of money from the board in the summer transfer window .

i think the most important things is..don’t decline in value as the players in FM did!!
1) most importantly, 3D match is not much improved…actually i found that even FM06 or 05 is even better. not much diversity of player’s move..if it can be nearly the same as FIFA 08 OR 09 …or the same as fifa 2003(the most beautiful 3d players i think)…may be u are facing technical problem…but i really found boring when seeing everytime the ways players score are the same, unlike winning eleven.. the reason i play fifam than football m or championship is because of your 3D match!!! please improve….sorry for my honesty!

Well first of all…..the game has a big problem:the teams don’t change that much after a few years….and after let’s say 10 years the team are very very old…..almost every player has like 35 years…that’s unbeareble…..oooo and also the level of the players should drop severely after they get really old and yougsters level should grow very fast…….in the game it just stays the same…although in the gameplay it changes….and another one:Championships should be different in every contry:for example in England the managers are given a long period of time….Spain benefits from a lot of talented youngsters…..and the next big thing for this game would be if it is possibly in the near future to actually see how the players are training..and make the do stuff……and I agree with other opinions….you should integrate the new Uefa game as the gameplay of FM…cause it resembles more with a simulator than Fifa…..thank you

for like english league and champions league, they should be themes like for champions league , play the champions league theme when the players come out and have champions league adbaords all over like in real life games. and same with fa and league cup.- have flares in the crowd and police everywere and what would be really cool is if u had like streakers and like some crowd members running on the pitch and have like the police or stewards chasing after them. if u included these the game would be amazing.

And record singing from different games in real life and put them on the team e.g go to home park (Plymouth Argyle) and record the fans singing and put it on the actual game so when your playing you will feel that the crowd is there. 3. be able to convert fm09 to fifa 09 like play ur games in fifa 09 on xbox 360 and then play the career in fm09

You need to give some advantage to the ‘home’ team when playing two legged knock-out matches, maybe ensure all their players are on top form or in peak condition compared to the away team, therefore allowing the ‘home’ team an advantage and forcing the ‘away’ team to focus more on their tactics.

Training must be more complicated and we should be able to train our team and watch their training…
It’d be great if we could punish our players for missing training sessions and so on.
Manager must have a greater role in matches and it’s better to have a view of game from his eyes and play a better role in managing the team.

Let us have the choice to see the actual players - and in training

I. Bring back the CREATE-a-CLUB feature
A. Be able to IMPORT your own crests/shields from online!

II. Bring back INDOOR 6 v 6 fields (only 1 or 2, so as to not detrack from FIFA Street)

III. Add a CREATE-a-STADIUM mode (to recreate our favorite local fields!)

IV. Include create-a-player templates to help speed up the early basics

V. Be able to choose create-a-player names off a list so the commentators would actually say the real names ala NBA Live

VI. In Be-a-Pro mode, have the camera zoom in directly behind your players head when on defense and the ball is at the top of the field (I can’t even tell when my own team scores!)

Well not much need to change, but more could be added i played all the manager games and they much more. I would love to use more than one player when i’m playing. Teams may be interested in my work so why dont they offer me a contract. More international teams i cant even play with my player if he get called up for the international squad whats up with that we have alot of personal stuff why dont we get to use them. More realistic players should want to come to your club i love to buy south american players so y cant i get the really young ones just simple stuff sometimes the game gets boring but i love it but some more stuff to keep us playing play play play

the graphics should improve and before you buy any of the games make sure your ram is over 125mb and graphics card is over 64mb

Fifa 08 is good, please dont put in anymore personal life, dont let it get away from thefootball, i’ve got my own personal life and don’t like the game sims lol!!
the main problem i have with FIFA 08 is if a game gets cancelled due to internationals or waterlogged pitch, should be able to choice when to play the game in hand. evertime i get a game match canceled i end up having to play 3 games in 3 days.. lets start seeing the leagues with teams having games in hand.

Bring out FIFA Manager 09 on the PS3 - PS3 graphics and good game
Graphics on the PC are nothing compared to next gen FIFA that would worry me….it would lag behind

Fifa Manager 08 is a nice game.It would be a great game if you could make some adjustments. I will enumerate some changes that i would like to see in the new Fifa Manager.
1.More playable countries, more countries with second ligues, an ingame posibility to create a reserve ligue or to enlist the reserve team in a lower ligue.
2 Direct control over the reserve team and under 18 youth team, in this i mean that you could play or manage these teams.The posibility of buing youth players from 12 years of age by negociating with the club and the players parents, you could promise the parents good education for their kid at your bording house if you have one or if your city is a cultural centre.
3.Cities should be diferent in description they should be clasified in: Industrial- in this cityes you should have and build industrial buildings, Cultural-in them you can build cultural buildings.Mountain towns, or seaside cities. Cities should be separated in small piceful or large busy the players with fanfavorite abilitis or media darling would like the large busy cities. There should be pictures and descriptions for all cities in europe and the world that have at least 150000 population so that this game would be more educative.The more details you have in the game outside footbal the less boring the game gets.
4.The national team should have more importance.Players that are internationals will be loved more in theyr home country.There should be more media coverage on them even if they are not plaing in the country.The national team matches should be the main event in the newspapers for at least 1 weak before and one after the game.
The media should be more agresive with the home national team players. in real life they are geting hamerd for every small flop but in the game the press just says “X counted his xx cap” its lame.Every player over lvl 80 should be counted as a star player for his team.
5.Player names.Every country should have 20-30 main names for players.For exemple in a country 20-30 names make a major procent of the population.Those name should be available for the commentators to use once the respective player will reach stardom.
Exemple: 200 english players are coled Smith 2 ore 3 of the are over lvl 80 so they are stars then the commentators shoul call their name.

just remember more people have performant computers and large capacity HDD’s and these are the people that moastly buy the game.The more info outside footbal you give to the “manager” the more pleasure he will take from the game. The fifa manager 08 laks “human touch”, You should have more specific interactions with the pres and players. Its beter from a player’s point if wiew for a manager to say “What the hell was that performence?,Are you balerinas? Your nothing than a bunch of … whatever’” than to have a spot where you can say :criticise, motivate, praise.

Can you have things like match of the day/ barclays league preview and have a half-time talk with analysis/highlights.

I think FIFA 08 - manager mode is awesome, but can still have improvements. Here are my suggestions/ 2 cents -

1) I think there should be an option to directly deal with a team. For eg - If I want to sell Christiano Ronaldo, I should be able to ask Real Madrid if they are interested, instead of just putting him for sale. Mostly, because, if a premiership player is for sale, -say Ronaldo, only the top English teams come in with offers - like Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool.

2) I wish the transfer rules were as per the “real transfer rules” - like players should be cup tied - which means if I buy Henry from Barcelona, to Man Utd, and both teams are in the champion’s league, then Henry should not be an option for me for all CL games. It adds more reality to the game, and makes it more interesting. I’d also like to see more war of words between managers from diff teams, and more press involvement.

3) Also, I would like to see player and manager tapping “illegally” by other teams. Imagine if I get a message on my “laptop”, that Madrid made an illegal attempt to lure C. Ronaldo from Man U. Stuff like that, I know is complicated to program, but it gives the real footie fan more substance to feel like a Manager.

4) The managers can have a war of words with Refs, and get carded or fined for dissent, and stuff like that. But, I feel the refs, stadiums, and spectators have to be revamped big time.

The Graphics of the players need to follow the Pro Evolution Soccer Series on Playstation 2 improve on it.
Also there must be more faces and hairstyles to choose from , including alot of choices for type of boots, hairband, wristband, socks length etc.

Improve the loading times.
Include the ability for players to be groomed into superstars and earn publicity, endorsments, popularity aka David Beckham.
Should happend when a player suddenly scores a hatrick or saves the team from defeat etc..
Make the Training section more user friendly, setting sessions on weekly basis then allow comuter to follow your instructions until you change them.
Should include more options for the team in the calender, like a visit to spa or holiday tour to improve morale and recovery etc.

I think u shuld create ur stadium like if u dont like ur other stadium, u shuld build another 1, and choose da people 2 build it, like Liverpool r buildin der new stadium in stanley park. I like da idea of sum guy sayin bout avin a ground fa ur youth and/or reserve team. I also fink dat u shuld have mor youth players, and mor things 2 do and more details about ur family and life, like ur sons or daughters (if u put add womens football) becomin footie stars. I bought FIFA08 on the PC and when i fnished intalling it i was shocked at how terrible the graphics were, the poor unauthentic shoes,poor grass,weather,stadiums looked crap! When you create your team you should pick your player or have some money to buy them. I think you should have more club facilities or catergories and youth camps and I also think that you should pick the company you wish to build your stadium, youth camps and club facilities. I haven’t got Fifa 08 YET!!!!! so I could be wrong. And last, I think you should create ground/stadium for your reserve and youth team, instead of them using your stadium.

I think you should be able to pick your own team for the manager. the team u pick should be from leaugs should sum up your team. u should also have the real managers . when u control a club u become a manager.

I think the game is good but not good enough. Some mentioned about being a real life person… and stuff about driving to the stadium i second that. Also the leagues should be much more detailed. make player prices more realistic, for instance on my game sevilla bought sergio ramos of real madrid for £66 million, absolutely destroying anything you would pay in real life for anyone. and its for a defender!?!?! also, intergration with FIFA 09 so you can play all the games as you would on a normal FIFA game.

And i think there must to be some easyer way to do tricks.
If you realy want to take this game to the next level you must to do this game more realistic.Its egsisting 1 football game and i think that you know what is that game,so there is things that i liked more.But fifa for me is much betther.Sorry for my bad writing.

I think you should add women’s football in fifa manager 09 plus have the real managers aswell
also have the womens international tourements aswell
you could also add where you can decide whether you want 2 be a chairman at the start of the game where you then go onto hiring and firing your managers ect.
