6. be able to design your own kits in manager mode after a certain amount of years when u change sponsers.

you need to put hand ball in the ps3 version of the game
i think u shud have a search bar and different options when u want to get a player, instead of searching through all the teams.
u shud be able to extend ur stadiums, and then set where the away fans sit , with a demand meter so you can get the biggest crowds and most revenue at different matchs.
u shud be able to set ticket prices to get the most revenue as well. jus say if its really cheap, then u will get a massive crowd but not much revenue, and if they are really expensive, u will get low revenue and low crowds, so u have to set it appropriately
more leagues. champions league uefa league. more stadiums. more country teams from africa and asia. more secound division leagues. should do more your one teams.

Be Able To Get A Ref On The Pitch And See The Linesman. in managermode you can be like finlands manager and you can play mm tournaments
there should be a mode were you could be like any player or make a player and like try to get them on a pro team and try to make it on to the starting eleven team. In that mode they should be like on a college team and you have to get scouted in order to make it to the pros.
Don’t make drogba so fat and robinho should be alot faster.
In manager mode you should be able to train your players and train on one player if there not doing so well.
I got some suggestions i like to make to put onto Fifa 09.
1. Chamionship, Premiership, La Liga and International stadiums.
2. Players having there own unique individual running styles.
3. Referee and linesman shown in game play.
4. show managers giving advice to players or shouting if teams losing and show the actual subs on bench.
5. Handball
6. 2 player in arena.
7. Create your own stadium.
8. Diving
9. Waterlogged pitches.
10. Advanced manager mode where you actually get to be the manger.
11. More players detailed.
12. show players own celebration.
13. Training mode.
14. More life like crowd e.g more chants celebrating when there is a goal, and booing when someones been hacked and reff has’nt seen it.
15. International manager mode.
16. show teams holding trophy up when winning competion.
17. show players coming of coach at start of game.
18. On manager mode be the manager on the sideline, and you get an option of what you want to say .e.g pull back, where’s the defence, well played unlucky, team press ect.

I like FIFA games, but i want to have bigger EMOTIONS when i play the entire manager mode, it gets very repetitive after a while, the celebration after winning a championship or other cup is very poor i hate it is like this since FIFA 2005 or 2004, and it;s so stupid when you see in the last match of the season when you are champion that a team that finished in 12 place in the table getting sad like in the ECC final.
The 2002 World Cup was the best, you can inspire from there, in that game i felt that i was playing at a FIFA World Cup, the celebration after a goal was fantastic and with that wonderful music it made my cry, you realy felt the importance of the competition.
More stadiums and kits: all from the EURO 2004 game, Braga was my favourite, from WC 2006 Germany, in Holland Philipps Stadium of PSV Eindhoven and De Kuip Stadium of Feyenoord, in Spain of course Santiago Bernabeu get it back please, El Riazor Stadium of Deportivo la Coruna, El Madrigal Stadium of Villareal, Jose Sanchez Pizjuan of FC Sevillia. In Italy Artemio Franchi Stadium of Fiorentina and many more like Ataturk and Olympic Stadium in Athens. About the kits dont lock the 3rd kit in Fan Shop, and introduce the 3rd kit of every team and make them much more vizible like in FIFA 2003.
New Leagues: Grecee, Rusia, Ukraine, Romania,Serbia, Bulgaria,Argentina.
The referre please make them wistle, and the assistants rase there flags at offsides, substitusions, and faults.
The suporters more fanatic with flags, confetti,drumbs,trompets and many more real songs that every team has.
The bench of substitutes and the manager at least like in the NBA games if not better, i haven’t seen any activity on the bench since FIFA 2001, some substitute doing some exercises or something like that.
In the manager mode sometimes the games shoud be cancelled for heavy snow, fog or interupted by a huligan.
More extras with Highlights of the big leagues, top ten goals,interviews with football players and many more.
The comentary more real with real facts like in FIFA WC 2002.
A super INTRO movie like in FIFA 06 ” Game after game, after game, i realize now what is the most important thing in my life FOOTBALL” . Now that was an intro not like the ones in FIFA 07 and 08, it was a big step backwards.
FIFA was the first game i’ve played on the PC so please EA Sports make a wonderfull game that will give me EMOTIONS every time i hear ” EA SPORTS – It’s in the game”.

for the 360:
i would like that the players MEET the ball, and that team of the year has more accurate rating system
as well as “man of the match” option. More special gifts to top scorers and clean sheets for keeper.
And when you dribble the more advanced the dribble is you should get easier past the defender unlike
todays game. Fifa 08 was great but need just som few adjustments. Here is some more:
- Ingame needs a ref!
- More crowd scenes or manager bench etc would be cool
- Carrer be-a-player mode would also kick ass!
- Instant replay with a button whilst showing the replay
- As mentioned, players should MEET the ball. thats important
- Interviews with players or more about what happens outside the matches would be fun. Like TV shows and stuff.
- Bicycle kick should be easier with top players
- More free kick options
- Faster menu system. Like on ps2 where you can use the side arrow buttons to get to the bench players
- Better timing on commentators and more variety
Highlights of all the leagues
More visible stadium upgrades and more options, money etc
And when im playing The Norwegian Tippeligaen the team that wins the league wont reach Champions
League. And Rosenborg is a frikkin good norwegian CL team in real life!
If you get this things done for the 360 it would be the greatest sport game ever

Add that u can be a goalkeeper in be a pro and next gen graphics thats all i can say right now
i think that you should have the players fightng for a good position to win a header but if they fight for it to roughly one could elbow the other.
also you should make it possible to manage internationals
and you should be able to see the bench celebrate if you score a goal or something
and the players should run like they do in real life not just all the same
i would like to see Egypt in the game for a change, we won the African cup 6 times and 2 back to back and we won it recently we deserve to be in the game, also try adding the Egyptian league, i wrote to konami, the makers of winning eleven and they haven’t responded to my email, please be the 1st game to add Egypt because then alot of Egyptians i know would buy this game we all own 08 and would highly appreciate it if Egypt was to be added in 09. also try adding a story mode where an unknown kid dreams of playing with the big boys, he starts from the bottom and rises all the way to the top, and make it the players choice to choose what to do where to go and have him move around like a sims game if you understand what i am trying to say. these ideas will boost sales on the game and ratings will sky rocket. trust me when i say and when i speak for alot of people out there, they will buy this game if these ideas are used in 09, this can be the 1st chance that fifa will have a game that no one can ever get from any other game. make this fifa the one people will play for a longtime and have them waiting for fifa 10 when it comes out.
i really hope fifa 09 has the ideas i listed above, it would be a one of a kind game

if ur team gets promoted from a lower division have the fans run on to the pitch to celebrate with the players

-when u get sacked dont make it ‘game over’, make it so that u can manage another team.
- when u get sacked dont simukate the rest of the season, start managing a club at ant time during a season
but keep leagus like the turkish and mexican and get rid of the irish and korean leagueas they are not very goo
I think you should add more leagues and stadiums
for example the greek league , argentine league and the russian league as they all bhave good teams and you should add stadiums like Fenerbahces stadium sukru sarcoglu and boca juniors Alberto J. Armando stadium also add future stadiums like galatasarays seyrantepe stadium or portsmouths new stadium

I would like to have a more manual camera angel, so all the camera angels you have in instant replay you can get in the game. Some unlockables like slow motion etc would also have been cool.
Hi, I’m a Halifax Town F.C fan, and i feel quite sad when i want to play a footie game/match with my mates and i cant use Halifax Town as an option.
So i was wandering, is there any chance to get the Blue Square Premier League into FIFA 09?
Add at loads of real stadiums ; it is annoying having the same home ground as half the league! Add BOCA’s stadium.
Make the Be-A-Pro mode more like the Superstar mode that Madden has, where you start in a youth academy and make your way up to the big time.
Add press conferences after every game.
Real sponsors like Emirates and Sony on the advertising boards.
Better grass realism; it looks a bit wierd playing on yellow grass! Also have marks where you have been playing, I thought FIFA World Cup 2006 did that well.
Be a national team coach.
More real transfers, I was 6 years into a manager mode, and Manchester United had bought 2 people that weren’t there before!
More scouting options, have multiple scouts at a time. Be able to scout players already playing professional.
I think that you’d need to put players faces more unique, not just all the time the same faces. Have every players face unqie to everyone elses! And i think i speak for everyone here, because i think thats what we want! x
Get rid of the dusk thing on the stadium options, it should be a choice between day or night. have different weather conditions e.g. snow, rain, wind, storms, cold weather etc. have more stadiums on the ps3 and 360 versions e.g. the same as what is on the ps2 version (I paid £400 for my console and the ps2 version of the game has more and better features than the ps3!) and leagues from other countries aswell.

10. make goalkeepers on computer side to roll ball more because goalkeepers on computer side roll ball like once every 10 matches and should be 5 times a match

13. make season mode progress in days not matches this gives more time for preperation and transfers etc
14.make results more realistic because on first dy of season i see chelsea man u liverpool and arsenal all bottem of table having lost to teams like derby 2-0
15. create a stadium like making it cost alot like 200 million and when expanding a staduim or building make it take like 3 or 4 years depending how big it is
16.make clubs gain more money from competitions and stuff and every season thy start off with more money unless in admin or something instead of like being leeds have a good squad then you go to liverpool for a season then go back to leeds and they only have the same amount that they always have at the begining of a season
17. include a rich list like ral madrid 1st man u 2nd and qpr 3rd like in real life
18.hve real managers for real clubs like ferguson wenger and they can get sacked and stuff and the club ask for your application in the middle of the season and you can accept or decline also you can apply for a job een if they still got a manager it will lower your current teams fan appreacation and job secruity and if they ask you and you decline it raises them

2. when asub comes on it shows it to quickly and i dont get a chance to see who goes off and comes on

ideas:
1. add national coaching job to manager mode: if you’re successful enough, you get asked to coach a national team for a set number of years; must include qualifiers, friendlies, eufa, world cup, etc.; popular opinion will be much more important and harder to manage for a national team manager
2. more active manager AI in manager mode: have other teams make more offers and different types of offers for your players; have other teams make offers to you for manager positions
3. make direct trades possible in manager mode: more flexibility for buying/selling/loaning players that includes ability to negotiate a number of players on your team for a number of players on another, either for buying/selling or for loan
4. beef up youth development and scouting program in manager mode: try to woo young promising players to your youth program; decide who to call up to the club team and who to leave in the developmental stage
5. stop making spin-off licensed games: give us licensed EUFA, Champs League, and World cup all in one FIFA 09 game
6. easier, on-the-fly substitution method
doesn’t require pausing the game (check out NBA 2k8 for an example)
7. more player celebration animations; more thorough, complicated, and celebratory award ceremonies for cups; big celebrations for last minute goals, comeback wins, wins over rivals; important celebrations for a certain player’s last game before retirement, last game before trade, first game in club uniform, etc.
8. assistant coaches in manager mode: put more focus on recruiting and upgrading assistant managers in manager mode; make it more than just “staff upgrades”; make a hiring/firing/trading pool to woo and hire assistant managers, youth program managers, etc.; also make it realistic… if your team gets really good, someone might come calling to hire your assistant manager for a head manager position… give us the chance to woo the assistant into staying if we want, or if he breaks contract, he pays fees
I think ya’ll should include the copa libertadores and the clubs world cup. Also, can you please include ALL the stadiums this time.

Also, look at the engine for PES and NCAA games, where EVERY player can be edited. Especially how College games present the season schedule and some even let you play games for other teams, but usually only in sandbox manager modes. Also, certain names should automatically be recognized be the announcer, like “Johnson, Smith, Cole or Sanchez” no matter if its Hugo Sanchez or your created player “Sk8er boi Sanchez” If the surname is Sanchez, then the announcer says Sanchez, simple as that!
Now that EA has covered every relevant league in Europe, it time to turn to football’s other powerhouse, South America. Teams like the Ecuadorian, Peruvian, Argentinian, Bolivian and Colombian leagues should be the next frontier. I’d love to play Barcelona S.C. against F.C. Barcelona and It would open up for more South American national teams. It seems odd that Australia’s league was added before Argentina’s.

-instead of the defenders celebrating witht he person that scored every single goal switch it around and show the fowards and mids celebrating
-have all the stadiums im sick of playing at the estadio les artes and the div one UK
-in the fan shop have more cleats and 3rd kits
-show the coaches getting happy or upset on the bench
Fifa 08 is a great game but theres so many ways to make it better..please do these things and alot of epople will buy it
Hello, first of all,I believe many a fifa player would agree with me that to make a better game is to add more South American Teams. Teams and leagues such as the Argentine league and Colombian League should be added. The Copa Libertadores should be one of the Cups you can play and strive for. I believe this should be in order to make a more interactive experience with fans of the South American Teams. More European and South American teams should be added in order to play a national tournament. Otherwise, the game is rather interactive and entertaining. I would like to see the manager and other small details but I believe many would agree with me that more South American teams such as Millonarios of Colombia, Lanus of Argentina Colo Colo of Peru, Arsenal of Argentina, Athletico National of Colombia and various others should be added.
- More leagues, scrap some of the less popular leagues and bring in Russian Premier League and Ukranian league!
- Better manager mode eg when you have played for 3 or 4 seasons you look at AC Milan and half the team has retired and they havent bought any players, teams must make BIG signings every year, you dont get liverpool or chelsea selling 3 or 4 players and not bringing anyone in in the real world
- See the subs warming up and being given instructions by the manager
- Make players make more mistakes eg defender kicking the ball at his own player and sending the opposition through on goal, when you are through its almost impossible to score without chipping the keeper, this NEEDS to change
- Being able to change your kit at the end of the season
- Having international managers come to games to watch players
- When players come back from injury they should still be prone ie kaka comes back from a fractured collarbone and is fresh as a daisy? It should take a few sub appearences to get back to full fitness or risk another injury
- Press conferences, if you join a team like real madrid after winning trophies with another big club you should need to explain yourself and where you feel you can take your new club and why you changed clubs
- Better transfers, If you are negotiating with a player that you really want to sign, his club should send you a e-mail concerning their asking price for the player, Also you should be able to trade players with other clubs eg swap Drogba for Ronaldinho
- When players are off form eg if you havent scored with Thierry Henry for 7 games, his confidence should be low and he shouldnt be as sharp as usual, or if you just scored a hat trick with Shevchenko for example, more things should be going his way such as he hits the post and it goes in or he has a free kick and the defender turns it into his own net
- International approaches, you are called up for the world cup and need to decide whether to stay with your club or manage your country
- ALL internation players should be detailed, who cares about a guy rated 58 playing for a team like barnsley?
These are what I feel would make fifa 09 the best game ever! :)
Fifa 2008 has some serious gameplay issues
when making a pass the cursor changes to the player you are passing to even if the ball hits someone and stays next to the player that started the pass
the ball can pass next to some players that never get the ball if they don’t have the cursor on.
goalkeeper is just wrong, how many times did he looked as the ball passed right next to his feet in to the goal and how many times did I smashed my controller because the keeper didn’t rush to the ball even as i pressed the rush button and how many times someone scored a goal because my defender just didn’t feel like running to the ball
it would’t hurt EA to put some African teams and clubs in the next i would like to see Egypt,Ghana,Cameroon national teams in the next game also i would like to see some African clubs Example try to add some clubs from the Egyptian legue and some African legue thank you for your time
i think u need to put the indian soccer league because they are the best; and include champions league , fifa world club cup, world cup, and uefa cup
