There should be a new rule regarding the way the points are computed: 6 pts per victory instead of 3, 2 points per draw instead of 1 and 1 point for each goal scored. That way it would be very important to score as more goals as possible on each game to obtain valuable extra points.

add a online feature where you invite your friends to a game and customize the match. weather conditions . add rain snow. add handballs . and when you search search by connection quality. revamp the free kick system make it a bit easier. when it rain show it on the t shirt. add shirt pulling and diving. when it rain there t shirt should be wet . see the managers on the sidelines

i think you should have the be a pro season on the ps3 version and the goal keepers coming up 4 corners at the last minute. the transfers should be more realistic e.g man u bidding for huntelaar and not real sociadad. also the keepers should get injured and should have the correct strip. also the strips should be vastly improved with the photo technology and this should be used for players faces. Also the leagues should be cut down, have the best leagues such as: argentinian brazilian all english leagues spanish french scottish portugese italian rusian german and inter national. but then have a section for say the two or three best teams from other different leagues like danish sweedish turkish and etc. also the netherlands team should be right.

To make fifa more enjoyable i think da play shud b speeded up and make da passing more faster to the other players, also der shud b more stadiums to choose from in the premier league!!!!!! there shud b most of da players in the premier leagues celebration eg robbie keanes flip, tim cahill boxing the corner flag, and ronaldo’s cocky pose!!!!! also wen attacking on goal u stud be able to slot the ball by the keeper n jump over him eg. Fernando Torres finish style, also have a enabled trick to nuts a player or the keeper for a more classy finish!!!!!! also make the chip more of a dink as it goes way to high in fifa 08!!!!!! and to top the game of make the players signature and movement eg the way torres runs with the ball and ronaldo’s free kick stance, this will give the game a real life look to it which can change gaming experiance to reality!!!! You gotta change the rosters for the year.Like ronaldinho on AC Milan team. Fix the rosters up a little bit..Another thing…you have to add the bicycle kick in the game as a gamplay movement..its one of the most popular moves ever.

Look guys, the players are…(well how should I put this)…not good. They don’t look real at all, and I don’t want to compare with other soccer games cos I’m hard core FIFA player, but i think you should do something about that, and I know that now is too late but PLEASE I BEG YOU GUYS in FIFA10(wow, i never thought of this, fifa 10 :) ) make tha players more real the way they run, the way they move and react and all of other things that you guys are aware…we dont (well at least i dont) want things to buy like celebrity styles or kits, if we want that we’ll buy a real kit…we want real gameplay i know that it is possible to do it, but EA still dont have any big rival in PC soccer games…i dont know guys you’re all billioner and stuff… and still dont make something that u can, and probably will make it in fifa 2031 :) …

You really add Copa Libertadores its a south american cup for south american teams
and mexican teams. you should add more north american teams like teams from
Honduras , Costa Rica, and , El Salvador. It would also be nice to play Mexican Second
Division. There Should be an Internationl Cup were you could play as teams like
Spain and England

-More weather. (FIFA08 didnT even have rain?) snow, rain ect would be nice.
-Realistic weather in manager mode. Like snow/frost in winther month ect and sun or rain in the summer.
-Talents. Some players improove much over a season and some hardly improove.
-Build your own stadium.
-Build your own team/club.
-Weather effects ball physic. Slight rain makes ball go faster over the pitch. Massive rain makes ball stop in puddles across the pitch ect.
-Make the choice to turn on watersprinklers before each homegame for faster on-the-ground play.
-Players should be able to fall if changing direction fast on at slippery/wet pitch.
-More realistic transfers in manager mode. If you have season topscorer on your team ect you should recive many bids on him from different teams (not only if he for sale).
-More realistic injury. And when players return from a long injury their overall should fall by a few points and their condition should be very bad.
-When making your own team/club the sponser you choose for the season should apeer on the shirts.
-Some matches should be played at night. Like Champions League matches ect.
(all matches in manager mode in FIFA08 are played at daytime)
-If you do great in manager mode bigger clubs will offer you contracts.
-Redoo the free kick system. The one in FIFA08 was very bad.
-More diffirence in the players playing-style. Big heavy strong types, thin fast types, dribblers, aggresive hardtackling types ect. (In FIFA08 it feels like you play against a team of 11 of the same players).
-More diffirence between fast and slow players (in FIFA08 a very fast attacker cant outrun a slow defence).
-Being able to call up goalkeeper for corners in last minutes.(This can be done in the FIFA08 for ps2 but not ps3 why???).
-Goalkeepers should be able to get injured. (and if they do you should be able to put a field player in the goal).
-In manager mode players should be picked out for national team matches (like in FIFA07).
-Visual ref and linesmen in the matches.
This is just a few of my ideas for FIFA09 or maby FIFA2010.

also improve the way the game is played such as, shooting, passing, heading tackling, turning, recieving, trapping. crossing, set pices, first touch, grass( make it greener and have more styles on how the grass looks not just horizontal, get fiel that has squares for the shape) , players bodys( make them look more to actual player in real life). boots, have more types of boots, add vapors, total ninty, air legend, but have more colors just like you do for adidas. unforms make them look more realistic , make look exactly how the real life teams wear it, color, shape of numbers on back. etc JUST MAKE IT MORE REALISTIC, FROM GAME PLAY , TO PLAYERS, TO STADIUMS, TO CROWD. UNIFORMS TIGHTER TO PLAYERS BODY, GRASS. ETC U KNOW WHAT I MEAN WATCH A REAL PROFESSIONAL GAME AND LOOK AT ALL OF THE DETAIL. ATMOPHERE , STYLE OF PLAYETC.

WHEN IT RAINS FOR A LONG PERIOD TIME IN A GAME , AND PLAYERS FALL, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE WATER SPASH UP, ALSO WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE THAT THE UNIFORM ACTUALLY IS WET AND IT SHOULD STICK TO THEIR BODY WHEN THEY GET SOAKEDIN WATER (.MY SUGGESTION TO WATCH TURKEY VS SWITZERLAND IN THE 2008 EURO CUP). AND PLAYERS SHOULD GET MUDDY WHEN PLAYING IN DIRT CONDITIONS. I HATE IT WHEN THEY STAY CLEAN THE ENTIRE GAME ITS SO FAKE!

i think that you guyys have to start new. you guys need to change everything on fifa , its always the same boring things, i would suggest this fifa has a total new feel of the game play, the players have to look real, the crowd has to look alive ,real, and passionate, the stadiums have to look realistic , and have more atmosphere, the grass in the stadiums have to look green , just like madden 09, and the color of the grass has to have a darker green.and of course the gamplay has feel new and original, and real. MAKE US THINK THAT WE ARE WATCHING A REAL LIFE MATCH ON TV!

You sould put the iranian laugeues in and the iranian national squads in. We will all benifit from this . There are lots of fans that want the iranian lauge in. Also add the azadi stadium because is one of the worlds biggest stadiums. BIGGER THAN THE WEMBLEY STADIUM IN ENGLAND. it holds up to 100,000 seats. the commentary need to change a bit see the commentator when the match starts and see their face choose different commentators. they keep saying the same thing. being able to choose the keepers for freekicks and penalties. take full control of keepers on corners keeper cant always get the ball.

i think that you guys should add more people other than fans during games, for example you guys should add more media on the field, security , and behind the goals there should be photagraphers taking pictures of the game . it looks to empty and with you guys adding theseelements , it will give this game a realistic feel to the game.

I am probably to late but I hope not. International manager mode is a common one and I agree with that. Seems as Zenit St Petersberg won the Uefa Cup the Russian League should be added along with more african nations.
In manager mode u should be able to create your own stadium, edit your own kits and sponsors on shirts.
All premer league and other big european league teams should have there own stadium. You should get takeover bids which u can accept, transfers should be more realestic and u should be able to make bids during the season.
There should pre season frendlies along with tourmanents.
You also should be able to make your own backroom staff.
Assistant manger
Fitness coach etc
A reserve team in there own league, ref and linesman should always be on the pitch
There should be more comps like
Champions League
Uefa Cup
World Cup
Euro Cahmpionships
Copa America
Asian Cup
There should also be world cup qualifiers.
Injured players should be carried off on a stretcher
Players shold be able to take there tops off and jump in the crowd
Games shoul sometimes be postponed due to rain and snow
Players should hand in transfer request.
Your club number and your international number can be different with out interfering with club numbers.
Pre Season should start in Mid June and budgets should be bigger with more money to spend.
There should be more celebrations
You can edit as many players as you want or create as many players as you want.
You should see the players lift the trophie with the reserves and manager.
3rd kits you automatically come up and you should not unlock it same with the balls.
There should be more commentators with Match of the Day highlights which you can watch at the end of the game.
Where teams finish in the lague should be more realistic.
On Fifa 07 Man U and Arsenal finished 17th and 15th. Watford came 8th.
Should have more than 30 players in a squad.
You should see managers, coaching staff an players sitting on the bench watching the game. Also players should warm up along the side of the pitch.
There should also be fights on the pitch and betwwen coaching staff.
Teams should get fined for behavouiur
Also there should be DERBY matches:( ie Chelsea vs Fulham and Manu against Man City)
Commenators should say created players names and fans should have banners with players faces and names.
At the beginning of each seson there should be a squad photo.
Fans should sometimes give the manager and players abuse when things are going wrong.

i had fifa 08 on ps2 and when i got a ps3 i got fifa 08 on ps3. The manager mode is better on the ps2 version outside plaing the games. Ps2 version had a youth academy ps3 version didnt. and i get so anoyed that the oher teams in manager mode dont alter there lineup the just keep the same lineup forever even when they buy new players they only put them in the starting line up if another player retires or gets transfered. and theres not enough transfers, teams always make a fair few changes every season but in fifa 08 they dont make much. and make the scout search better, you should be able to search every country that has a league in it individually im sick of looking for australian players in Asia/ocian i mainly find south koreans. create a stadium would be cool or atleast be able to change the teams home stadium to one that looks similar to there real life stadium. just a few tips thanks

2. bring back the free kicks where you can control the ball.
3. be a pro, start of with trials as youth at club, complete drills to get a rating, from this rating scouts can choose you. go from youth to international.(most likey have be be a seperate game, alot of details needed)
4. beach / indoor.
5. play as keeper
6. cups presented by officials
7. match of the day (televisied ) games which earn more crowds, scouts
8. CELEBRITY FANS IN CROWD, liam gallagher man city, ray winston westham.

hey,
GREAT to have the inclusion of the hyundai a-league, top work… i’m already managing my beloved Melbourne Victory to the top (and making us play wide, unlike in real life :D)
…FIFA 09 would be excellent if more non-European leagues were focussed. I remember everyone begging for the following national leagues:
- argentina
- chile
- iranian
- russian (I know, they’re UEFA)
- J-League
- China Superleague
…i notice a few people asking here for places like Malaysia, Thai league etc. also.
It would be fantastic if Asia got more focus, also South America and Africa - it would bring more of a challenge to take your club to the Club World Cup and win.
…might be fun to include an O-League team or two, as well, such as Waitakare Utd or Auckland Utd (both NZ), or maybe Ba (Fiji) see how they do in the CWC ;)
Also, thank you for including Holland national team - an excellent and long overdue inclusion. Also, New Zealand there as well - great idea, looking forward to thrashing them with Australia! :)
However, there are some really wonderful national teams missing, in my humble - Japan, Saudi Arabia, Iran and Iraq in particular. These would be wonderful inclusions to the game, and make it a real reflection of international football as it stands right now. Perhaps even the inclusion of some of the Asian Cup’s surprise packets, like Thailand or Vietnam, would be great to see them in the game also.
Anyway, congratulations EA, again a great improvement on last year, look forward to the next edition (by playing ‘08 to death of course ;)

In Manager Mode:
1. more stadiums like when you play manager mode with barcelona for example all the away teams have the same stadium.
2.more realistic time of day,like the spanish leauge is played at night and the premier league is in day etc.
3.When you win the league or other competitions show the players lift the throphy with the resevers too (and maybe manager?) =o)
4.you can see different countrys league standings
5.Show World player of the year

Also, more realistic grass would be great and the crowd singing and yeling would make it more realistic. In the older FIFA’S the crowd chanted certain players names so it sounded really cool. Then adding rain and snow would make it more realistic so it effects how the ball will be played. Finally, the freekicks need to be fixed because they can hardlly be made in 08 they always go over.

I agree with ES, when playing FIFA on World Class or Legendary you have trouble beating 1.5 star teams. Also, the players suddenly dont reflect their attributes on the pitch. Kaka could be sprinting ahead of a defender with a rating of like 65 and they still catch up even though he is one of the fastest players in the game. Also being able to manage a season in Be-A-Pro mode would be really sweet.
