i think you should have at least too scotish stadiums for example if you had celtic park , ibrox and hampdem i am pretty sure you would get alot more buyers from scotland who would choose fifa 09 over pro evoloution soccer any day also i think in the loading screen it should be a two player also i would absoloutly love to see better presentations for cups and being able to see the champions leauge trophy and to call it the champions leauge rather than european cup i hope you take my comments into consideration tahnks alot.. scott rooney

I’t would been great if Norwegian clubs could qualify to the champions League, the UEFA cup and Royal League(Royal Leauge is the four clubs that came on the top in Norway, Sweeden, and Danmark.
Your own created player should evolve and get better a little faster, but not TOO fast!
It should been different fifa’s with different languages, and the commentators should speak in the language
of the game. They should also commentate the created-players name. If it is a normal Name like John, Steven or Tom…ETC That would been awesome.

I think there should be more Stadiums, alot more Stadiums. There could be more animations and when there’s a final goto a specific stadium execept Just the home teams.

we should pick the stadiums wheather and there should be a time setter which time you are gonna play football E.g. if you choose 7:45 it will look asa if its night or 12:00 it will look like midday like a bit light

it should get different everytime you play because it gets boring if the same things keep on coming on.
There should be more cups in manager mode like UEFA Champions League

show the manageres cheering in different ways

make player and make team modes

show the referee doing different stuff and don’t only show the referee when someone gets a card

i tink wen ur in manager mode wen u upgrade ur stadium u shuold c it get bigger and wen u get a new sponsor it changes on the jerseys the jersey sponsor changes wen ur playing a game i tink every season in manager mode u shud get a new kit dat u can pick it i tink players shud make more mistakes like falling i tink u shud be able to appeall 4 red cards

I also want the transfers to be realistic cuz in 08 which i play now gretna have bought kaka, lampard gerrard beckham and heaps more off of me it is a joke !

Show the manager like in the Euro cup 2008 game but more often !
Commentators (sorry cant spell) say more things cuz i can say all the things they say off by heart thats how bad it is !
i want more control over free kicks cuz i cannot swerve them but i can score very often though ! i want games shifted if in big competitions like rangers have had this season !
Seasons take longer like go past every day ! get messages from the board and say things to the press ! add scottish stadiums like park head, ibrox and let there be upgrades that u can see but do not change the stadium complelely ! you want to be better than pro then do most of those things and it will be by miles ! it will sell out after the word gets round trust me ! cuz the ps3’s power is there but can the makers of fifa push that to its limit !

oh it has to have more realistic skill control of the ball passing shooting even tho they are good because pro is getting better and fifa is ahead now after 08 but u need to take a leap in stead of a jump for the next title which will be 09 ! and also bring back create your own team cuz i like it for something else to do instead of just being a real team ! tyhen it will be the best game eva !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i obbsessed with fifa…..i think that you should improve the transfer window, not should buy and sell, make trades as well…….i liked the nickname idea, you should add that ass well, make players fight during game, like NHL :P, that should be cool, players die from injuries and retire more as well, put the israeli league in it, make the commentator more realistic like real commentators, make him talk louder at the end of the game:P. make world cups in it…..There should be weekly highlights, top 10 goals and top ten saves, For free kicks make it possible to chose between the old shooting system and the new one. Also, you should be able to choose the formations for set pieces like who gets in he box …..make 10 year olds in the game:P…….wen it comes out can u send me aa message on my email……….thxn

it should have all those thing which people have said and a be a pro career mode or make your self ! offers to manage other clubs ! more scottish leagues so you can get relegated ! realistic stats cuz some of the players stats are too low or two high like kaka’s is too high and some other players are too low ! and there should be resevre teams cuz rangers are missing some players ! Manucho who is on loan from Man utd is not in the game ! There should be longer transfer markets kinda like football manager but fifa ! more realistivc money for teams and when you win trophies like champions league and money when you get through the group stage ! and then it will be ace

In the lounge mode.. give players nicknames or best/worst characteristics about each lounge player.. If i score a ton of goals from long distance or from headers or i get a ton of cards or give up a lot of goals.. like goldeneye did for n64 if any of you remember

yeh the transfr window shuld be improved like i was playing wid barca 1nce and i was selling roaldininho or wateva and a club i never even herd of be4 offered like sunthin like 40mil but i doubt there team was even worth 40mil they were like 2 stars….fifaz kool

Here are more suggestions: - When you win a cup or any competition there should be celebrations starting with the fans running onto the pitch. Then cup presentations and festivities should take place. The way its been is horrible like its like you didnt win anything.
- Add more depht to defending like the ability to just bat the ball away from a players proximity a little bt like slides tackels but you dont slide but kick the ball instead of always trying to get possesion. Maybe this could be done by holding an r button along with the x button and direction.
- Make more types of injuries possible like head on collisions and maybe a bloody face(ouch).
- When celebrating a goal make it possible to also run towards the fans and have them hug you etc.(or give you thumbs down etc).
- The mode of the life of a 15 yr old footballer is brilliant. In this mode you should go through life situations that can affect your footballing career like girlfriends, family and things like that.
- For free kicks make it possible to chose between the old shooting system and the new one. Also, you should be able to choose the formations for set pieces like who gets in he box etc.
- I like your new switching system on defense but you players always need commands and you have to do alot of switching and fast. Why not also add icon switching for times like that.
- Im going to say this again but when you are in possesion of the ball the ball and the player move together and the ball is always in front of the player. Sometimes you want to move your body but not the ball to be in better position to pass shoot shield the ball or initiate a dribble. Or you want to push the ball in one direction and run in a different direction to get to the ball in another spot of the pitch. This can also be done to avoid a defender from checking or bumping you when they have missed the ball. When you are dribbling it should feel like you are kicking the ball around and running after it not like its an extension of you.
- I dont like how you can easily control balls with the chest when you receive long balls. I think the ball should usually get away from you because the ball is coming at a high speed. You almost dont need to header because this is more effective but unrealistic :(.
- There should be weekly highlights, top 10 goals and top ten saves etc.
- When you save replays it would be good if you can organize them and play them in the order in which you like. Like showing highlights maybe to show to your friends etc.
- You should be able to play 90 real time minute matches.

hi fifa is great.
i think it should have a international manager mode and the ability to see how ure players r doing .
i also think you should be able to have a player mode like manager mode and be a pro but u get offered deals.
i also think the defenders shouldnt come on to u straight away they should do that when you become a threat to there defence.
you should also be able to quit a club midway through the season.
the transfers should be more realistic.
there should be more real stadiums and different conditions for different tournaments.
there should be like world cups and international competitions and with qualification routes.
there should be an asian champions league and all the othere champions leauges not just europe.
the a-league should have beter standards and the players should be better.
and there should be better emotions and show u the cup and the team celebrating wen u win the cup.

I would like to see the weather and time of day change in the games in manager mode, it gets boring playing in the same conditions in every single match, plus it would be more realistic. The old fifa games used to do this so why cant the new generation consoles do it?

was watchin a real match earlier on tv. played fifa & pro evo after & both games felt weak. 1)game speed - 2)moves(ie. running, passing, flicks, headers, off ball movement) 3)camera angles 4)cut scenes….none of what i saw was decent in either
game. all shud b looked at for ‘09. also up close fifa players look a bit unfit compared to pro evo.

Please include the Bulgarian League “TBI A Professional League” . The teams for season 08-09 are: Cska Sofia, Levski Sofia, Lokomotiv Sofia, Litex Lovech, Slavia Sofia, Cherno More Varna, Chernomorec, Pirin Blagoevgrad, Lokomotiv Plovdiv, Botev Plovdiv, Vihren Sandanski, Spartak Varna, Belasitca Petrich, Lokomotiv Mezdra, Sliven, and the winner from the 2 division playoffs Kaliakra Kavarna vs Minyor Pernik.
I hope you consider my idea because I know some friends that I have that are willing to give whatever it takes to have the Bulgarian League on Fifa 09.
Also please include the Bulgarian national stadium which is Vasil Levski. The Bulgarian national team plays there. The teams’ stadiums can be euro division 1,2,3 I don’t care about them as long as the league is in.

i would like to see a training in manager mode so depending on how well you training your players the more they improve and get better so in one season a 66 can tern into a 73 or a 85 could go down if they train and play bad to a 80 or 75

one last thing, free kicks are a bit crap. go back to fifa 03 style free kicks where you move the cursor on the ball and on the goal.

1 - ref and linesmen on the pitch
2 - different weather conditions
3 - different lighting e.g. the pitch shouldn’t always look like its sunny. the current game always looks too bright and the players too dark.
4 - when playing in tournaments/cups/leagues etc there should be night time matches (which are also badly lit in the current version) instead of daytime
5 - realistic stadiums for corresponding teams. since when have fulham played in a 60,000+ stadium.
6 - during cut scenes th players should be their actual size….. during play crouch is a tall lanky git but during the cut scenes when goals are scored, he’s short and stocky
7 - player creation should be better in the respect that you should be able to play in multiple roles instead of just CB or CM.
HINT - although fifa 08 is better than pro evo 2008, you guys should still take a leaf out of their book cause there are a few aspects in 2008 and past pro evos which are better.

The only thing i would change about the gameplay is that defenders dont all ways run and pressure you like mad men and instead they stand thier ground and jockey and back peddle when you run at them and only pressure when ur side to sde with a defender or you have got behind them like in real life. This will give the players more time on the ball to pick a pass and do tricks.
I think the trick stick should be simplefied aswell for example if you press down on the stick you should do a drag back / if you press down and then left or right you should do a drag back cruyf turn / if you press forward you do a step-over (as many as you press forward) / if you press down angle you do cruyf turn / if you press up angle left then right or right then left you do flip flap / and if you press to the sides you do ball roll.
I think alot of work should be done on creating the glamour aspect of football for example trophy presentations where your team celebrate by doing klinsmann’s and bundling eachouther then you lift the trophy and fireworks go off.
all finals should be played in a neutral big stadium
Bring back practice mode so you can test out your new signings and practice set pieces. Practice mode should also include some basic drills like keep ball and shooting practice.

player of the year / manager of the year / top scorer / ballindor (presentations)
more cutscenes for example a mini match of the day showing goals of the month and goal of the year (if possible)
Before the match you should see fans going in the stadium and team arriving

Hi, i loved the “Be-A-Pro mode”, and i was hoping that it will return in Fifa 09, but i was also hoping that you would take with more “allsvenska” teams, lika Djurgarden (DjurgÃ¥ren) And AIK, cuz they are the best teams in Sweden, if you check the ranking.

Atleat 60 international teams(with world rankings)
