In manager mode to be rewarded by the chance to manage your national side - or any national side interested - through qualifiers / freindlies / competitions etc, with squad selection and all the matters that affect international managers.
superstar mode like in madden 07, where you build a career for yourself from conference rookie to premiership star and international hero.
is there any particular reason why there is no dutch national side in 07 and some previouse titles?
pehaps the ability to modify existing team kits with templates for badges - sponsors etc so that you don’t have the same kit for 9 or 10 seasons

Have a game mode with teams from the 1980’s. Say 1985/86 season. With the likes of Robson, Hughes from Man U. Hoddle, Waddle from Spurs, Dalglish, Rush from Liverpool ! Have them in the old strips, think it would be great to go back to old days. Thanks

Instead of adding all the leagues and not everyone being happy as their countries league isnt included rather add top 2 or three teams from all of the leagues. The A-league (australian league), Chinese league, Israeli League, russian league etc.

I think that creating a stadium in Madden 05′ was a great feature and would be a great idea to introduce to fifa 08′. Adding maybe the first 75 international ranked teams would be nice and PLEASE add the a-league(Australian league) or at least put Melbourne Victory in the rest of world group. These will all improve the game…

They should get a goal celebration were they take there top off and they are super buff, that would be awesome. And it would be better if they had more leagues.

More realism such as players being stretchered off injured for short periods of time. Injuries need to be more realistic. More detail and research into leagues is also needed along with more stadiums….National teams ratings are overrated… How can Portugal be 4 stars when England is 5? More improvement is needed…
Also more stadiums from all the top European leagues, no matter what country it is. Germany, Holland, Portugal, Italy especially. Also maybe a few more leagues such as Argentina and Australia. More quality in the Xbox 360 version too because Playstation 2 had way more features.

AS a gamer i think fifa 07 was great an addictive but i think that fifa 08 should be able to have more replay features such being able to save your good goals and skills. the skills are great on fifa07 but i think 08 should have much much more skills. More players graphics facialy by having more faces and animations. created players should be able to use licenesed boots such as adidas, nike, reebok etc and able to change colour of them. Also for it to have more realistic situations on the pitch like when players get tackled more rowdyness by the players and when players are being substituted to see the full substituion on and off, also being able to see the refree on the pitch for the whole game and the linesmen. but i still think fifa 07 is good if these list of things are added to fifa08 the game will be immense and a must buy.

I agree with lee, mix match kits. Also i think making the names & numbers on the shirts could be a bit better, E.G. liverpool 3rd kit - nos r red not dark green. wot about givin the gamers the choice to have their players shirt in or out of their shorts?? when playing in the champs league (IN MANAGER MODE OR A TOURNAMENT) why not have the champs league patches on the arms instead of prem patches. yeah a dive button would b cool. im a BIG liverpool fan, how cool would it b 4 lfc to defend the kop end first half, then attack it 2nd half (as they do if they win the toss) maybe you could have a toss up at the start of the matches, then choose which end and (or) kick off?? that would be fab!!! Picture it lfc v mufc stevie g scores a last minute piledriver - wot about OTT goal celebrations?? Finally, HOW ABOUT LIVERPOOL RUNNING OUT 2 Y.N.W.A.??!!!??? and even the rest of the teams runnin out 2 their chosen songs?? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

oh and also ass more chants and flares… and add the occasional crowd trouble like bombing the field with flares… or rival fans fighting… if a game is going really horribly due to the ref or what ever… and the occasional field invader during matches too…

1. make the manager mode like it is in the fifa manager series…
2. improve gameplay and graphics because PES is beating you in those departments…
3. create a team like in PES cuz they are very free and let you do A LOT with your team..
4. create a stadium using the “stadium expansion/builder” tool in fifa manager series…
5. using that stadium tool create the stadiums in fifa 08 for every team that already doest have a stadium…
6. more faces and more moves and more commentary and a lot more leagues
7. if the PC version of fifa 07 isn’t even 4 gigs… make sure you use the whole dvd or in this case… BLU-RAY disc to your advantage with new stuff… cuz the next gen game cant be THAT big to take up a whole 30 gig disc… especially if 07 was barely 4 gigs…

here are some of my suggestions.
1. Realistic celebrations (group hugs, high fives from team players and not only defenders celebrating
2. Better goalies (is a must)
3. I dont think there should be a limit in dit mode (like PES)
4. Better graphics
5. More player faces (better faces and realism - like def jam icon)
6. Snowing conditions ( if not on exhibition the manager mode during winter)
7. Seeing fixtures on manager mode
8. Much, much more international teams
9. The referee being visible
10. In EA trax you shoul add some old skool rap (Kris Kross, Run Dmx, Fresh Prince etc)
11. Better crowds (Louder, looking realistic, drums and aggresion)
12. People like Steven Gerrard should have deadly long shots
13. Realistic injuries (this has been a problem since FIFA 98, just hopping around)
14. Dirty (intentional) fouls
15. People like Cesc Fabregas have accurate passing
16. More stadiums

I say mix match kits, therfore u can wear home top, away shorts and 3rd kit socks so u are never going to be clashing with the opposition.

How about getting people who actually like/live/breathe football to make the game? Who said this game could be released the way it is? It’s the best football game out but there are so many issues I have with this game as a football fan, not a gamer. How come in the goal celebrations the first people to congratulate the scorer are the defenders? They run the entire length of the pitch and get to the scorer before the other forwards? With out fail? Whats up with that and how did it get through the testers? Graphically the game is good enough to get rid of the cut scenes all together and implement the goal celebrations right into the animations of the game…to lead to less obvious cut scenes (like someone shooting from distance and the cut scene showing their disapointment in the goal square). I could go on all day. As a gamer, I love FIFA 07 but as a footballer, there’s a lot of annoyances that dont have to be in the game.

make some driblings on fifa 08 for xbox 360 cause 07 was very poor for me in playable things so put some dribling like zidane s one the twist or ronaldinhos elastic and add two more leagues it may be the one from holland and the argentinean league please or only boca or river but in the 360 version please thank you

Ive got to say that fifa 07 on the x box 360 was the biggest let down ever, ive been playing fifa games since they came out and always enjoyed them. Were did all the leagues go stripping the game of what makes it good relegations, promotions, shock cup exits to lower league teams is what make this game great. The way i would improve the game - Improve the graphics but get the gameplay back to how it was, when players knock into each other they don’t just stop!!!!!! Bring back all the leagues like in the ps2 version. Maybe a bit more interaction with the press could be good and maybe longer manager modes. I hope you take this all into account and look forward to Fifa 08 being full of leagues to play in much better gameplay and brilliant graphics.

I’ll try to keep it brief.
Basically, I think Fifa07 is way too complicated. I like the arcadeness of WC06 and Fifa05, and to an extent Fifa 06. My mates and I have regular fifa05/06 tournaments with anywhere between 6 and 10 of us and we definitely prefer fifa05 and 06. Fifa 2006 being the fave because it has *just* the right amount of reality without being too simulation like. One thing we would like to see is more customization with multiplayer tournament setups. Sometimes we have an odd number and it’s a bastard to setup a tournament. It would be nice to see options to have an odd number of teams with the ability to still create a grand final. ie. x amount of teams with the top 2 playing the grand final.
Other than that the only thing I can criticize is the free kicks. The free kicks in Fifa05 were the best. You could accurately adjust spin, power, direction etc. Fifa 06 and onwards is near impossible to score.
One last thing…

FIFA 08 suggestions:
- Goal keeper career. Ability to be (only) a goalkeeper in game. This could be only viewed through a camera view (a cam view like penatly cam in FIFA 07). So you can be only a goal keeper and play a whole season.
- Goal keeper coverstar. Why there is and was no any keeper in FIFA cover stars? It makes sense!
- More eduational and informative content on game … like an encyclopedia, training guides etc.

- I think they should have the referee on the pitch as he does not exist!!!!
- When it’s a big match when the players score so close to time they go mental instead of just a usual celebration
- Control the corners, when in the team line have an option where you can edit where the players stand for a corner and how they would run into the box.
- More special moves, like c.ronaldo having mental skills to get round players
- The crowd adapting to the atmosphere so if there team is drawing then there teams scores in the last minute the crowd run on the pitch or chant louder than usual.
- Making the fans chant as a battle to quiten the other side.

I have a few of requests
1) I Want the A-League and the Asian Champions League available. Please, I would appreciate this.
2) I want the FIFA Club World Championships available
3) I want to see the return of the ‘work your way up’ in manager mode
4) In the rest of the world league, add clubs from all over the world instead of Europe/South America.
5) I would like some lower European leagues included. European leagues are more interesting to play than the UK’s lower leagues.
6) Please add the Telstra Dome in Melbourne to the stadiums modelled.
7) MAKE CREATED PLAYERS MORE REALISTIC
If these features are in Fifa 08, I will pay the $100AUD for the game.

- Hello, Me I will like much that it is a revolution in graphics there because we return in a news éré with the 360 and PS3 and if graphics do not change now, it will never change.
- I would wish really the reproduction of stages in league 1, the songs of entry of the players on the ground, the musics or noises when the equipe has residence marks a goal like has Marseilles, Nantes, Rennes, a pressure even more intense on behalf of the supporters
Hold account and the FIFA 08 will not be far from the perfection with the other wishes of the other people.

I think you should make it more real my making it a lot harder to score the thing i did not like of fifa 07 is that when any player had a clear run the keeper was not active. The keeper would just allow the person 2 get within the 6 yard box before they moved. MAKE THE KEEPER MORE REAL!! Transfers are a bit tight, yes I know Arsenal vs Chelsea is a derby but allow transfers please!! look at ashley cole it is impossible all i get it a “not even lookin at rival offer”

it doesnt feel like fifa or soccer what so ever when the only thing u can do is lane-changes and knock-ons. please make fifa 08 so u can to stepovers and all the other skill moves thats in fifa07 to PC. this, i think is the most important thing to work on. and of course, please add some more leagues.

I would love to have a different perspective in the career mode, one from an actual player.
You start out trying to make a team, then the reserves, first team etc until you eventually reach the national team squad.
I think this would make for an interesting dynamic and also introduce the whole club or country debate i.e. do you choose to play for your country even when your manager wants you to rest for an important club game?

I think you should have the Australian league (A-LEAGUE) because football in Australia is growing pretty quickly. At least have Melbourne Victory in Rest of World. Our crowds have been fantastic with 30,000+ people every match reaching 55,000+.
