EA Sports, I have been a very big fan of FIFA since FIFA 94′ all the way up through 2007. I’ve seen the worst of it all, and the best of the rest. Here’s the predicament, NBA Live has been great for quite a long time, but think where are most of the basketball fans buying their electronic games from “2K Sports”. Take my advice don’t let the franchise down, use whatever means possible to make the 2008 Francise better. Look, it’s not about the strobe lights that make FIFA fans and any fan of soccer gasp with awe, no it’s really keein it real to the game. Give FIFA something that you have never given it before, never given any EA sports title before. For example, you could give it a new twist by releasing the Franchise earlier, and every couple of months, similar to the Sims Simulation Legacy you could release an updater, which would update skill moves, transfers, rookies, players, rules, film, any combination is possible. In reality you can tell me I’m wrong but what people are saying is true, PES and Winning Eleven are beginning to catch the eye of many, don’t let that happen to you.

Fifa online is great but i would like to play with team Guatemala , Canada, and in online for the ps2 the interactive teams should please have the MLS. PLease PLease think about adding team Guatemala. International teams are great!!

Fifa 07 is a great game I really like interactive leauges but please add the MLS to the play. There are many MLS fans too. Please add more centeral american teams. Such as Costa Rica , Guatemala Ecuador,ect more Concaf team. LIke Jamaica, Canada, Guatemala ect. This would be great i have been looking for this on the past fifa games.

Fifa is awesome, yeah there are some needs for improvement, and i admit i bought the new winning eleven game. but i think it has a long way to even get to fifas not so good atributes. fifa, you show add more customizing stuff to your game. to make it my (others) own. all the teams clubs. tournaments, INDOOR SOCCER, mini games, custom players. no ball that magnetically goes to the player it was passed to, let steals, bumps occer, with out stopping the match. subs take to lon, too much emphasis. needs Tricks, while still keeping the reality. more detailed look of players. put a storyline in to, like in madden football, ***( a rookie player trying to make it in the league of his choice, to hopefully become a superstar)*** yeah thats cool. play in the premiership or MLS. this will shut up all the critics. not the haters though, cause theyll always hate.

Put in all the real scottish stadiums like Ibrox, Parkhead, Hampden, Easter Road.
Make all the players have real faces and bodys put in all detail about them.
The players should have all there right stats like pace strength and that.
For example Henry should be really fast Gerrard strong and Nacho Novo small and fast

FIFA 08 should have more stadiums and every league. Also the crowds should be louder and sing more songs. Also you should be able to manage your own country in different Tournaments like the world cup.

Maan I would like to see more teams from South America and soccer stadiums too.
There is great football over there, in Argentina we have tons of good teams, brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Paraguay, Ecuador.
Fifa 07 has the Swedish league, maan that league sucks! Same with the polish league and Korean. I want to see Copa libertadores, copa sudamericana, Champions league.
Teams from Chile, Colo colo, Universidad de Chile, Universidad Catolica, Cobreloa, Audax Italiano to mention a few. So more teams and Stadiums from south America.

Add the UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE AND LIBERTADORES CUP and also that this cups can be played in manager mode. Thats all.

the players like alxandre pato(17yrs old)(brazil’s international(the duck) not in the 07game and he’s the hottest new act in the world of soccer. focus on keeping the league as current as possible with online updates week to week with real injuries and trades and changes that happen in the real world.characteristics of the players were better in 07 but they don’t foul properly and don’t react differently enough. Once you figure out the pattern they are robots again and again. Keep it fresh for a whole year and when the 09 comes out 08 will be hard to put down still. The game overall is nice just not entirely perfect yet. Maybe have player reactions to calls and other players taunting or fouling constantly adjusting game play or how they behave. Just ideas

if you score a fantastic or important goal, mavbe the option of celebrating in your own way with the right thumbstick. a celebration meter, to see how close you are to getting yourself booked, or getting the fans excited.at important points in the match, have crownd interaction moments where you can choose what to do. maybe have cantona moments, or catching streakers and shouting back at fans? all ads to the footie experience.

there should be an expanded skills interface, and available instructions on how to do them(maybe include a dive button).Maybe have some skills that depend on a players skill level. for instance, a dummy shot with a stepover, or shooting with a rabona? thierry henry’s miskick should be available to try. Also, goalkeepers and other players should make occasional mistakes, for instance missing the ball on a bobble? in manager mode, give players the option to choose which players go up for corners and free kicks, and where they stand. bringing up the goalkeeper in the last minute is very common in pro footie, so why no in games? allow defenders to venture forward and be a part of moves. if they pass the ball, make an attacking option. look at kolo toure’s goal against liverpool, he ran from inside his own half!!! improve the marking system so that it is possible to collect 2or3 markers, and leave teammates open for a finish. please contain all the world teams, where was czech republic and saudi arabia? have a goal of the month competition on manager modes, so that your players are rewarded for their great movement and finishing. in replays have a plyer’s view, so you can see through the keepers or any other player’s eyes. with free kicks, have a quick option, and a dummy where two people run up to smack it, one runs past and the other strikes? further posts will follow

It would be great if the goalkeeper get a red card once in while, even better if our goolie get injure during a very important match. that really would be a challenge for the fifa gamers, it would make the game more real.don’t forget to include the argentina’s league and more teams in rest of the world category, especially those big teams from russia.

also how about we can look at other teams and leagues - like wen im with barcelona i might wanna move to ac milan - but i would like to see if they are even in the champo league ! and also its really unreallistic - chealsea finished 15th when i was man u . sort it out fifa dudes and dudettes !

yo , why dont you put a diving system in ? because i never get any penalties in my career . alao how about you could be a national team - like brazil and portuagal and germany - but in career mode ! i could do the european qualifiers and championship and friendlys and world cup and copa america ! think about it - you could dothe u21’s aswell . also - try gettin the english cup and league cup their proper names please . and at the end of each game you say who the man of the match is ! and do proper 3d interviews ! we could choose our managers voices !

I think you should make the goalkeepers much better in handling and reflexes. For example, you can do a long range shot with a low amount of power but the keeper will still hit it into the net. I hate that. I think FIFA 07 improved very much but PES still has the upper hand in terms of gameplay. I also think that the world class difficulty should be much, much harder to make the game more challenging.
Other Suggestions:
1. I would like hook tackles from behind (this would change FIFA)
2. The most skill full players have different sorts of skills when you use the analogue
3. Players get stretchered off when injured (love to see this)
4. Seeing the referee on the pitch (including the lines-man)
5. Quick free-kick taking

I BELIEVE THAT 5 THINGS THAT they would IMPROVE THE GAME A LOT AND they would MAKE IT AS it FOLLOWS IT being THE best AND MA I COMPLETE they would BE
1. - to ENTER THE SOUTH AMERICAN league, ARGENTINEAN league, CHILe, PARAGUAY, COLOMBIA, URUGUAY AND to CREATE THE CUP LIBERATORS
2. - to ADD More international teams! SELECTS AND LOCAL TOURNAMENTS AS EUROPA cup AMÉRICA ETC
3. - add stadiums of world not only of europe
4. - IN TECHNICAL DIRECTOR’S WAY to BE ABLE TO to BE CALLED AND to DIRECT TO A NATIONAL SELECTION IN A PROCESS 4 years old heading for THE WORLD CUP

In FIFA 07 on the Xbox 360, the loading feature where you’re able to control a player is brilliant, should be kept and can be expanded on in a fun way. Imagine having an extra career mode where you control ONE player
The gamer goes through the grass roots stages of their players career to the scholarships, sponsorship contracts, offers from big clubs, training sessions, agents, 1st international appearance and those fiery temptations that come with being a promising young footballer.

I would like to see a real time changing of the weather and time of day. Example: a 3PM kickoff in winter will end at 5:30-6PM at night, therefore it is dark at the venue. Also having snow flurries in the winter, players breath comming out in winter and cold settings.

i would like that a player like when ronaldo is dribbling eg.sometimes he dives and i want dives included. then ref might think its a dive or not. and i want the crowd to be 3d.
and 4or 5 diffrent scouts tell you about a player if he is going to be a star or not.
just put the game play like pro. i got a feeling that fifa 08 is going to rock!!!!

1) Maybe start of as a player in career mods and make all the importand decisions then become a manager after retirement,
2) International management after club
3) Conference league on the game
4)5-a- sid / indoor football
5)Make a celebrity team that you can add on in manager mode if you want too or play in friendlies!
6) Make it so the manager can run trainings and do a schedule.
7) Make the budgets more realistic

There are a bunch of stuff that should be added in FIFA 08 to make it better
1) I liked the english premier highlights in FIFA 07, maybe u can make more highlights from other leagues like spanish, scottish, italian etc etc. Also, have legendary world cup highlights, like maradonas hand of god and goal of the century, and Michael Owens first goal against argentina in 98.
2) instead of manager mode there should be like a superstar mode. Where u pick your ONE character that you create and play first person along side with a team that signs you. You can be offered contracts and turn down however many times you want or sign right away with a random team. Work your way up through minor teams until you start being noticed by big teams such as Barcelona or Inter. You can eventually be called up to your national team and try to get them to qualify and win there continental cups and fifa world cup. Depending on your position will depend on your impact on your team. If you play very well you will receive the ball from your players more often. Make the camera soley on YOUR character though but include the realistic faces of superstars. That way when you are running with the ball you look and make a pass to ronaldinho or something and ronaldinho will actually look like his real life counter part. that would make the game amazing. Get golden boot or golden ball. Become world player of the year. Eventually become the next Pele or maradona.
3) Legendary team should be better. Get rights on players like Pele Maradona and george Best and many others.
4) Tournament mode should include all continental championships, world cup, FIFA club world cup, champions league, and others.
5) All national teams
6) more leagues like A-league, Argentinian league and others.
7)Other game modes, Beach soccer, Futsal, maybe even youth championships.
8) Classic TEAMS!!! like from fifa 2000! that was awesome. Brazil 1970, Argentina 1978, England 1966,
9) Make stats count for more. If you have a player like Ronaldinho then you should be able to do stuff you cant do with any other players. Easier dribbling skills and stuff. For example all players should be able to do a 360, but Lionel Messi would be able to do it easily and get through people where simple defenders would struggle to do a successful 360 with the ball and it would most likely make them lose the ball.
10) Players should have more emotions! and that once in a while when your in your superstar career you will have a bad referee who prefers the opposing team. Your player gets really pumped up and you have the option of losing your temper on a player, if your team is really angry as well it can result in a full team brawl. You get suspended and it brought alot of media attention but it makes your character not so upset about his future games. If you lose control too often then you will ruin your career. But if you never do and u get a bunch of horrible games then your player will lose his interest in the game due to frustration.
11) Have the option to ruin your career. Have a point where drugs are introduced to you and u decide to accept them or not. Have the option to cheat in a game like the hand of god. If your player is the best in the world the refs wont expect it and may allow it. If your cheating ability is high enough there will be a high chance of it being allowed but theres a chance anyone can get caught.
Theres more things to add but i cant think of any more right now. The superstar option is the number 1 thing i want though. It was done with Madden 07, why not FIFA next?

CAMERA ANGLES LIKE TELEVISION BROADCAST
To add more authenticity to the footballing experience, how about camera views accurate to those we see when we watch match on the TV? This would be more realistic than having a camera zoom in to a players face to catch an expression but it feels like the camera man is on the pitch!
VARIETY OF ANIMATIONS
How come we never catch a glimpse of a distraught player walking down the tunnel after being sent off? An angry manager at a referee decision? A glimpse at a section of the crowd who realize they were on a big screen of the arena just as the camera cuts back to the game? A player being stretched off or physios running on to attending to an injured player? A ball boy? Just a few of the things we see nearly every time we watch a game yet are missing in the game.
CROWDS
This is an element that has been drastically improved through the series but could be better. As a gamer, there still isn’t that sense of difference in ambiance between a Man Utd V City derby clash & a Nigeria V Poland friendly. There balance is too unrealistic. How about animations of jubilant fans as their team lift the cup? or clips of supporters pouring into the stadium before the match on the penultimate day of the season. After all, the fans are what make football, football and this is even what the advertising campaign for FIFA 07 was centered around in th UK yet we never saw much in the game?
TEAM SPIRIT
A team in a professional play together, train together, eat together, share a seat on the coach to away games perhaps but there is never that sense of togetherness with teams on the pitch, even when they are winning. EA Canada might want to consider implementing this into the game again just for that little extra that adds to the whole footballing experience.
PLAYER CHARACTERISTICS
Player characters are not developed and every player feels the same in terms of their character. In reality, some players display more passion just by contesting a referee decision, other players tend to interact with the crowd more than others, many use time wasting tactics, some dive in order to win their team a free kick, some even tug the oppositions shirts when they knock the ball past the last defender. Some players react in a confrontational manner after being tackled or other players stay down after a tackle then realize the ref isn’t blowing and gets back up. Goalkeepers in some teams take penalties or free kicks or rush up the pitch for a last minute corner in an important match. These would be welcome additions that would make the game feel more than 22 players on a football pitch.
REFEREE DECISIONS
Referees and linesmen need to be more human. They tend to always make the right decision in flagging a player offside even if he is just a fraction offside and never judge a foul tackle incorrectly. Any football fan knows this is never the case and a more human ref would even make room for a manger blaming his teams loss on a referring decision in a career campaign.
