I think the gameplay would be much cooler and way more impressing if the crowd had torches and stuff like that. it really adds to the spirit of the game and the gameplay lol.
plus when a team scores, you can zoom in the crowd.
another thing, when a player is injured, instead of him limping back to bench, you can maybe bring a medical team to take him with a stretcher or something. that too adds a lot to the gameplay. you can also show the coach from time to time, like in a real game.
hope you take that to your attention.
i think the biggest improvement needs to be the players, i have seen screen shots for the new game and obi mikel- a player in chelseas starting line up has a default head which looks nothing like him and crappy boots. I hate the default white boots and its a joke that paul scholls had them in the last game. The game also needs to be harder in matches and to buy people in manager mode make it more realistic so west brom cant buy rooney casue he would never go there in real life

Please add the Peruvian First Division and national team as well as the USL First Division and the Copa Libertadores or Copa Sudamericana. It’d be great if the different editions of FIFA 09 have a special feature, for example, adding a tournament/league of where the edition is sold. Then, gamers could buy the edition that has the leagues they want depending where they live.

1. see match preperations before match and see them training before match on the pitch.
2.should add the reserves league so eg.man utd reserves should be able to get youth players in your team eg man utd .
3. should be able to have match interviews.
4. should have a personal life aswell where u can go to work eg manager and have a house and wife and family with real managers and have a car and drive to work if u did that fifa 08 would be the best game ever made on earth cheers

lets just get into the point…
1. better realistic crowds.(see NBA 07)…also should include team colours, flags, chants, different faces and personalities and their reactions)
2. development of a player on the training field in manager mode, better transfers policies like swap deals etc, actual sponsers appearing on shirts, even more minor details for management
3. a lot better free kick mechanism is required. this one is too easy. i mean we just need to tap the shoot button and its a goal. (it should me combi of our skill and players ability)
4. realistic shooting.(long shots are way too easy, should me able to hit curling shots, special players technique should be used like gerrard’s volley etc)
5. not all players should me given the ability perform all the tircks unless taught on training in manager mode.
6. different commentators.(don’t bother about size…we want exciting comments..specially about exciting transfers, fixtures, players…make them more personal with facts and data)
7.real managers for the squad (we should me able to see the bench along with subs and the manager in the sidelines and their reactions.)
8.definately better playing surface. its not green at all..way too dull
9. better tracks..more main stream…we dont want local folklores
10.choice to control the keeper more.
11. take quick and innovative freekicks or throwins.
12. assign certain roles to players.
13. better world and classic eleven teams.(how can u have a classic eleven without maradona and pele)
14. introduce a career mode.
15. improve the AI and gamepaly a bit

First of all i must admit that undoubtedly fifa has amazing ghaphics and always has. but I think the gameplay should be more fluid. As sometimes the gameplay can be repetitive. hopefully the fifa 08 in the next-gen consoles can show vast improvment.

I think FIFA has done a great job, but I do feel it is getting close between FIFA and Pro Evo.
I feel – to stretch this gap, the gameplay in general of FIFA needs to be improved to make it much more realistic. Just little things, but for example – injuries not always meaning a substitution…like in real football. I think Pro Evo hit the nail on the head with off for treatment.
I feel their should also be more false decisions. I know FIFA as an organisation promotes fair play, which is brilliant – but in the real world of football this does not happen unfortunately. I am not talking about say, introducing diving to the game (would be fun though), but say Ref decisions not going perfectly well…
The knowledge about lower league clubs (in England and I’m sure in foreign countries as well), is appalling. As a Yeovil fan, I noticed that half the squad have left in previous seasons, and not even the kits were in date! I know they can’t get every club correct…but would it not make more sense getting the teams right…rather than adding in football boots and other accessories?
I also think that the game could be a little bit smoother, certainly on substitutions. It can be frustrating the slow loading times during parts of the game, and even though loading up each match is quick, I’d prefer transition in the games to be smoother.
Finally, I do not think matchdays are realistic and loud enough by far! I think the crowd certainly isn’t loud enough, and I think with bigger clubs, with more famous songs…there should be a bit more crowd personalisation (eg. You’ll Never Walk Alone, Fields of Anfield Road for Liverpool – or Blue is the Colour for Chelsea – Manchester United Chants). I think the crowd is nowhere near as intimidating as it should be…and not as loud (certainly when goals are scored). There does not seem to be much noise at all, if any, when the away team scores…and this is not very realistic – as there are cheers when the away team scores in real life…
I feel FIFA is the best game around for football – and I understand it would be difficult for all of these changes to be made…but I feel they need to be highlighted (especially the crowd). One possibility could be separate packages you have the option to buy…in order to make the game better for your club. For example, on PS2 – it could be possible to buy a save for the memory cared somehow…which (if you were a Liverpool fan)…added many more LFC details, including crowd songs, stadium details, and even Youth/Reserve players. If this was possible I think it would be popular…and a great idea!

Rarery FiGHT between 2 sides players ( its very important for FIFA fans, including me). Maybe riot between derby fans (very rarery, but it hapen). Better comentator coments. more better fans ( crowd with team colors and loudly noise).Fifa 07 is too easy, even on legendary status so…And very important is CPU tactics in the game ( then he is behind change defenders and let fowards play, but not in defenders position, but change tactic F. E. 4-4-2 to 3-4-3…..)
I reckon you should be able to choose diets for players, so u can make Wayne Rooney ten times fatter than he already is. Also, you should be able to choose what kind of cheese they sell at old trafford.

thanks for a great work….I have a coupple of things that I would like you to change at:
1. You should ba able to fake a freekick to your team even if there ain’t no foult.
2. In manager-mode you should start with for exampel 2 or 3 star teams and then if your team plays well you could choose a 4 star team and so on.You should deserve it.
3. More boots and that you can edit as many players as you like.
4. That you can play manager mode with 2 players.
5. More National-(espessially the Dutch team) and club teams.

considering its out next month this all seems a bit pointless now
when players score mint gols like in real lyfe u should be able to see the goal in real lyfe and den ur player scores exactly the same gol
1. streakers and members of the crowd on running on the pitch-when you either winner or losing by loads.
2. also you should add in real weather conditions-not just night and day but heavy rain and the pitch gets flooded or heavy snow and the ball dosent roll properly.
3. And games being posponed due to bad weather.

5. international manager career-start scotland or iraq then work your way up to brazil or england

I don’t understand that it’s so hard for the producers to involve a beautiful fan-crowd in the game,like in fifa wc 2002/2006 or fifa 2003!!!!
