  24. If a club has a reserve (B) team (e.g. Barcelona B or Real Madrid Castilla or teams from the Premier Reserve League) then:

    – Co-manage that reserve team

    – Have one youth team for both reserve and first teams, with the players in the youth team signing to the reserve and not the first team

    – Call up players from the reserve team to the first team if needed (without transfer or fee)

    – Possibility of permanent first team contract every transfer period (personal terms negotiation, contract duration at least as long as that of the former reserve team contract)

    Career Mode club and/or national team training possibility – with chosen technical staff (for better progression)

    – Recovering injured players with the possibility to train with team

    Select opponents and stadiums for pre-season friendlies

    Career Mode Online against friends (EA, Facebook, …)

    Start the career where the club is at the moment (eventually in the middle of the season), with the injuries, stories, … as in real life

    Play with real life managers and progress with them

    Individual award (ceremonies), such as Ballon d’Or, or best player, team of the tournament award

    Option for dressing room talks (In the dressing rooms), before and after the game and at half time, and progressing to the field (with is supposedly already planed)

    Visual transfer talks, negotiations, and player (or manager) presentation with press conference (for done transfer deals) and other important press conferences and meetings

    Change Appearance of Virtual Pro within Career Mode

    Unlock legends such as Pelé, Maradona, Kubala, Zidane, …
